Review: There are several Issues I am having with this company. From start to finish it has just been a bad experiance, and game playing. My other half and I went to look at an 06 VW passat black. Test drove it with [redacted], I mentioned a few issues I had noticed on test drive. 1. the ceiling was hanging and needed to be (glued) back into place and fixxed. 2.A ticking noise from the engine. 3. check engine light on. 4. tire pressure light on. All what I thought were minor issues. Easy enough and they had let me know the car just came in and had NOT gone in for inspection yet, but that they would make sure it went through inspection first before we picked it up. A month later and theres only two of the 4 issues fixed. Along with texts saying on ceritian dates the car would be repaird. Althugh when they got it, it just sat there doing nothing. I have pictures to prove that as well. However the one thing that ROYAL upsets me, is the car was listed for 7.9 I was to be financed for 4 change. I signed all paper work and over looked the fact that he hadnt written in the price of the car. A week later when he finally printed off my paper work I signed the new price listing was two diff prices. One for 10 something and the other for 9 something. No where in the paper work does it list he sold us the car for 7.9. I was never supposed to be financed for more than 4 change. I have the print out of the car with the VIN number showing on his website for 7.9 Thats what we disscussed thats what it was supposed to be sold for and thats what I want to pay for the car. NOT financed for 9 change. The lack of communication is horrid, I have purchased a few diffrent loans and NEVER had the issue with the price before all these extra hidden charges he tacked on with out explination are unexceptable and fraud to say the least. Fourging paper work and inputting untrue information after paper work had been signed is falsifying documents. Not to mention the customer is supposed to leave there with the paper work they signed in hand !Desired Settlement: I want the price that was disscussed for paying for the car,the 7.9 it was listed for on the website. I dont want to be over charged and priced or financed AFTER the fact, and or lied to. We disscussed 7.9 as the price also the paper work I have printed out with car picture of the car and VIN from his website states 7.9 and thats what we should have been financed for MINUS the trade in for 2300 dollars leaving a balance of 5690 to be financed for. Instead he financed me for 9 change.

Response:

Every issue associated with the vehicle has been repaired. I have meet with the customer and have explained all the fees, taxes and registration costs associated with the loan for the vehicle she purchased.

We did not deny any repairs, just that certain parts were not in stock at the VW dealer so we had to wait to receive them. That's why it took a little longer than anticipated.

Sincerely

Review: The first day I drove the car off the lot I noticed as I got on the highway the check gas cap light was on. So I called [redacted] the sales rep to ask about the gas cap. She stated it didn't come with one. I did my own research and found out the car was suppose to come with a gas cap. Once again I called back and spoke with [redacted] he stated there is suppose to be a gas cap and would get it on Monday. So in the mean time I'm riding around for 4days no gas cap which is causing all the light to start coming on in the dashboard. So I didn't get the gas cap till wed by then I noticed the coolent light on so when I finally went n on Friday to get the gas cap I asked if the could check the coolent and window washer liquids they were both empty. The tech fill both liquids and erased the codes so the lights n dash could go off. Now by Sunday the coolent light was back on. And so was the windshield washer light. On my own I noticed both containers under hood violent and windshield washer were both empty and bone dry onlonger.y when the tech had just filled it up on Friday. I called on Monday and spoke to [redacted] about the issue and was told I couldn't bring the car for repaint till Friday. So for a whole week in order for me to drive the car I had to continue to put in violent. When I did go in friday they could not repair the coolent hose said they had to order it and it would be n Tuesday. They did repair the windshield washer pump. So I leave with car and go home . Friday night I go to pull out my drive way and nothing but black smoke coming out the muffler and the car was shaking. First thing Saturday morning I'm sitting outside the dealer when they open. This is 9am. In told they have no idea of why the black smoke is coming out. I'm sitting n the waiting area which is close to repair bay. And I can here the tech reving the engine really hard. So I go outside to see what's going on and I see all this blk smoke coming from my car from the tech just pushing on the gas. The tec then comes in and that says it will take about 4hours to figure it out. The sales rep drops me off at a shopping plaza to wait out the time. She returns for me about 1pm and tells me that a repair guy that was there never changed the oil on my car and was no longer there due his negligence. She brings me back to the dealership just to say I'm gonna bring u home so u don't have to wait any longer. I call them around 5pm the owner [redacted] tell me to call back Sunday at noon. I asked him was there anyway I could get a loaner car due to the inconvenience I was told they had no plates available. I call them back Sunday no answer from 12 noon till 2 pm I finally some with [redacted] she then said the car wasn't ready it will be on Monday. I told her this is unexeceptable and I was gonna miss work due to this Monday -sat I go to work 7am. She then said she would have the owner call me. This has been my work car buying experience.Desired Settlement: I believe the vehicle has major damage due to it being out of coolent and not having a oil change. I would like a replacement vehicle.

The vehicle has been repaired and the issues have been resolved. We replaced the gaskets and seals that were causing the vehicle to smoke.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Purchased used 2006 Cadillac SRX 2/22/14. Engine light on, moon/sun roof broken. Car was to be repaired. Waited until May 2014. Car was brought back and forth, we were told it was fixed. Issues with vehicle never fixed. Was given an invoice saying work was done, we brought car to a reputable repair shop and we were just told repairs were never done. We are stuck with a vehicle that Car Nation should have fixed and did not. Now we are forced to try to go through the extended warranty.Desired Settlement: I want everyone to be advised that this dealer is not to be trusted. They are unorganized, they sell bad cars. They take total advantage of the buyer.

Business

Response:

I have discussed all the issues with Mr. [redacted], and we have come to an agreement. Everything has been resolved to satisfactory condition for both parties.

Sincerely,

GM
