I have reviewed the complaint and found that there are discrepancies in this complaintThe vehicle was not impounded unjustly and without reason as statedThe vehicle owner/operator did not follow the parking policies for the propertySignage posted on the property states " Vehicles without
resident parking permits must park in visitor parking spaces"The property has designated visitor parking spaces that are marked with the word "visitor" at each space provided for visitor parking all other spaces are for resident parking and require a parking permitSignage posted in the visitor parking area states that vehicles parking in the visitor parking area must register at a website for authorization to park on the propertyConfirmation is given when a vehicle is registered to the siteThe vehicle was not parked in a designated visitor parking space and was not authorized to be parked in resident parkingThe vehicle was registered for visitor parking however, was not parked in visitor parking but rather in a parking permit required parking space. The complainant did send an email that was answered by the president of the companyThe president explained that the fault was not on the company but on the complainant's misunderstanding of the parking rules for the property and issued a reimbursementThe reimbursement was not due to any wrong doings of the company but as a gesture of good faith that the same mistake would not happen again

I have reviewed all emails received by customer care between May 05, and May 09, and can not find an email received concerning the property mentioned in this complaintI will attempt to clear a few things up concerning the complaintThere is no "call center" as claimed and I can
only assume that the complainant was speaking to personnel from the storage facilityThe storage facility stores the vehicle and has no information as to why or how a vehicle was impoundedThe Tow company is the one that impounded the vehicle and will have the information regarding the vehicles impoundmentThe storage facility is open hours a day and seven days a week and a vehicle can be retrieved at any timeThe storage facility does not have any information regarding registration of a vehicle or access to look up registration of vehicles to programsAll of that information would come from the tow company and disputes are handled by the tow company via email so that everything is documented.After researching the property I have come to the conclusion that the vehicle in question is a Chevrolet ImpalaThere was no vehicle information given which is needed so that we are discussing the correct situationThe vehicle was documented parked on a property in a space marked for "Registered Vehicles Only" without being registeredThe vehicle had previously registered the vehicle for the property with the website times prior to the date that the vehicle was found in violation of the parking rules for the propertyRegistering a vehicle with the website authorizes the vehicle to be parked on the property for hours in a designated parking space.I have attached two date and time stamped photos of the vehicle prior to being impounded and a snapshot of the registry history for the vehicle to the property

Good afternoon, I have reviewed your complaintI have also looked at the file and photos The vehicle is not in any sort of visitor spaceThere are no markings for a visitor space (not even a faded one)It is in a residence space without a permitWe do not, nor do we need to "move a
vehicle" and take photos to be able to tow itWe have cameras on all of our trucks for our protection as well as the customers to protect everyone involved from claims such as these I am sorry for your situation, however, we towed this vehicle for a valid violation, and will not be able to assist you. Capital Tow stands behind the fact that the way the vehicle was towed is the safest way to tow a vehicle as no part of the equipment used touches the body or suspension of the vehicle. A vehicle that is towed in the manner that this BMW was towed is just as if the vehicle was parked in a parking lotThe tires do not move and the weight of the vehicle is supported by it's own suspension

The vehicle had a windshield notification placed on the rear windshield of the vehicle on 12/9/2016,which faced the parking area at the *** ***The windshield notification identified the vehicle as being in violation of being abandoned on the property and was impounded on
12/13/because the vehicle was still parked in the same location without any contact from the vehicle owner/operatorAt the time of impound, the vehicle did not display the warning sticker that was placed on the vehicleThe community has an agreement with Capital Tow to enforce parking violations on the property and this agreement is made public by the display of Capital Tow signs warning of towing enforced, which are placed at the entrances and exits of the property

The vehicle that is referenced in this claim did have a damage claim filed with the company that was denied. The owner of the vehicle first made contact with Capital Tow four days retrieving the vehicle from the impound facility. The owner had possession for four days before...

making a claim of damages on the vehicle to Capital Tow. The vehicle was impounded to the storage facility on 11/26/2016 at 6:05 p.m. and released on 11/25/2016 at 7:34 p.m. The owner of the vehicle was sent documentation of the vehicle's condition at the impound facility after being towed. The driver did take pictures of the vehicle before towing the vehicle, including the underside of the vehicle at the rear which included the exhaust system in the photos, and after delivering the vehicle to the impound facility, which showed the exhaust system of the vehicle to have no damage as claimed. These photos are date and time stamped. The photographs of the vehicle show the exhaust of the vehicle attached to the vehicle, not sitting on the curb, as stated in the original claim. The original claim is not the same as the one that has been presented to the Revdex.com. I have included photos of the exhaust of this vehicle before the tow occurring and after being impounded to the storage facility. These photos also show the vehicle at the storage facility, which is not close to the curb and the exhaust is not sitting on the curb as earlier claimed, and no damage to the exhaust of the vehicle at the impound facility.
