Review: I was contacted by Logic Works (aka Care Net, [redacted]) on December **, 2013. During the sales pitch, I was told that credit card would still be usable. I made an agreement, which they recorded, that promised me a minimum of $3800 in savings in interest over two years in exchange for a fee. They gave me a money-back guarantee. The agreement also stated that I would not be charged until services had been rendered. After the process started, they asked me some things that made me uncomfortable so I asked to speak with a supervisor, [redacted]. He said that if I tried to stop the payments, that they would try to collect and that would damage my credit. They shut down my credit card, which has a balance of slightly under $13,000 and put me on a payment plan that reduced my interest from 13.6% to 9.9%. This should save me approximately $1217, less than a third of what was promised. They also put in an application for another credit card. They recorded me again in the billing department because originally I had agreed to pay on the credit card that they shut down. I had to authorize another form of payment, and they would not allow me to state the services I had received in that second recording. They have refused to give me a transcript of the original agreement, and they will are acting in bad faith by refusing to honor the money-back guarantee by lifting the fee.Desired Settlement: I want them to agree in writing to release me from the payments which are scheduled to start January **, 2014.

Review: logic works contacted me through phone solicitation to lower my credit card balances. They didnt tell me how they would do it until I agreed. This all took place on the phone. TAll they did was ome credit csard balance transfers for an egregious amount of five hundred and twenty six dollars. I could have done this myself for free over the phone minus a minore 5 percent transfer charge. Whcih I had to pay anyway. This is a scma nd is known as a scam. I chagned my bank account number so they couldnt deduct the egregious fees they were attempting to charge me for simple balance transfers. This happened in November 2012. I reorted them to the distrcit attorney aoffice and never heard from them again. Today, November **,2013, I received a call from [redacted] of logic works collection dept saying I owe them Money. I told him they were a scam and hung up.Desired Settlement: drop the false collection claim and stop contacting me.

Greetings,

Review: We recieved a phone call on 4/**/14 and was told they could help me with my interested rate on my bank of america credit card. They had all my information so I was under the impression they that is where they from. However, as the conversation continued I realized they where not and at that point tried to say I was not interested. They told me I could not cancel and was going to be responsible for $798 for there service which they did not do. They did put me on a 3 way with one cc company I had and the rep from that company said I could do this is on my own and that I did not need them to help me get this offer. They had my daughters checking account # which is how the cc bill gets paid because I did not have a checking account at that time. When I told them I was not interested they told me they would be charging the checking account the $798 or I would be reported to the credit beureau. Then when I told them they did not have authorization to charge my daughters account, because I was not a authorised user on it they threathed me with bank fraud and the converstaion got ugly from this point. My daughter got on the phone at that point because they were getting ugly with me and they continued to get really nasty with her. After reading all the other reviews here, I felt the need to share our experiance. I really hope that this company does not charge me or report me as I did not use there services and they where very unprofessional and also used religon as part of there discussion.Desired Settlement: That they leave my account and credit alone as they have no authorization to touch any of it.

Review: I was contacted by this company, claiming they could lower my annual APR on my credit card for a fee of $940. I continued with the conversation, having given them my credit card number, and found out that all they were doing was doing a balance transfer to another credit card company. When I figured out this is what was happening, I demanded the transaction be discontinued but they adamantly told me that the transaction had already been started and could not be canceled. They then told me they were going to turn me over to a collection agent if I did not pay the pay. I felt cornered and agreed to the fee. I have since researched the company and found that they are a scam. They have my credit card info, and have charged me, they also have my social security number.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the money I paid

Review: I received a call on my cell phone to lower my interest rate to press #1. I was transferred to someone who I thought was from my credit card company. They told me that I would be charged $748.00 but was lead to believe only if I accepted terms of a new rate. Only after I gave them my c/c # and SS# I told them that I really wasn't interested. They then told me that I would still be charge anyway because they worked on my "case". I spoke to several people to dispute it right away and they said "there is nothing I can do". I called my c/c to try and cancel or freeze my account and was told I would have to wait till it posted. I called this company back told them I wanted everything canceled due to the fact I felt like I was scammed. They gave me a hard time but was finally "able" to cancel all charges but I would be sent to collections. When I asked for the information of the company-ie. Name and Address to submit a claim with the Revdex.com and Attorney Generals office that is when I got hung up on. My husband then called and tried to straighten things out and by the sounds of it the charges were not cancelled yet and the person who hung up on me was going to get "reprimanded" but was still never told the company information like ask several times. He was told I called them which was SO not true. My husband and I have made numerous attempts to fix this problem before reporting them.Desired Settlement: I would like my c/c to be refunded and NOT to be sent to collections

They did cancel my dicover card and lowered the rate I think but I did not want them to cancel the card . After keeping me on the phone for hours while I was work I had to hang up. Review: Seller (not lawfully registered for Telemarketing under any name with Arizona Secretary of State) persuaded me to use their services to purchase a Discovery credit card with a 0% APR for 14 months, posting an exorbitant and uncustomary transaction fee of $940 to my Visa credit card. They performed minor "services" (obtaining the Discovery card online, adjusting the Visa credit rate) without knowledge of, nor being previously registered with Discovery, or Visa, violating numerous provisions of the Arizona Telephone Solicitations Act Title 44-1271 et seq. They received and then ignored three calls for complaint resolution on three successive days.Desired Settlement: Cancellation of sale; Removal of their $940 Transaction Fee Charge from my Visa credit card

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Care Net aka "Credit Card Services" aka "Care Solutions" regarding complaint ID [redacted]. Investigation by my own Credit Card company immediately confirmed their likely illegal modes of solicitation and operation. Their charge on my credit card has been therefore reversed. Reports to appropriate state and federal investigative agencies were simultaneously initiated.

Sincerely,
