Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The bank representative never once stated that the Revdex.com gets everything dropped I was never offered other ways to keep my account All I wanted to do was cancel my services I was scammed into it in the first place Every time I have asked to cancel I was rudely told that that is not an option The very hateful employee told me that they forward all of their calls to the Revdex.com, which is a lie, and when they offer to let you listen to the calls they say that you will have to call back at a later time to listen to them They are not a very ethical company [redacted] Regards, [redacted] ***

Thank you for bringing this mater to our attentionOur records show that Mr [redacted] originally ordered our magazine service for a 60month periodHe ordered the following magazines: Us Weekly, Motor Trend, Women's Health, Car & Driver and Muscle Mustang & Fast FordsHe agreed to pay $each month for consecutive months and would receive months of magazinesMR [redacted] gave us his MasterCard number in order for us to bill his first payment and to continue billing this credit card for his monthly paymentsSeveral days later, Mr [redacted] called us with his concern that the service was to longWe always attempt to resolve any issues or concerns our customers haveWe offered him the option to shorten his length of time on his service to just yearHe agreed to pay for year of magazines, since he was not sure if he would be residing within the US longer than thatSeveral days again, Mr [redacted] called again to cancel the order in its entiretyAs per his request, we have cancelled all of his magazines for him with no monies dueThank You for your time in this matter

Invoice must be itemized clearly showing which magazines I received and on which date before I issue paymentNo Invoice will be paid with an arbitrary grand totalGolf Digest, Flex, Rolling Stone, and the other titles I never asked for will not be paid forThat was the initial issue which has since been coupled with non-transparencyI have spoken to my postmaster and will obtain a history of what has been delivered to my address and the point of origin per issuing party see we can verify what has been deliveredThe underlying factor is I am not sure what I am being charged for and the fact that I have received titles w/o asking for them compounds that uncertainty r [redacted]

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionOur records show that Mr [redacted] placed a magazine order with us in June Mr [redacted] ordered Golf Digest, Rolling Stone, Smithsonian and US Weekly for a month periodThe cost of his plan was $each month for consecutive months and he would receive months of all the magazinesHe had paid his first payment of $on June 22, on his [redacted] Credit Card ending in ***Mr [redacted] asked us to continue billing his Credit card for his monthly paymentSeveral months later , Mr [redacted] contacted our office to discontinue his serviceWe offered him several different options that we can adjust his account to so that he can continue to receive his serviceMr [redacted] declined the different options and we cancelled his account as per his requestWe have marked his account unpaid and removed his name from our databaseThank you gor your time in this matter

I am totally disgusted with this companyThey came into my place of business and gave me an unrealistic sales pitchI was told that the magazines I chose were a one-time charge not a monthly chargeWhen I questioned how they could give away subscriptions so inexpensively, I was told it was because of the advertising within the magazinesHe also stated that because people are reading more magazines on line and less in print, his company gets great "deals" on subscription pricesHowever, now before I even have a single subscription in my hand, I have been billed twice for their "service"When I called the customer help line, I was told I misunderstood the policy, and even though I was misinformed I could not cancel my subscriptionsThen I was told if I do not pay their subscription/service fee, they will destroy my credit!
I have filed a claim with the State of Ct Attorney Generals officeDO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!!
They are manipulative, lying schiestersI am very fortunate that the salesperson never got my signature on the final "contract" copies and I did not set the initial payment up on a credit card! These are the only things saving us at this point and going to get us out of their "Contract"!
Do not do business with this company! After more research I have found it is cheaper to buy each magazine directly from the publishers of the magazines

Over dollars they want to charge people they have lost they *** minds
they said I'd get all these magazines I only received I complained and ask to cancel they never did they charge about every months or something like that when I didn't receive magazines as I should I contacted them again and cancelled because I was still receiving bills they told me I couldn’t cancel they when I really me she its one woman pretending to be people and a whole big business then after asking to change magazines I was told I couldn’t do that as well this place is a big scam don’t buy anything

order with our company in February for the following magazines: House Beautiful, Taste of Home, US Weekly, Country Living and Country Woman. Her service was a month period and she would pay $each month for consecutive months only. *** ***, DID IN FACT supply us with her VISA CREDIT CARD ending in for her first payment which was billed on February 10,2015. Thereafter she would receive a monthly statement where she did mail in several monthly payments. We are not sure why *** *** wants to cancel her service, but as per her request , we have cancelled her magazine service and marked her account unpaid. thank you for your time in this matter

placed a magazine order with us in July 2014. *** *** ordered *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** She had given her *** *** Card ending in *** for her first payment of $17.20 and asked us to continue billing this Credit Card monthly. *** ***'s Credit card was declining and not accepting any charges as of November 2015. *** ***s bank never updated her Credit Card with us, her account fell past due. We attempted to contact *** *** for several months by phone and mailWe reached her on the phone once and she hung up on us immediately. In July 2016, her account is past due for services she has received and not paid for. We will be more than happy to cancel her service as per her request. We do ask she bring her account current for service she has received.Thank you for your time in this matter
