Disaster
Everything the other reviewers have stated is correct. Poor quality and even worse quality. And they claim on their site they have 4.6 stars. You can’t file a review on their site so their claim is 100% a lie. Terrible experience.

Slick catalog. Bad fitting clothes
Same experience as many others. Sucked in by catalog. Bought about $500 worth of clothes my first order, all bad or odd fitting. Ordered another shirt from them, it was really cool, and I didn't learn my lesson the first time. It was a medium that fit like an XL or XXL, yes really, sizing can be THAT bad. Never again will I order anything from them.

Poor quality
Ordered 5 men’s t- shirts and one wasn’t stitched thoroughly on the shoulder seam resulting in a hole. The material the shirts are made from is very thin and care instructions are confusing. (Wash cold, tumble dry normal, no heat). The fit was also problematic - seemed large through the shoulders and short in length. Called regarding the shirt with the hole - waiting for a return label and will have to find a UPS drop box to send the shirt back for either a replacement or refund - might send them all back. Will NEVER order from this company again!

Pretty horrible
I, too, was taken in by the slick catalog that started appearing everywhere. I received an item as a gift for a Christmas which was an XL men's pullover that seems ok, with the exception that the sleeves were an easy two inches short. It really wreaked of cheap clothes from either China or India that can look good in a picture but do not live up in real life. I had also ordered a couple of items and then immediately, within a couple of hours, both emailed and called to cancel the order. No dice, I was told that customer service (seemed like a third party service) would not cancel an order unless the items were back ordered. This is crazy in today's online world. So now I have to wait for them to arrive just to turn around and pay to return them. I really wanted to like this company but would recommend all to shop somewhere else.

I'm okay with these guys -- and I returned everything.
I'm okay with these guys -- and I returned everything. Great catalog, right? The merchandise wasn't for me, though. I made about a $750 purchase. $250 worth was back-ordered, and $500 arrived pretty quickly. What I got ended up not appealing to me. I taped up the box, slapped on the included label, drove it over the the UPS store, and off it went. The UPS tracking showed it arrived around noon on a Friday. On Thursday the following week the refund showed up on my Carbon2Cobalt orders page. It took an additional few days for Chase to process the refund onto my Chase Visa card. I knew I was charged $7.50 for the return shipping label (cheap!) and I read my original shipping charge wouldn't be refunded (makes sense). The back-ordered stuff I cancelled by e-mail, since it was matched to the returned stuff. The change showed up the next business day. I'm completely satisfied. I sincerely considered keeping my purchase because the appearance was that attractive. Why didn't I?, these folks seem to have a business model relying on the cheapest South Asian materials and labor (Bangladesh, India, etc.), prices corresponding to more premium materials and production, some really appealing designs, and solid presentation through their catalog and photography. That's the call of the entrepreneur, I wish this company luck, and commend them for apparently-improved returns processing, having read older reviews.

Customer Service
I had ordered from C2C a couple of times with no problem. Last summer I placed an order for 5 shirts and waited and waited for tracking orders. When I finally receive the tracking, I noticed that it was sitting somewhere “waiting for pickup”, when it finally tracked as “picked up”, the very next day it was listed as returned. I did correspond by email with customer service who blamed in on the delivery service (which may be true) but ultimately, they found my original order and filled it and in addition discounted my total cost a bit. Other than the day or two delay in responding to my emails, they were very attentive and satisfied my issue. Will continue to use and recommend them.

Dye, dye my darling
Initially purchased 4 (expensive ) summer shirts in the early spring for 2020. None arrived before 7/1 and I just received the last shirt, 8/6.
One short sleeve shirt, I love the color but the construction is poor and fits oddly around the waist ( like a maternity shirt)... my issue is with the last arrival, (which they apologized for the delay. )its a short sleeve waffle weave polo shirt. The color is “ Lake”... the hue was not as pleasing as what is shown in the catalog for one. When I opened it in my kitchen, and set it down on a damp towel, the color bled onto the towel. I was shocked. Looking carefully at the labels and construction it was easy to see that the shirt was not constructed of thread of this color. The shirt was dyed AFTER it was made. The usually white labels ( Made in China) in the shirt were even dyed the same color. Ugh.
I normally wash new clothes before I wear them, this shirt went into the sink for hand washing first. Glad I did but, I am now concerned with the amount of dye I have been exposed to. The photo shows the water after the 3rd handwashing. I wanted so much to like this company, but I’m getting visions of under paid sweat-shop workers dying vats of shirts, their hands and feet forever stained ... with my shirt color.

SO SAD
I purchased the blue steel excursion cargo pants for my husband's birthday. He loves them but the cargo pocket where he keeps his cell phone has holes where the pocket attaches after wearing them 4 times. I have had a semi chat on line but they want you to sign up for an actual resolution to your issue to a third party for only a dollar for 7 days of service there after it's $50.00 a month. I am not interested in a 3rd party resolution when the companies service department won't respond. It's a delay tactic at my expense. A company is only as good as it's service. So without any resolution or improvement to this product I do not recommend Carbon2Colbalt- love the clothes, poor service and poor quality without any desire to improve their products through customer reviews. So sad...

