Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The Health Insurance Provider has handled this matter and is approved for a new medical provider to handle my health needsI will deal with outstanding payment in which my health insurance provider will communicate with me once they reach [redacted] and CareCentrix in re: to this matterIn communication with them as yesterday they are still reviewing the case Sincerely, [redacted] ***

In December of I was diagnosed as having [redacted] that required a [redacted] machine to correct I received a unit from Carecentrix ith no financial paperwork attached I later learned that my insurance, [redacted] (another matter), had paid them $towards the cost of the machine that has a retail value of about $ I began receiving monthly bills from them and when I called them about it they claimed they had put me on "rent to own" plan which I told them I had never agreed to accept I told them I would pay up to the outstanding month balance which meant that I had paid them $over the insurance, bringing the total for a $unit to $and told them that as I had not agreed to any rent to own plan that I would not pay them anymore However, the bills have kept on rolling in, and they have sent me to a collections agency They are to be avoided at all cost, which would still be lower than doing business with them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It seems no one talks to each other in the Carecentrix office I had called them several times and to tell them I had sent the claims to my health insurance which is the secondary insurance since Carecentrix does not file the secondary insurance Also, when I received the letters from the collection agency I made a point again to call Carcentrix to have it put in my husband's file that I had sent all the claims to my health insurance ( [redacted] ) My insurance [redacted] also told them all the information they needed to try to resolve this mess they have caused This office should try to work better with the customer who is trying to get the claims resolved and work with my insurance I have been humilated and when my husband goes back to his physician I'm going to try to find a different route for him cause I do not think Carecentrix office is very customer friendly Horrible service Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have received a phone call from [redacted] and she left me a voicemailI was not able to answer the call as I was at work, but as soon as I had a break (about minutes after the call), I called back and got voicemailI left a message and have not received another phone call from her sinceI did receive a phone call from someone else, who I explained the situation to and was told the bills would go out in the mail, this was the week of June 15, I have yet to receive anything in the mail from CareCentrixI also told the person I spoke with that I would only be able to pay about $per month right now as I have to pay rent, all other household bills, daycare, and car payments, as well as student loans, so there is not an additional $per month that I am able to pay unless I take up another part time job, which is impossible having a child, grandchild, full time job, and going to school full timeI do want to pay this bill, but cannot afford the payment plan they want without risking my home and that is not something I am willing to doThere is a limited amount of funds available each month right now to pay this bill and I will pay extra if the funds are availableThe lady that I spoke with did tell me the credit was issued and how much I owed now in total, but I want it in writing, in my hand, not online as I do not always have internet access and I want them to accept what I can pay rather than telling me I will go to collections if I don't pay what they wantI refuse to have the possibility of losing my home or my car (which is necessary for work) in order to pay what they are requiring Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] I received a call from a lady at CareCentrixI cannot remember her nameShe said I owe nothing on my billHowever I asked for this in writingShe said she will send me an e-mail explaining I have no further balance dueI never received the email yetShe also promised she would send me a hard copy letter in writing explaining also that I have no balance dueI have not received that letter yetI do not consider this resolved until I receive a written response explaining that I have no balance due to CareCentrix and that CareCentrix will not pursue collection efforts against me with a collection agency [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Contact has yet to be made with me so I have no idea how they believe it has been resolvedA representative named either [redacted] or [redacted] called my husband Monday, who told them to call meI did not recognize the number or receive my husband's text in time so I did not answer itShe left a voicemail, which I returned her call, but the recording stated she was at home so I left her a messageShe called me back Tuesday, while I was at a work event and could not answerI returned her call again and have not heard anything backI also just called and left her another message Sincerely, [redacted]

While the nurse we were provided was very good and knowledgeable, their accounting deptwas the worst I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with The first invoices I received were 3-months old and towards the end of their service had stretched out to 4-months old One I received had the insurance and my copay reversed I had to call them repeatedly to straighten other problems out, but upon the receipt of new bills, it was the same problems all over again I just hope they are not the only company in this area, as I will never use them again Oh, and the nurse practitioners name on the invoice was never the same, yet we had the same lady every time, and her name was never on it, so how, after all those months, was I to know whether I was paying for my visits or someone else's

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I believe I mentioned earlier, I require written confirmation that NOTHING related to this CPAP machine will be billed to us or have collection attempts madeWhile we have received at least sets of letters about the same three invoices, ( one of the sets had to be signed for), they still have not addressed any additional billing they may come up with for the same equipment (that we no longer have) I am concerned about this because this company attempted to bill both rental and purchase amounts for the same machineSince the insurance company is pushing back on that, I am concerned that this company will just bill us for the purchase That is why I need a written document stating that we will NOT be held responsible for ANY charges associated with this CPAP machine Sincerely, [redacted] ***
