Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received the invoice I have repeatedly requested, plus I paid to have a certified letter delivered to them The letter was received on August 3rd and I received the receipt on August I received a phone call on August from '***' who asked me to call her as soon as I got the invoice or if I did not receive it, she also wanted to know I left her a voice mail today telling her I have not received one single invoice! I've had to do business with them for the past yearWhen I need an invoice for a purchase, multiple associates assure me I will be receiving what I need when in reality nothing happensThey always blame management, saying they can only put a request in while management actually completes the taskRegardless, always an inefficient experience with them and I wish I didn't have to use themThis is not just a one time event, this always happensNo matter how I request the paperwork (email, mail etc) its terrible and I dread having to deal with them

I have been dealing with this company for monthsI ordered a breast pump through my insurance and on Carecentrixs error, I recieved a pump I did not originally wantThey have given me the run around saying they will pay for the shipping costs and will get a return label sent to me, but months later I'm still dealing with itI have to explain myself each time I callI've talked to many "leads" and each time they promise to have this taken care of and that Carecentrix will take care of the returnI've decided to send the pump back myself instead of dealing with this shady, disorganized company once moreI am also submitting a formal complaint with ***

CareCentrix recently took over billing for a company from whom I buy medical suppliesI apparently missed the first bill I received from them in the mail, but soon after received innumerable phone messages from CareCentrix asking me to return the call in regards to payments for the company ***Needless to say I never heard of a company [redacted] and the calls sounded like a scamEventually we figured out that the company was legit, and sent a payment, but the payment never showed up online so I had to call and verify that I no longer had a balance due since they were threatening to send the bill to a collections agencyPerhaps this company is too big to answer the phone or even to have a person on the phone when they call, but the result is a very difficult process for the consumerBad jobI had a regular payment method set up with the medical supply company, and now I have CareCentrix leaving obscure messages and botching the websiteThis is not a good change

However, after I read my complaint and already submitted it, I forgot to put the claim was on [redacted] , who is my son, and not under my name. Nowhere in the body of the complaint was it stated the claim at Carecentrix was for [redacted] . It might be helpful too if they have his invoice # [redacted] .
