Had a very good experience with this company. I scheduled them to me me from Columbus to Boston MA. Kristen was very courteous on the phone and explained everything. She gave me a very competitive price. I had received several quotes from different companies on this site but they were not only much higher but also very confusing. This made me uncomfortable as I figured there would be hidden fees in the fine print. This company gave me a straight forward one price. I hired them put down payment. The guys arrived on time and we're very efficient. The took apart everything, wrapped ALL OF MY furniture in thick blankets which made me feel very comfortable. They even guaranteed next day delivery. Atlas van line, who were the closest to their price, told me two weeks and even then there was a 3 day window when it could be there. They arrived within the 4 hour window they told me and nothing was damaged. They put everything back together exactly where I wanted. They didn't even mind when I changed my mind a couple of times about placement even though I could see how exhausted they were. They just joked the whole time which made it a very pleasant and unforgettable experience. There was no hidden fees in the end. I am very satisfied and will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks guys.

I said I would d give them a refund. All I asked was to be given 30 days. Now what? I give them a refund and I still have this on the Revdex.com record? How do I know it will be removed?

Alex is the gentleman who help me move and I was very impressed with the outcome. I have some very very heavy furniture and with the stairs I know that it was rough on them. I must say I was given grade A service.

We tried to resolve this issue ourselves, but Customer DID NOT GIVE us an...
opportunity!
1) We provided blankets and tape and secured items in a truck at no additional charge.
We do offer additional service - Custom wrapping with paper and cardboard is extra. Customer was
looking for a cheaper service only. We took blankets off during loading and unloading to prevent
accidents: furniture sliding off hands. We carried heavy items on belts: open. At the end of the job we
asked both customers to review everything and sign.
2) Solid Furniture with Granite Veneer Counter tops that men carried weighs over 300 lb. Any human
would need to catch their breath after caring such heavy items. Only a cruel and greedy person would
ask men to fly flawlessly not stop for 3 hours caring 300 lb items on their shoulders.
- 3 ) False statement; if apartment complex manager made a claim, we would like to see it to make a
decision. Please provide us with more information.
4) True statement; It was an accident, we fixed it and apologized.
S) At the beginning of delivery we asked customer to fill out contract: second page of which was for ~
insurance purposes in case on accident on a road - Customer filled out everything, but left that page
blank (see attachment) At the end of delivery, both customers ([redacted] and [redacted]) were asked to review
everything that was delivered. They have noticed some problems and raised an issue: [redacted] offered to
find a professional ( we do not have repair guy on staff, but have a network of furniture store that
employee such individuals) - [redacted] refuse to take that option, then [redacted] offered to take $50 off and she -
agreed. Customer signed an agreement and paid the balance. (copy signed contact attached)
Then Customers changed their story
On August 12th we advised customer that [redacted] will be out of town for 12 days and we will find a solution
once he get back. We asked customer to provide photos of "Damage" and they did. We reviewed them
carefully: there were a lot of little scratches, dents, and divots that appeared on wood surfaces; Some
of them look like distressing of the furniture (Please see attachment). Since we did not photograph
furniture before, therefore we don't know for sure when scratches happened, but we were willing to
sent a professional to fix them, drawer trucks and order new handles. Customer made a false statement
about solid Marble or Granite top. Tall dresser has 1-3 mm Granite veneer bounded to high-density
partial board. Some seems were separated (pictures attached)
We asked customer to provide us with a proof of purchase to submit a claim to our insurance, They did
not reply. Instead [redacted] filed a claim with Revdex.com.
Filed a claim with her bank and out of cruelty created several cases (as there were several) under "fake"
names and email address and posted them on Thumbtack and other websites. We only provided service
to [redacted] and [redacted] once; it should be one case only
6) [redacted] did not lie about his position in a company.
7) False statement: We DO ask customers at the end of each job to write a review about their
experience with us if it was neutral or positive. if it was negative we discuss possible solutions. As a
reward for customers time we deduct $10 of the final bill. We do not force anybody and certainly do
not have access to their personal log in information! Are [redacted] or her boyfriend accusing [redacted] of
hacking? If there was any violence, second employee would have called police immediately. Customer is
being dishonest.
8) Indeed we agreed to order replacement handles to the Customer. In order to do that we needed
more information about metal finish, style, preferred manufacture and dimensions including distance
between 2 wholes. Customer did not give us an opportunity to resolve this issue ourselves.
9) [redacted] is respectful to employees and customers: We would not stay in business for so long if that
would be the other way around. Business is all about learning from mistakes, fixing and avoiding them in
the future. He is improving his professionalism with each new job.
Customer has low ethics and use F..language in person, on a phone, and on a web.
Desired Settlement reply:
Ideally we would like to take customers furniture back to its original location and give her 100%
refund. We would like see, if she can find a company who will move 1 bedroom apartment;
solid wood bedroom set with granite veneer top (300lb) each for free or for $226.25 what she
paid us.
Realistically we would offer 50% off original bill or leave everything the way it is: Damage to our
reputation has already been done!

The crew kept in communication with me about where they were and when they were expecting to arrive to me. They showed up on time, worked hard the entire time and they were very professional. I was happy that they were available to help me out at the last minute. They really were life savers. Would definitely use them again.
The movers arrived on time but it was all downhill from there. What should have been a quick local move turned into an long draw-out ordeal. I was overcharged, charged for my move and someone else's. I still haven't received a refund of my security deposit. I ended up having to hire another company to move the furniture Cleveland Moving told me wouldn't fit in my new apartment.
The 2 fellows arrived on time. They were non-stop. they completed the large job or 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, dining room, living room, kitchen and garage including a washer and dryer, kayak and more. it took 2 trips and they drove slowly as not to break anything and then they discounted the travel time. It was a difficult move but they made it easy for me. They drove their truck to my back shed and unloaded it completely, and then my house, putting the boxes in the rooms as they were marked. Friendly and cooperative. Thank you!
These guys were amazing!! Everything fragile or important was carefully wrapped and handled with care. The guys moving our stuff were very polite, courteous and just a great attitude overall. We had a LOT of stuff (4 BR house with full attic, 2 car garage, shed, finished basement). They worked their tails off! They ended up needing to send a third truck, but with these guys it was no problem! And we moved long distance from Cleveland to western Chicagoland! They delivered the third load the next day! I couldn't believe it. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Just a very pleasant experience.
