THEY TAKE OFF $10 FOR POSITIVE REVIEW DO NOT BELIEVE IT! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD! This company sent one set of movers out and we had to send them away! I was timing the guy tying his shoe it took him 15 minutes. Then he told me "It doesn't matter to me. Fine by me I don't care if we move your stuff or not." This company is full of ghetto thugs that don't want to work. The second set of movers they sent out DESTROYED my tv stand (that is only a couple months old) and will not replace it. They said the most they will do is have someone come fix the scratch. It's only a couple months old! You get what you pay for with this company. I pray for the next fools that book them.

This is the fifth time in 2 1/2 years that I've needed a mover for local moves. This is the first time I've used Cleveland Moving. The reason is that Cleveland Moving was recommended to me by 2 different people. I'm happy that I chose to go with the recommendations! Not that the other movers were horrible, but I am completely satisfied with Cleveland Moving from start to finish. The manager, Alex, was very accommodating to my needs, and assured me that the movers would meet the requests I asked for. In addition to moving some old furniture to the curb, there was an additional stop along the way which we needed to do for another pick up. NO PROBLEM. The movers stayed in touch with me regarding time of arrival, and along the way for the additional pickup points. They wrapped the furniture and were very careful. When unloading, they asked where to place the items, unwrapped, cleaned up all wrappings, and asked me to check the truck for any items left there. (The driver found a small piece which I had overlooked!!) The only thing that made me a little anxious was the fact that the truck was having some problems, but the driver assured me that there would be no problem, (and there wasn't). I must say that I was most impressed with how they loaded the truck....these guys know how to pack!!!!...and with some room to spare!!!

They moved me without any hitches. It was a wonderful experience. Very professional communication and they arranged all my furniture exactly where I asked them to place it.

I hired this moving co. via [redacted]. I was impressed by the price quote until they showed up. They were not only late they showed up with a truck so small I knew it would require additional trips. Then, the man in charged could not speak English and didn't understand me. The 2nd person was just hired 2 weeks prior and he was ready to walk out on the job. I asked about the wrap advertised and they didn't have it and said they would need to leave to purchase it. I sat over an hour waiting for them to return. I was on the phone with owner Alex the entire time but he was no help at all. I then decided to document the move. I had to have someone come and move my electronics so my cable could be installed as I was on a schedule. I explained this to Alex but he didn't seem to care. I then prayed for the move to end and continued to document pictures and video. I paid what I thought was more than fair after I hired someone for my electronics and my son and brother took over the move. I had to bribe the 2nd guy not to walk out on the move and promise to take care of him. I paid in cash $300 which the 4 hours should had been $365 and paid the 2nd guy a $25 tip not to quit. Then, Alex went in my account the next day and stole $460 dollars which made this disaster move a total of $760. I threaten him with jail after letting him know via email that I had video proof of the move and payment of the $300 in cash and he returned my money. However, he was a crook who took advantage of a single woman trying to move until I let him know I was smart enough to gain evidence of the disaster move. He is a thief and attempted to steal money from me after he presented the worse move I have ever experienced. His business should be shut down completely as he is thief!

Review: Ashley does not follow basic business practices and make his appointments after he collects his payments and his billing says payment in full when he has not completed the full course of training, and when you ask for a refund he does not return your call and will not refund your money. He is not professional. My son has not received his payment back in 3 weeks. I would not recommend his services. I had to step forward to take care of the situation for my son as he takes advantage of younger customers. We have numerous texts asking for payment and false promises.Desired Settlement: Money or cashiers check sent

Review: We paid up front for 6 lessons but only completed 3. Unable to complete remainder of lessons due to divorce, don't have the appropriate car to transport a huge dog. I have asked for a refund of 1/2 the up front money but was told "It's not my fault your marriage fell apart and now you don't feel like traveling to our AGREED destination. I could fit a dobie into a VW bug. " Thanks for the lessons we received, very helpful." You said that right? Well Lynette I am not going to sit around and let you crap mouth me online when you said " Thanks for the lessons we received, very helpful." No, I will NEVER refund you anything.(I posted a complaint on Yelp that Ashley Starling is referring to).Total paid $325. Requesting $150 refund.Desired Settlement: Requesting a refund of $150.00.
