The headboard and metal frame were the pieces that were originally chosen, not a headboard with storage rails and storage footboard. The factory does allow the headboard and frame to be purchase dalone. If the storage bed is something you wish to purchase that would be at a price you would be responsible for

The sectional purchased in March had a one year warranty. We authorized a courtesy reselection for full credit for items that were out of warranty. With courtesy reselections a delivery charge is required for new deliveries

We apologize for the concerns during the recent deliveries of your sectional. We want you to be happy. I have left you a voicemail and also sent an email to the address provided. I have sent a copy of the Purchase Order that Cardi's has placed with *** Furniture for the new

I am disappointed in the company's stance on thisWe believe that we should not be responsible to pay the delivery of a new item due to the defectiveness of the productAlthough the company is stating they credited us a courtesy, we are not choosing to get rid of our furniture because of a style changeThe product is defectiveIn addition to the springs collapsing, we noted to the repair person that we were more concerned with the staples popping out of the wood and tearing the fabricThis a hazard and the only reason we contacted Cardi's was to see about repairWe were very pleased with the original response to credit us, who wouldn't beBut, there was no mention of paying the delivery fee at that time or any time during our visits to Cardi'sAgain, very disappointedI have been a long time Cardi's customer and feeling a bit subjugated

We are going to waive the redelivery charge for this reselection. All information has been documented in your account. Thank you

Mrs*** purchased a year stain warranty that allows for accidental spot removal. This warranty does not cover overall cleanings or accumulation of stains. Our technician's photos show a heavily soiled mattress. The mattress was so compromised that it is considered
unsanitary and we are not able to return it due to health reasons
