Our District Manager of bedding spoke with Mrs***. Her delivery charge was refunded to her *** on 8/28/in the amount of $59.99. The charge that remains is the price of the mattress and boxspring of $plus $tax

Customer has worked with the Director of Operations, *** ***, and has been allowed to reselect

Mr***, I apologize for the concerns with this vanity. Sine the vanity is no longer made by factory, we were attempting to fix with parts. However if you are not comfortable waiting for the parts, I understand. We can certainly pick up the item and refund you. Please

[The company is lying once again I spoke to *** the night it was delivered and I told her I wanted it returned The reason I had *** check the base was because I had every intention on keeping the base because I don't have time to shop for a new one The mattress can be bought anywhere without having to start the buying and testing our process all over again I accepted the movement of the mattress into my bedroom because I had no where to sleep as Cardi's took my old mattress and box spring and my new one was sitting in my living room I even told *** I didn't even feel comfortable sleeping on it because I felt Cardi's would not accept it after I used it but I had no where to sleep She assured me she would forward my concerns and go through with the return and someone would call me and they never did Mrs*** never called me and never responded to my emails The person *** was suppose to have call me never called me It is a lie that a return was processed and they are waiting for me I have all my emails as proof and my phone logs While they did send someone over to check the base and move the mattress this is what should have been done in the first place There is no denying that I HAD TO PUT THE BASE TOGETHER MYSELF because they didn't do it the night they should have The tech simply checked my hours of work This company is not accepting fault and this bothers me Having them deliver the mattress to my bedroom is what should have been done because they delivered a frozen mattress and I had no where to sleep I STRUGGLED TO MOVE MY MATTRESS UP TO MY ROOM they only came a day later to fix what should have been originally done They have done nothing to go above and beyond for my inconvenienceThey have offered nothing in terms of me putting together my own base, them being late, me having no mattress for a night, having a frozen mattress, and I could go on and on They have only finally done what they should have done in the first place but nothing to compensate me for my time and my own work that they should have done I did get the cell phone number of the operations manger but I didn't know I needed to go through him to file a return He was helping me get someone over there to check on the base that I put together and give me a place to sleep instead of having a mattress in my living room I called that night after filing a *** to return this because my money will not go to this business *** did nothing to start a return, no one called me the next day as per my request, Mrs*** didn't respond to my two emails, and when I called Cardi's I was told someone would get back to me, and *** did nothing Them saying they filed an return and they are waiting on me is FALSE I am waiting on them and no one responded until I filed with the Revdex.com They are making excuses and telling me I should be calling a man who gave me his personal cell but I am contacting the store personnel at the store and going through the correct channels and they are not responding My next step is to forward everything to Consumer Reporting agencies with local news stations I can't deal with their lies
