Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because they have still NOT cancelled anythingI've been waiting since last June/July, for them to refund the funds from the extended warranty and from a gap insurance that I NEVER wanted included in my contractI recently called the business after calling my lien holder and finding out that they never received anything so I called the business and asked for George which every time I called they said he was not there so I spoke to another gentleman (Not Hector and not Cole) and he told me hat the cancellation was never done and he asked me for my current mileage so that he could cancel it but I explained to him that it was supposed to be cancelled from my purchase mileage not my current mileage because I never wanted thatAnd the owner told me that that's what he did back when I went there and signed to cancel everythingIn another complaint filed George stated that everything was all set and that he did as asked but I still have not been refunded Sincerely, [redacted]

We have recently purchased a vehicle from car nation and had the most unprofessional experience that we have ever hadThe vehicle that we purchased did not have the proper safety check done on it which resulted on it having to go back a few days later due to the emergency brake not workingIt also had to receive back brakes and rotors which should've been done before we left the dealership with the vehicleWhen we brought the vehicle in the first time, it was not fixing due to an error in parts ordering, we had to bring it back again and it was not ready in the time that they said that it would be ready inThey were pulling us along with telling us that it would be ready by a certain time and then that time would turn into daysThe staff there is very unprofessional as wellAs we were sitting in the waiting room with our child another staff member came in using explicit language that was unacceptableI would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone

I have attached the purchased agreement for everyone to see and it clearly states that the deposit is not refundable and we meet all the requirementsWe have not lied to [redacted] in any way what so everThe purchase order states 4.84% and we got him even lower at 3.99%Certain Parts of the Purchase Order have been Blacked out to protect [redacted] Privacy.ThanksJustin W.GM

[redacted] , we are sorry you feel that way. *** sensors are not an item covered by any warranty anywhere, yet we sent you 2 brand new ones at no cost.The first set we had ordered were not located by our service department. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I told George and Justin within hours that I do not want the carThey had lied to me To me and had sign a "rough draft" contract and the deal never fell through for a variety of different reasonsI still to this day do not know what APR they gave me, I had not signed to finalize any deal, the car can not be registered in my name and The price of insurance was too highI had requested my money back and George said I can not have my money back even though I never took the car or signed a finalized dealI would like my $refunded to me Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because Justin W*** had told me that the contract or purchase order was not a final purchase orderBecause the APR can changeThis was in fact a lie because now that I don't want to purchase the car or had the means to purchase the car all of a sudden the contract that had an uncertain APR is now used as a binding contractIn which it was stated to me that this purchase order was just to find options for financingI did not financeI did not purchase the carMy credit was checked and the available options were pulledNothing was finalized no registration no insurance no promissionary note from the bank was signed the car was never mineIn which I am entitled to my REFUNDGeorge had told me this morning that I can get my refund back when the car is soldMy deposit had nothing to do with taking the car off the market, my deposit was in preparation for financing, in which I did notThere was no deal there was nothing finalized! I WANT MY REFUND

Every issue associated with the vehicle has been repairedI have meet with the customer and have explained all the fees, taxes and registration costs associated with the loan for the vehicle she purchased
We did not deny any repairs, just that certain parts were not in stock at the VW
dealer so we had to wait to receive themThat's why it took a little longer than anticipated
