Alex is the gentleman who help me move and I was very impressed with the outcomeI have some very very heavy furniture and with the stairs I know that it was rough on themI must say I was given grade A service

THEY TAKE OFF $FOR POSITIVE REVIEW DO NOT BELIEVE IT! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD! This company sent one set of movers out and we had to send them away! I was timing the guy tying his shoe it took him minutesThen he told me "It doesn't matter to meFine by me I don't care if we move your stuff or not." This company is full of ghetto thugs that don't want to workThe second set of movers they sent out DESTROYED my tv stand (that is only a couple months old) and will not replace itThey said the most they will do is have someone come fix the scratchIt's only a couple months old! You get what you pay for with this companyI pray for the next fools that book them

Cleveland Moving LLC provides excellent serviceThey were very efficient in moving all my belongings and heavy furnitureThe guys went above and beyond in making sure all my belongings were movedI definitely recommend their services!

These guys were amazing!! Everything fragile or important was carefully wrapped and handled with careThe guys moving our stuff were very polite, courteous and just a great attitude overallWe had a LOT of stuff (BR house with full attic, car garage, shed, finished basement)They worked their tails off! They ended up needing to send a third truck, but with these guys it was no problem! And we moved long distance from Cleveland to western Chicagoland! They delivered the third load the next day! I couldn't believe itI would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyoneJust a very pleasant experience

Reply to Claim: Customer Name [redacted] Dear [redacted] We tried to resolve this issue ourselves, but Customer DID NOT GIVE us an opportunity! 1) We provided blankets and tape and secured items in a truck at no additional charge We do offer additional service - Custom wrapping with paper and cardboard is extraCustomer was looking for a cheaper service onlyWe took blankets off during loading and unloading to prevent accidents: furniture sliding off handsWe carried heavy items on belts: openAt the end of the job we asked both customers to review everything and sign 2) Solid Furniture with Granite Veneer Counter tops that men carried weighs over lbAny human would need to catch their breath after caring such heavy itemsOnly a cruel and greedy person would ask men to fly flawlessly not stop for hours caring lb items on their shoulders - ) statement; if apartment complex manager made a claim, we would like to see it to make a decisionPlease provide us with more information 4) True statement; It was an accident, we fixed it and apologized S) At the beginning of delivery we asked customer to fill out contract: second page of which was for ~ insurance purposes in case on accident on a road - Customer filled out everything, but left that page blank (see attachment) At the end of delivery, both customers ( [redacted] and [redacted] ) were asked to review everything that was deliveredThey have noticed some problems and raised an issue: [redacted] offered to find a professional ( we do not have repair guy on staff, but have a network of furniture store that employee such individuals) - [redacted] refuse to take that option, then [redacted] offered to take $off and she - agreedCustomer signed an agreement and paid the balance(copy signed contact attached) Then Customers changed their story On August 12th we advised customer that [redacted] will be out of town for days and we will find a solution once he get backWe asked customer to provide photos of "Damage" and they didWe reviewed them carefully: there were a lot of little scratches, dents, and divots that appeared on wood surfaces; Some of them look like distressing of the furniture (Please see attachment)Since we did not photograph furniture before, therefore we don't know for sure when scratches happened, but we were willing to sent a professional to fix them, drawer trucks and order new handlesCustomer made a statement about solid Marble or Granite topTall dresser has 1-mm Granite veneer bounded to high-density partial boardSome seems were separated (pictures attached) We asked customer to provide us with a proof of purchase to submit a claim to our insurance, They did not replyInstead [redacted] filed a claim with Revdex.com Filed a claim with her bank and out of cruelty created several cases (as there were several) under "fake" names and email address and posted them on Thumbtack and other websitesWe only provided service to [redacted] and [redacted] once; it should be one case only 6) [redacted] did not lie about his position in a company 7) statement: We DO ask customers at the end of each job to write a review about their experience with us if it was neutral or positiveif it was negative we discuss possible solutionsAs a reward for customers time we deduct $of the final billWe do not force anybody and certainly do not have access to their personal log in information! This is the fifth time in 1/years that I've needed a mover for local movesThis is the first time I've used Cleveland MovingThe reason is that Cleveland Moving was recommended to me by different peopleI'm happy that I chose to go with the recommendations! Not that the other movers were horrible, but I am completely satisfied with Cleveland Moving from start to finishThe manager, Alex, was very accommodating to my needs, and assured me that the movers would meet the requests I asked forIn addition to moving some old furniture to the curb, there was an additional stop along the way which we needed to do for another pick upNO PROBLEMThe movers stayed in touch with me regarding time of arrival, and along the way for the additional pickup pointsThey wrapped the furniture and were very carefulWhen unloading, they asked where to place the items, unwrapped, cleaned up all wrappings, and asked me to check the truck for any items left there(The driver found a small piece which I had overlooked!!) The only thing that made me a little anxious was the fact that the truck was having some problems, but the driver assured me that there would be no problem, (and there wasn't)I must say that I was most impressed with how they loaded the truck....these guys know how to pack!!!!...and with some room to spare!!! I'm adding ,myself to the list of those who will recommend Cleveland Moving

