Stickers were placed on vehicles that have expired registration, my truck was one of them. First of all this is private property and everytime they come to do this, they trail in behind someone or ask if someone can give them access. Secondly, the sticker says the online registration is not valid but the STATE says it is, hints why it’s an option on the website. I have just recently given birth and unable to leave the house and this is also the way I have always registered my vehicle. My vehicle should not be TOUCHED because I am awaiting my sticker…even the police verify that before taking acting. BE SERIOUS!

No customer service exists period. You will get caught up in a cycle of repetitive pre recorded messages, which no one will return call. They play the waiting game, hoping to outlast you and you will then retrieve your vehicle at an exorbitant fee .
My car was towed illegally, it was registered with apartment complex mgr. back in Dec.2019. I will take you to court to get vehicle/money owed and sue you for missed wages. I am a senior citizen and know this scam!

Illegally towed my vehicle which was registered and photographed by apartment manager in December 2019. First time I have had a problem. Left Capital several messages, phone system is designed to keep you holding, then drop your call. Keep getting the same repetitive messages but not one call back after 8 hours.

The vehicle that is referenced in this claim did have a damage claim filed with the company that was deniedThe owner of the vehicle first made contact with Capital Tow four days retrieving the vehicle from the impound facilityThe owner had possession for four days before making a claim of damages on the vehicle to Capital TowThe vehicle was impounded to the storage facility on 11/26/at 6:p.mand released on 11/25/at 7:p.mThe owner of the vehicle was sent documentation of the vehicle's condition at the impound facility after being towedThe driver did take pictures of the vehicle before towing the vehicle, including the underside of the vehicle at the rear which included the exhaust system in the photos, and after delivering the vehicle to the impound facility, which showed the exhaust system of the vehicle to have no damage as claimedThese photos are date and time stampedThe photographs of the vehicle show the exhaust of the vehicle attached to the vehicle, not sitting on the curb, as stated in the original claimThe original claim is not the same as the one that has been presented to the Revdex.comI have included photos of the exhaust of this vehicle before the tow occurring and after being impounded to the storage facilityThese photos also show the vehicle at the storage facility, which is not close to the curb and the exhaust is not sitting on the curb as earlier claimed, and no damage to the exhaust of the vehicle at the impound facility

The vehicle did not display the required credentials to occupy a handicap space and was impounded legallyThe vehicle was in violation of Texas Occupations Code 2308.251(a)(4), Texas Transportation Code 681.006(a)(1)(2)(A)(B), and Texas Transportation Code 681.011(b)(2)Attached are photos of the vehicle in violation

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The photos do not prove the muffler was dislodged from the exhaust pipe.The photos at the facility were obviously taken before the vehicle was backed into the stall, or there was damage and the photos were taken to protect themselves.The photos do not demonstrate the damage and sound coming from the exhaust system.Capital Tow did not hear tyhe sound from the dislodged muffler and exhaust.The issue of contacting Capital Tow four days after the incident is immaterial, the issue was reported when the vehicle was picked up.Capital Tow should reimburse me $for the repairs to the exhaust / muffler.Any other outcome is poor business practice on Capital Tow's part Regards, [redacted]

This vehicle was towed by a tow truck that uses a wheel lift and car dolliesThe equipment that was used during the towing of this vehicle comes in contact with no part of the body or suspension of the vehicle being towedThis type of equipment only comes in contact with the tires of the vehicleThe wheel lift that is used lifts the vehicle from the underside of the tires and the dollies that the vehicle ride on are also on the underside of the tiresWhen this equipment is used the vehicle's weight is placed on the suspension of the vehicle just as if it was parked on the street or parking lot

I appreciate the information being sent that was needed to properly identify the vehicle that is being referenced in this caseThis information is needed as all files are based upon the vehicle and the property not the name of a person linked to the vehicleThe name and date used in the complaint could not be cross referenced without some information concerning the vehicle and/or the property the vehicle was towed fromAfter locating the vehicle being referenced in this complaint it was revealed that the vehicle was parked in violation of the property rules and subject to being towedThere is signage on the property, as required by law, warning that towing is enforcedThis property does require permits for parking on the propertyVisitor spaces are provided for anyone visiting someone that lives at the property and those spaces are marked "Visitor" on each of those spacesThe vehicle referenced in this case was parked in an unmarked space which is resident parking and does require a permitThis vehicle was parked in resident parking without a permit on the morning of December at 3:a.mwhich is provided by photographic evidence that is date and time stamped before the vehicle was towed

There is no information concerning the vehicle or property the vehicle was towed fromI can not make any statement without having information concerning vehicle impoundment without having the vehicle information

Without having some type of information concerning the vehicle towed, the property the vehicle was towed from, and the date that the actual tow occurred, I can not offer any kind of response or informationPlease provide some type of information concerning the vehicle and property that the vehicle was towed from so that a proper response can be submitted and hopefully aide in a resolution

Is there anyway that I can be reembursed for my car staying at the lot for two extra days due to the fact that I call when it was towed and was told to email capital two and someone would get back with me about fighting it and that never happend?
