I am rejecting this response because:  The bank representative never once stated that the Revdex.com gets everything dropped.  I was never offered other ways to keep my account.  All I wanted to do was cancel my services.  I was scammed into it in the first place.  Every time I have asked to cancel I was rudely told that that is not an option.  The very hateful employee told me that they forward all of their calls to the Revdex.com, which is a lie, and when they offer to let you listen to the calls they say that you will have to call back at a later time to listen to them.  They are not a very ethical company.

MOST AWFUL COMPANY EVER. I have never been so angry with a company before. They have called my work COUNTLESS times when I have specifically asked them not to. Refuse to let me out of my "contract" Piratically conned me into signing up and there is no way out of it??? SUCH A RIP OFF! The are just stealing my money and I am contacting my lawyer. I don't care if they recorded my voice call. I did not sign a legal document stating I was held in so I refuse to continue to pay. I will NOT quit until I get my money back.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  Our records show that we do not have a customer by the name of [redacted] nor located at that address.  We would need more detailed...

information in order to locate the customer.  We would need the bank checking information and a list of signers from the bank  on the business account in order to locate the customer and who is authorized to issue a check on the account in question.  Then we will be able to locate the assumed customer.  Once we have this information we will  proceed forward with an investigation to this claim. Thank you for your time in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because: The company is still calling me for payment and this should not go on my credit report. They are harrassing me at work and I cannot have this. I have never dealt with a company this rude I would have continued my account if my health and money issues had not come up. Very rude and I want to make they don't put this on my credit score.
