I am rejecting this response because: I was told the balance owed on the [redacted] would be fully paid for with gap insurance. That was not the case, gap only issued a portion of it. I purchased a warranty as well as gap insurance  (in addition to my regular car insurance). There is a balance that is owed to the bank that I believe Car Nation should take care of in full as numerous employees informed me that everything would be covered.

I am rejecting this response because: I told George and Justin within 24 hours that I do not want the car. They had lied to me 
To me and had sign a "rough draft"...

contract and the deal never fell through for a variety of different reasons. I still to this day do not know what APR they gave me, I had not signed to finalize any deal, the car can not be registered in my name and The price of insurance was too high. I had requested my money back and George said I can not have my money back even though I never took the car or signed a finalized deal. I would like my $500 refunded to me.

We have recently purchased a vehicle from car nation and had the most unprofessional experience that we have ever had. The vehicle that we purchased did not have the proper safety check done on it which resulted on it having to go back a few days later due to the emergency brake not working. It also had to receive back brakes and rotors which should've been done before we left the dealership with the vehicle. When we brought the vehicle in the first time, it was not fixing due to an error in parts ordering, we had to bring it back again and it was not ready in the time that they said that it would be ready in. They were pulling us along with telling us that it would be ready by a certain time and then that time would turn into days. The staff there is very unprofessional as well. As we were sitting in the waiting room with our child another staff member came in using explicit language that was unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have attached the purchased agreement for everyone to see and it clearly states that the deposit is not refundable and we meet all the requirements. We have not lied to [redacted] in any way what so ever. The purchase order states 4.84% and we got him even lower at 3.99%. Certain Parts of the Purchase Order have been Blacked out to protect [redacted] Privacy.

I am rejecting this response because they have still NOT cancelled anything. I've been waiting since last June/July, 2015 for them to refund the funds from the extended warranty and from a gap insurance that I NEVER wanted included in my contract. I recently called the business after calling my lien holder and finding out that they never received anything so I called the business and asked for George which every time I called they said he was not there so I spoke to another gentleman (Not Hector and not Cole) and he told me hat the cancellation was never done and he asked me for my current mileage so that he could cancel it but I explained to him that it was supposed to be cancelled from my purchase mileage not my current mileage because I never wanted that. And the owner told me that that's what he did back when I went there and signed to cancel everything. In another complaint filed George stated that everything was all set and that he did as asked but I still have not been refunded.

[redacted] sensors are not an item covered by any warranty anywhere, yet we sent you 2 brand new ones at no cost.The first set we had ordered were not located by our service department. They were misplaced.Now I have a receipt that the new sensors (second set)...

Review: I filed a complaint with Thai business months ago for multiple reasons and the case was closed with the business agreeing to refund me back an insurance that they had added onto my contract without discussion and also an extended warranty that they added. Because it had never been discussed with me the owner agreed to cancel them And refund the money. The owner had said that it would take a few weeks for it to process from the insurance company and be sent to my financing bank. That was the end of June / beginning of July. Here it is 3 months later and I've yet to hear from him and the finance company has yet to receive anything from them.Desired Settlement: This business has been hell since the day I drove off their lot with a car from them. I'd just like to have the refunded money sent to my finance company or the check given to me so that I can send it to them
