They will steal your money hiding behind fine print. I paid 500 for an item won. I was a few days late for pick up, they sold the item and refused to refund.

Yes ur right I know the box's said open but nothing about broken screen,and it was the bottom of the box that was a little open so Derick give me some tape to fixs the bottom of the box he said I could use it because someone had left it.. But no need it didn't need tape the tv was covered with styrofoam all around the broken screen like as it was new just a slightly open boxs,I've been bidding for a little now and I can read and I always look for damage or broken screen I would never bid on items like that.First time bidding on TV'S,if you look at all I have spend with you guys Everything that I have ever gotten has been NEW item's.. I was interested in several items listed in Monday's (1-11-21) auction. Sunday afternoon (the 10th), I registered, received a bidder number and was able to log in and place a bid. The next morning I was outbid. I attempted to login and was denied access. Taking into consideration that I may have mistyped my password, I requested a resend of the account information. The website provided an instant response "Email found, please contact the auction administrator to activate your account".

OK, the auction administrator listed was "Stephen", listing his mobile number with a note asking to text for questions or issues. I text Stephen with my email and bidder number, asking he activate my account. He quickly responded that he does not have access to bidder accounts and that I should send an email to [email protected]. I thanked him and emailed the "info" address, asking to have the account activated.

Later that afternoon (same day as the auction) still without a response, I sent an identical email through the main website's "Contact us" form. Shortly thereafter I received a response to my initial email, stating "You are an out of state bidder and we currently do not offer shipping of any kind," (w/ the dangling comma). I immediately emailed back (through both mechanisms), stating that I did not require shipping, I am 2hrs away (Ind. IN to Col. OH), I was from the Columbus area and regularly in Columbus for business.

A little before 4pm still with no response from the "Info" email address, I sent Stephen another text, sharing my reply concerning shipping and asking for any suggestions. He responded that "They will get to it, they are sometimes slow with emails, and they are the only ones who can help". I thanked him again and waited.

The auction ended last night, and I still have no response. There were 4 items of interest in the auction on which I was willing to spend up to $3500 in total. Checking this morning, the items combined sold for under $1000. It may not have been a large difference if I were able to bid, however poor customer service most definitely cost the company revenue due to a lack of competition.

Stephen responded quickly but was limited in how he could assist. I am not one to typically leave a review, however based on the lack of service in combination with an awkwardly designed website and no available contact information for the company itself (only the Auction Administrator who cannot assist with any account issues), I would not recommend their auction house.

Traveled an hour, one way, to pick up an auction item won the night before only to learn that the item doesn't exist. They can't find it anywhere. Instead of finding and/or taking the item from an auction that has yet to end, they told me 'sorry'. So, I traveled another hour home empty handed. A complete waste of my time. Completely unprofessional and not at all concerned about the satisfaction of the customer.

I went to the business location and spoke directly with the manager, Steve M***We both discussed our viewpoints and were able to reach a favorable outcomeWe have decided to end this complaint and move forward

I am rejecting this response because:they list each item to their individual shipper lebels,,I did bid on the box says HP ENVY and I won so I am excepting to get what I won ,,but they gave me different item, you gave me HP ENVY 20,,You advertised HP ENVY but you gave me an another and different model and box(attached the photos of the box I get) ,,that is not right and you know that

I brought a Table Tennis(JOOLA), which is very cheap. It is very easy to fix and easy to move. The quality is excellent.

I purchased the Swanstone sink you had Item # I have purchased
before and very little problems with items boughtI know what your
terms and conditions are but have a real problem with this item I
purchased, your picture and description for this item is Swanstone
QZSB-DrSingle Bowl Sink which is a dark gray it appears
The item in box is white not even the same model number not even close
which in your terms and conditions says picture is representative of
item this sink looks nothing like pictureIf item was at least the
right color I could understand that is not only the problem on the
outside of box it says small crack in corner, wrong it cannot even be
installed unless you are hiding it in basement the corner is
demolishedI believe that this item was very misrepresented and should
have not even been sold because of heavy damage to corner I now am out
and you should be tickled someone got stuck with this junkI

should be at least able to buy the item pictured and not something