Unethical
They sell rebranded cheap clothing. This means that they buy cheaply made clothes from China and India and put their own labels inside. (I got a shirt once that had another companies label inside.) They then jack up the price by at least 400%. So they buy a shirt that would retail for $25 at most and resell it for $125. The quality of the goods very low. It took me spending $300 to figure out what they were doing.
This was back in 2015. I was scammed so you don't have to be 😂

Well I gave this company, carbon2cobalt 3 tries to get it right and all 3 tries were a dismal failure. Customer service is awful, promises you the world and gives you nothing. Delivery times are stated when you buy the merchandise but it never ever comes when its supposed to but customer service will always blame it on the shipper. The merchandise they offer is decent at best but try and get it and fighting with customer service, when you get someone that speaks ok English, just isnt worth it. I wont be buying anything from this company again!

I called customer care, because a shirt that I ordered arrived (a $89.00) smelling of manureA really awful foul smellThe refunded my shipping, but thats itMy concern is, is this product soiled from another country and is this healthy

I have purchased from Carbon Cobalt on three occasions and had a question/issue needing customer support twiceOn both occasions they responded quickly and even helped with a UPS issue that occurred once the package was out of their handsI appreciated the attention to service on each occasion The products have always been satisfactoryThe designs are very unique and fashionable but don't expect heavy or dense fabrics; these clothes are meant to fit and drape a certain way and therefore use lighter fabricsThat said, when treated well my garments have lasted a few seasons already

The catalog is very deceivingI could have bought everything in the book by looking through it, but when the clothing arrived it was very cheaply madeI think even Old Navy is better qualitySo I just wasted $on shippingWished I had read the reviews BEFORE I placed my orderVERY DISAPPOINTEDCan't expect they're going to keep customers by charging a big price for cheaply made clothingMy sweater said imported (from China)My advice: Google the reviewsEverything said is true

I saw the catalog lying around and browsed through itI couldn't believe how many of their items I actually would consider purchasingI'm a brand loyalist and seldom stray from what works for meBeing a young company, I was a little hesitant, especially considering the priceHowever, I pulled the trigger and ordered a shirtI am so very pleased with the quality of the garment I received todayGreat colorGreat fitA very well made shirt with a nice attention to detailI couldn't be more pleased and will be shopping with them again

We ordered a sweater, each, for my husband and myself. We received them yesterday. They were true to size, according to the size chart. They are quality clothing. I hope they wash well, seems to be a quality that would do so. I contacted customer service for an additional order, since we were very pleased, and had no fuss. They were very courteous and took care of my needs asap. Overall, I am very pleased! From what I can tell, I will order from them in the future and take advantage of free shipping offers and percentages off.

I have shopped with them before, but have a hard time shopping at any online store that does not offer free returns and exchanges! It is hard to always tell colors online or how an item will look once on and if you can't make exchanges for free, well then, forget me as a customer. Carbon 2 Cobalt charges $7.95 for any exchange or return which is PATHETIC! At most, exchanges should be FREE! I will not shop ANYWHERE that does not offer FREE exchanges! Don't waste your time shopping at Carbon2Cobalt!

Their business practices are, AT BEST, highly questionable. According to their emails, my credit card would not be billed until my order shipped. However, they apparently get around this by creating a Fed-X label but do not actually give the corresponding package to Fed-X to ship at that time. That then allows them to bill for the order and CLAIM that it has shipped. I received no email with tracking info (also a claim by them) when my order supposedly "shipped". I had to call to get to get order status from C2C at which time they gave me the tracking number which of course showed that 3 days after they claimed it was shipped, they had only created a label, thus the shipping info was still pending. I guess they don't realize that Fed-X can give shipping info using the tracking number and they KNOW that a package was not received. I spoke with Fed-X several times, which C2C refused to do because Fed-X would have told them the same thing...that Fed-X received no package from them to ship and C2C KNEW it. To add insult to injury, they refused to cancel my order because "it had already shipped"! Every single person I spoke with at C2C made that same claim, in spite of the fact that Fed-X had received no package from them to ship to me. They chose to blame Fed-X by claiming that Fed-X takes "several days" to scan packages and update shipping info. I know from my own experience with Fed-X that this is not true. I have been forced to report C2C for fraud in order to recover my money. They appear to be an extremely unethical and very poorly run company. I encourage anyone considering buying from them to first search reviews for this company (wish I had); over 19 complaints filed in 3 years with the RevDex.com. Further searches reveal an abundance of complaints on this company for various reasons. Also, just try to unsubscribe from their catalogs; not even an option on their website. Just really despicable business practices. If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. SHAME ON CARBON 2 COBALT.

Buyer beware - not specific to their products, but understand that when you order from them they have a very loose privacy policyIn short, they'll sell as much of your information as they canI liked a couple things in the catalogue and thought I'd try them out - nevermind their shipping fees - which are out of line with their competitors, but since then I've been inundated with catalogues from other companies that I've never heard ofI made a mistake here, but I pay pretty close attention to privacy policiesLearn from my mistake - just avoid shopping here.***

I've tried to purchase two items within the past six months and both have not been reported backordered when purchasing online I don't find out until after they have processed the order that the items are not in stock
