I receive their catalogs. I liked the fashion but thought it was over priced. I finally broke down and bought a coat for $200. They charged $20 for shipping. When I received the coat it looked very cheaply manufactured, and thin on material and there were snags in the fabric. It looks like a $20-30 coat at best. They will accept returns but it will cost me another $8. Basically I will end up paying $30 to find out their clothes are cheap. Good photography and design for their catalog but the merchandise is poor. Beware.

I ordered a pair of pants, which were sent to the wrong address. The pants were returned and they charged me a restocking fee. I was called customer service which were of no help I would avoid this company.

The catalog is very deceiving. I could have bought everything in the book by looking through it, but when the clothing arrived it was very cheaply made. I think even Old Navy is better quality. So I just wasted $30 on shipping. Wished I had read the reviews BEFORE I placed my order. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Can't expect they're going to keep customers by charging a big price for cheaply made clothing. My sweater said imported (from China). My advice: Google the reviews. Everything said is true.

In my opinion their catalog presentations reveal much higher quality materials, colors, etc than what they actually sell. I ordered a long sleave shirt on sale for $44 from $89. The

actual shirt when it arrived was far inferior in appearance, texture and quality than the presentation in the catalog. Honestly, I don't think they are presenting the actual product's picture in the catalog.

I don't shop for clothes too much online, and rarely find items that I really like enough to purchase. However I really liked a lot of the items in their catalog and purchased several items from C2C. Possibly a little on the expensive side, but nice garments with attention to details and special touches. I will purchased from them again!

Review: I ordered new clothes last tuesday and paid for 2 day shipping by air but it is now sat and still nothing no email or tracking number! I had a bad feeling about this company from the reviews on line I am never going to order from them again and will return items before I even open the package.Desired Settlement: cancel the order and refund my shipping and clothing cost.

This customer chose UPS ground for his order and not UPS day mail. The package is out for delivery today, and I left him a voicemail about this as well. I did refund his original shipping fee as a customer courtesy. I have also noted not to charge him for the use of the provided return/exchange label that will be in his package if he wants to return the merchandise for a refund.

Review: Greetings,I am getting in touch as I have had an ongoing issue with Carbon 2 Cobalt regarding unsolicited mailings.To start, I have never done business with this company. I understand one is placed on mailing lists, so I usually contact them to be removed (also added my address to DMA choice.) In response to the unwanted mailing, I contacted their customer support team on October 19th, 2013 (that is not a typo, it was 2013) to opt-out of unsolicited mailings. No response received from their customer service, but I thought maybe they just opted me out with no response.May 31st, I am still receiving unsolicited catalogs from this company. I contacted them again on e-mail to opt-out. NO response received, I e-mailed again on June 4, 2014 stating I would not stop contacting them until they confirmed the removal. Finally, later that day their customer service team responded that they have "removed" me.Fast forward to October 5, 2015. I have received another catalog from this company despite being "removed" from their list. Keep in mind, I understand that when an address is removed from a mailing list, one continues to receive mail for 3-6 months, does not seem correct.I have tried to contact the company to receive a confirmation that I have been removed. To date, I have not received any response which unfortunately, given their track record is not shocking. I am hoping that the Revdex.com can assist with contacting this company to confirm my address has been permanently wiped from their system. Please note, I have documentation for all communications with this company as well as images of the most recent unsolicited mailing received after being removed.Desired Settlement: I wish for my address (note, my address is listed as "APT 2" on their mailings to me) to be permanently removed, wiped, deleted, and *blacklisted* from their mailing database as well as the database of their partners. I also wish for a confirmation from someone with some authority at this company to confirm this has been done. I do not want to have to file another complaint next year when they start mailing me again.

I have added this customer to the 'Urgent Do Not Mail' and 'Do Not Rent' files. She was already on our 'Do Not Mail' file. I have also forwarded her request and emails directly to our marketing partner that uploads these files for our catalog mailings. I have responded to her in the process as well.

I purchased a shirt and a pair of sweatpants from Carbon2Colbult. The pants were supposed to keep their shape, but did not. Also, the buttons on both the shirt and pants do not line up or stay buttoned. Way over priced for this poor quality.

I'VE READ SOME BAD REVEIWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY BUT DID NOT HAVE THE SAME EXPIERENCE WITH IT. I SAW WHAT I WANTED, E-MAILED THE COMPANY WITH QUESTIONS, ONLY BECAUSE I RARELY HAVE TIME TO CALL IN PERSON, GOT MY RESPONSE AND ORDERED MY SELECTIONS. I WILL AGREE, THE CLOTHING IS A BIT PRICEY BUT I LIKED THE LOOK AND WHEN I RECIEVED THE ITEMS I WAS PLEASED WITH MY CHOICES. IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOME OF THE CLOTHING WAS MADE HERE IN THE UNITED STATES BUT STILL GOOD CLOTHING. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GIVE THEM A TRY.

I saw the catalog lying around and browsed through it. I couldn't believe how many of their items I actually would consider purchasing. I'm a brand loyalist and seldom stray from what works for me. Being a young company, I was a little hesitant, especially considering the price. However, I pulled the trigger and ordered a shirt. I am so very pleased with the quality of the garment I received today. Great color. Great fit. A very well made shirt with a nice attention to detail. I couldn't be more pleased and will be shopping with them again.
