I am rejecting this response because:it fails completely to address my concern and offers no relief The terms of the auction website clearly state "Please inspect all photos as to finish and condition of items being offered for auction PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS." COA cannot tell me to both pay close attention to descriptions and photos, and also to ignore any description or photo because goods are sold are as-is Per auction site rules, I relied on your description and photos, which did not describe accurately describe the goods you sold me I want a full refund If I had received a mower as described by COA, with electric start, a Kohler engine and bag assembly, and it was inoperable, then I would not complain, bc your goods were sold as-is But, I did not You did not sell me the goods you described: the condition of the goods I received is immaterialYou can't hide behind an "as is" term if you do not sell me the goods you described, especially after telling me to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS.Under the business model you seem to prefer, COA could describe as diamonds, old newspapers in a box and deny relief because a bidder did not inspect the box first - even though you described the box as full of diamonds , posted a stock picture of a box of diamonds, and told potential bidders to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DESCRIPTION AND PHOTOS Considering the time I intend to force you to spend on this matter, believe me you will be far better off simply returning my money Revdex.com is only the first stepIf I don't get satisfaction using Revdex.com, the Attorney General is enpowered to investigate and seek relief for consumer fraud You'll need an attorney to represent you in a breach of contract action I can file in Franklin County Municipal Court Just return my money and I will return the mower You can then sell it again, presumably with an accurate description

It is my understanding that upon my return of the generator, Capital City Auctions will cut a refund check to me and send it through the Revdex.com who will in turn forward it to my address I'll be able to physical return the generator next week Thanks for your support and helpmuch appreciated

I am rejecting this response because: this guy is crazy! He still isn't listening to a word that I said! I want to know what I did that would cause such allegations! I was a customer for several months prior to these allegations and am appalled that they are attacking me like this. I need a refund as I previously stated

I am rejecting this response because regardless of the text on the previous page of the site - there are actual misrepresentations and lies on the listing for this item It says that items are there that were missing If you do not open the boxes, then how was I to know if it was there upon inspection? And when someone complains, you simply point to the disclaimer and say that the customer is stuck This is your business model! A fraudulent online advertisement is OK because of a disclaimer Any ethical business would offer a return/ refund but you simply don't care The anonymity of online business is that you don't think you have to deal with it and simply move onto the next unsuspecting person

I have offered ** a full refund upon returning the item

This person did not pay for his itemsHe broke all of our policiesHe stalked and harassed multiple employees and we even had to have police presence at one of our pick ups as well as filing a restraining orderThis person was never a customer because after not paying and picking up his items his
bidder number was suspendedThis person may need some meds we believe he is a psychopath and if one word of this complaint shows up anywhere against my company I will be done with the Revdex.com I have to protect my employees and this man is angry because we will not allow him in any of our facilities

I went to the business location and spoke directly with the manager, Steve M[redacted]. We both discussed our viewpoints and were able to reach a favorable outcome. We have decided to end this complaint and move forward.
