I am happy to accept CCOA's offer of a full refund upon return of the mower.   However I have not received any info from the business explaining how to return the mower, or who to speak to.  I assume I should bring it to Zettler rd, but when, and to who?

We sell over 30,000 products a month and have hundreds of happy customers. We do not inspect the items because that would be simply impossible to inspect everything we make notes on any damages if we catch it and we throw away many broken items but we don`t catch everything and that is where it is up to the bidder to come have a look or make a phone call. Bring the mower in along with your receipt for a refund, no mower, no receipt no refund. I had`nt even had a chance to let Steve know.

If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]Complaint: 12001310I am rejecting this response because: I would agree but the box had been opened and they knew that it was not all there. The manager told me as I picked it up there was no pump for one, I was willing to accept that. But half or more of the actual mattress was not there. On top of that it has a very large urine stain on it. Which I believe could be a health hazard!! I tried to talk to the manager and he was really not concerned about it and told me he was pulling my number so I could no longer bid and hung up on me. That is fine if you want to treat people that way for your benifit. You are not the only game in town. As I have stated I have had good experience with other locations and enjoyed it but both times I have been to this location I don't feel there is much honesty at this perticular location. Also he had mentioned another person had called about the item and had a lot of questions I would about bet the ranch that in this time stuff was noticed not there as well but never was the description changed or item pulled.

I am rejecting this response because:they list each item to their individual shipper lebels,,I did bid on the box says HP ENVY 23 and I won so I am excepting to get what I won  ,,but they gave me different item, you gave me HP ENVY 20,,You advertised HP ENVY 23 but you gave me an another and different model and box(attached the photos of the box I get) ,,that is not right and you know that

We sell all items starting at a dollar even if the retail value is $5000.00 we encourage or bidders to come to the previews and view the items, test them out or whatever they need to do. We can not make exceptions to our terms that a bidder has agreed to because the don`t hold up there end of the bargain and they either don`t come to the preview or make a simple phone call to our staff.
