I am rejecting this response because:
I am not sure what has happened to close this complaint.  Nothing has been resolved.  The Ace Company has not yet sent me any of the missing and promised items or contacted me in any way. I responded to [redacted]s  e-mail immediately on June 22nd (see below) and have not had any further communications. Please let me know what needs to be done to resolve this issue. Hello Ms. [redacted],   I just received a package from Abadak, Inc.  It included two mesh side curtains and a package of bungee balls.  Although, they did not address all the issues with my order, at this point,  I am willing to close this dispute.     I appreciate all your help in this matter. I am rejecting this response because:The company, TarpsPlus, sent me a product that I used for its expressed purpose--to cover furniture, an outdoor patio swing.  The product permanently damaged the cushion for that swing.  That alone should be enough for an ethical company to act to regarding damages.  Worse, because the dye that damaged the cushion melted after it was installed, as outdoor temperatures increased, there was no way to anticipate a problem.  The dye is apparently mixed with wax.  The company had to have known that the wax would melt in warm temperatures.  Because there was no warning about the melting in their web advertisement or on the packaging, the consumer could not know about the defect.  It was like experiencing a malicious practical joke.  Negligence.Refunding the $40+ for the cost of the tarp is an insufficient resolution.  Replacing the swing cushion will cost $150+

I am rejecting this response because:
Because of the company own policies. Their advertisement states “ our canopies withstand opening and closing. Ace canopy name offering  the highest quality canopy and tents in the world. Ace mission is to satisfy every customer /all shipments must be inspected by customer within 30 days of the order date to ensure satisfaction. Un/used product are covered for 30 days from the order date for manufacturer. I follow all of the company policies 1. Order number 2. Description of defect 3. Photos showing area of concern. Ace canopy response to my complaint, No options  in sending a new tent or canopy frame. My response ( you send a new tent/canopy frame without screws on my original purchase. Ace canopy company is still on the internet advertising the same 20x20 pop up canopy at discounted/ close price on their website. The close-out rebate ($120) that the company is offering on this so-called  discounted product, applied it to the return shipping cost and I will paid the difference. Deduct it from the monies that have been collected from my credit card on file, No re-stocking fee. No hidden fees. E-mail, Revdex.com and me a detail price ledger/cost ledger of shipment paid or payment on the original tracking order . Used the same frieght shipping company or another freight company not to exceed original cost . E-mail Revdex.com all agreement ( shipping details,  cost return  record before shipping , no restocking fee, I agree to paid the difference, after the $120 discountred close out rebate is added to the return shipping price ).

customer.  When we attempted to obtain payment from Mr. [redacted] his credit card was declined. Several employees attempted to assist him in making a successful payment. A payment was never successfully processed on our end, therefore the customer never paid for this product. Our goal is toplease every one of our customers, however we have been notified by the vendor that this product is no longer available. We have attempted to locate this product for Mr. [redacted] through different vendors, however we are unable to find a vendor that sells this product. Abadak will do whatever's necessary to ensure Mr. [redacted] opinion of Abadak is repaired, however it is not an option to get this specific canopy to the customer. This product is covered for first 30 days from the invoice date for any sort of manufacturer defect, and the customer should have contacted us immediately, and prior to use/installation, if the tarp had arrived with a defect. If [redacted] is interested in receiving a one-time replacement of the product, we are willing to work with her to get her a replacement, however it will be a replacement of the exact same product. There is no option for a refund for this product, nor is there an option for an “upgraded” replacement tarp. With [redacted]’s acceptance of the resolution, we will ship the replacement tarp out. Our goal is to please every one of our customers. We will do whatever's necessary to ensure [redacted]’s opinion of Abadak is repaired.Thank you,[redacted]

Baseball Field TarpOrder Subtotal: $2970.00Discount: $297.00Shipping: $402.48Total Paid: $3075.48We consider Mr. [redacted] a valued customer. One of our product specialists, [redacted], assisted him in getting pricing quotes for baseball field covers. Will advised the customer on which products would work best for the size field the customer wanted covered, however, the customer indicated that he would need to settle for a smaller size due to budget restraints. Will gave the customer 10% off of his order, saving him $297.00, and offered stakes as a free accessory with his purchase. The products that were purchased were covered by a 30-day warranty. The customer contacted us outside of the warranty period stating that his product was ripping and he would like a refund. We are unable to cover his product if it is damaged beyond the 30-day warranty period. This is considered wear from normal usage. We do not recommend that customers purchase products that are not the recommended size for the customer's intended application, however we want to make sure that every customer is taken care of to the best of our abilities. Our customer service department attempted to assist the customer in handling their issues. The customer was being threatening when dealing with our customer service staff and was uncooperative in our attempts to find a solution that was agreeable by both the company and the customer. We are always willing to work with our customers when problems of this nature arise, but the customer remained belligerent through our attempts to assist him, due to our inability to grant a full refund for a product he had used for over a month. Our goal is to please every one of our customers, therefore we are willing to offer the customer another 10% off of his order. Thank you,[redacted]

has incurred damages. Custom tarp orders are all sales final. Mrs. [redacted] had the option to notify us within 30 days AND prior to using the tarp if there were manufacturer defects upon receiving the tarp. Once the tarp has been used, we can no longer offer a replacement for any reason. I am rejecting this response because:This is the EXACT SAME response that I got from this company.If you look at the attached documents there are pictures to show that the tarp was never used by us because we could not even get it assembled to use it. Look at the pictures......this kind of damage is not from a product being installed. Like I said, we couldn't even get to that point. And they also gave the excuse that our order was "out of the 30 limited warranty"......what the heck...... this product was intended for shade over a period of several seasons not for a single event !!!! If you will notice, we responded to this within "28 not 30" if they are talking about days. This tarp has NOT BEEN USED by this Agency......it is ridiculous that an item that this Agency paid this much money for will NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT LONGER THAN 30 !!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!!!!