The fellows arrived on timeThey were non-stopthey completed the large job or bedrooms, bath, dining room, living room, kitchen and garage including a washer and dryer, kayak and moreit took trips and they drove slowly as not to break anything and then they discounted the travel time It was a difficult move but they made it easy for meThey drove their truck to my back shed and unloaded it completely, and then my house, putting the boxes in the rooms as they were markedFriendly and cooperative Thank you!

I hired this moving covia [redacted] I was impressed by the price quote until they showed upThey were not only late they showed up with a truck so small I knew it would require additional tripsThen, the man in charged could not speak English and didn't understand meThe 2nd person was just hired weeks prior and he was ready to walk out on the jobI asked about the wrap advertised and they didn't have it and said they would need to leave to purchase itI sat over an hour waiting for them to returnI was on the phone with owner Alex the entire time but he was no help at allI then decided to document the moveI had to have someone come and move my electronics so my cable could be installed as I was on a scheduleI explained this to Alex but he didn't seem to careI then prayed for the move to end and continued to document pictures and videoI paid what I thought was more than fair after I hired someone for my electronics and my son and brother took over the moveI had to bribe the 2nd guy not to walk out on the move and promise to take care of himI paid in cash $which the hours should had been $and paid the 2nd guy a $tip not to quitThen, Alex went in my account the next day and stole $dollars which made this disaster move a total of $I threaten him with jail after letting him know via email that I had video proof of the move and payment of the $in cash and he returned my moneyHowever, he was a crook who took advantage of a single woman trying to move until I let him know I was smart enough to gain evidence of the disaster moveHe is a thief and attempted to steal money from me after he presented the worse move I have ever experiencedHis business should be shut down completely as he is thief!

Unacceptable experience from beginning to endrepresentation, claimed affiliation with Two Men And A TruckMovers arrived almost hours late, we had to call the office several times to inquire about arrivalTwo drivers arrived, a young guy and a year old who did not speak English, most of the communication provided with "hand gestures" by the young driverTruck provided for the move was extremely small and not at all adequate for the moveNot enough men to accommodate the moveFinal destination for the move was to a storage unitNot able to complete the move after several hours and no access to storage unit after 5pmStart time for the move was between and 11am, drivers arrived almost hours lateA custom made entertainment center made of glass was damagedSpoke with Alex, the owner, he stated that he would take care of damages after receiving estimates of the damageAlex also promised to send a copy of the invoice for the move and to make adjustments to the final cost, all of which is yet to happenSeveral phone calls and emails later, there is no resolution and no one at the company will take or return phone callsHorrible experience with this company, they are totally unprofessional once they get your money and you have a complaint!

I know Alex personally and he is a very caring personHe is very dedicated to this company and does everything to satisfy his clientsI run a furniture store in Bedford and have used his service since he started the companyWhen I need something delivered he always has a truck ready for meHis crews are a reflection of him as he picks them carefullyThey are always courteous and professionalI wouldn't use any other companyI recommend to all, whether they are moving to a new house or like me need a reliable delivery service

Great experienceI needed one heavy elliptical movedI scheduled one company from this site and they cancelled an hour before they were supposed to show upI called these guys, and I was a little worried when they asked me for a down payment right after the other company canceledbut now I know that you get what you pay forThey came on time, moved other furniture out of the way to make sure not to damage anythingMoved the machine to the basement without a scratchI am very satisfied and will use them again in the future
