Worst experience
I was told that I have a late payment that will go to collection for a check that they cashed but claimed that it was for less amount than it was issued. I sent them the copies of the check cashed, as requested, proving that they were wrong. I still got a bill for the difference saying it was a late payment and that they will send ot to collection. I paid it just to get them off my back.,. They also send multiple bills for the same services for the same amounts. Had I not called them, I would had to pay twice. I will report them to the BBB, my medical providers and my insurance company. Be careful with this company!

***EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES***
Carecentrix HR is unprofessional and misleading in the hiring process. They offered me a position, pending Background Check, Drug Screening, and Employment Verification. Since they claim my dates was wrong on my resume and they could not verify past employment --they was going to have to rescind the offer. They accused my a falsifying my resume because of dates was wrong --and I they could not verify my past employment. I'm already employed and glad I did not leave my job to work for these buffoons. Not to mentioned, the Company is racist, as soon as put a picture profile, Identifying myself as Black, that's when I started having issues, as they can say. EEOC will hear about the Discriminatory Employment Practices.

I have used them for a little under three years for connection as disconnection of my 5FU for [redacted] Their nurses have all been pretty good but their billing procedures have been inconsistent Often you get invoiced late and never receive statements I thought that I was current and update and just got turned over to a collection agency for owing $ This is very upsetting as I have paid them many thousands of dollars since my first treatment of [redacted] I have had cycles of  [redacted] that I have paid them to date

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have called CareCentrix several times since July about a refund of $that they owe meEvery time I call, none of their representatives can give me an answerIn July I was told that they needed to issue me a refund because my insurance ended up paying the whole billI over paid them as of April, My bank statement shows the two withdrawals made by CareCentrixHowever, when I call they just say, "they are still investigating." They have told me at least times now that someone will call me back to give me an updateNo one, I repeat, no one has called me backThis has been going on for monthsWhenever I call, I am on the phone with them going back and forth for well over an hour each timeThey finally tell me they "can't reach the person working on my refund, and someone will get back to me by a certain date." Translate Desired Settlement / Outcome Desired Settlement: select Desired Outcome: I must receive a phone call with an update informing me about my refund, and when it will be completed by Tuesday, September 30th, I would also like a letter confirming that my refund is in processIf I am not contacted, then I have no choice but to send a letter to the CEO, [redacted] and Board Chairman, [redacted] As per the recommendation of the NY State Attorney General's office, I will also file a small claims suit with punitive damages Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Organization will not coordinate health care benefits with a secondary insurance provider and also refuses to give you the third party claim forms so you can do it yourself

From the Start I KNEW I should have looked at the Revdex.com and I'm regretting it I was told by my MD that I needed a CPAP unit so I researched costs on [redacted] (Total cost for everything was just under $1,000) The MD Gave me [redacted] Number (The Equipment Company) who gave me the same system I was looking at, trained me on how to use it and care for it I told them upfront I was not looking for a rental I wanted a Total Buyout from day one I was assured that the only way the insurance would pay anything on it it had to be a month Payment installment but at the end I would own the machine I was never informed I would have to deal with a totally different billing company Well I have tried calling both [redacted] e and Carecentrix to get a Buyout total since it is the end of the year and my insurance is changing [redacted] was helpful in telling me that Carecentrix has me under a RENTAL but they had no totals and had to research more They said they would call me back today I'm still waiting and expect no call back No one can give me any information Why? everyone says everyone else has the information CareCentrix has always given me a different number to call where I have to leave a voicemail to get a return call a few days later telling me I have to call the main number They are deceptive, and give no straight answers when you CAN talk to a person In reviewing all the invoices (which never contain a final total) Between my insurance and myself this $1,system is costing over $2, If that is not insurance fraud I do not know what is I have contacted [redacted] about this and they say I am not the only one complaining about this After reading all the other reviews I can see that is the truth I have already contacted my Doctor about this and his staff will be cutting ties with the company and spreading the word in the medical circles I plan on calling my Insurance company to cut them off and I am gathering information for possible legal action At this point I want nothing to do with Either [redacted] or Carecentrix I feel paying double list price is being abused enough People with medical conditions do not to be taken advantage of like this and it needs to stop

Carecentrix is a billing agent for insurance companies, mostly dealing with CPAP equipment They will cheat the final end customer and refuse to change the billing I have been told I do not have a right to see what was submitted by the provider and I have no right to see what was paid by the insurance company I was charged $for what should have been $ The $is what was submitted by the provider DO NOT USE CARECENTRIX they will cheat you
