CVS has not taken step to rectify the situation other than adding a small bonus to money that I was owed and had to force them to payback via Revdex.com complaint On our very next delivery we had our biggest issue yet and legal council may be my only optionMy medicine was supposed to arrive 12/3/I received a call that due to the attack in California the delivery would have to be pushed forward day to FridayWe told the rep that would be okay but it was needed FridayNo delivery FridayNo weekend contactMonday my husband called the pharmacy that was suppose to receive the package and we are told it wasnt deliveredWhen we call to CVS in *** we are told the pack was at the pharmacy - we made them talk to each otherApparently the package was delivered but due to additional CVS negligence the computer didnt tell the pharmacy the package was there so I went days without my medicine that was required to be injected on 12/for no reason. When we talked to the *** location my husband demanded a supervisor, it was only after he demanded the manager of who he was told was a supervisor did a real supervisor get on the phone. This medicine isn't ***I was required to inject on 12/and had to wait until 12/due to your negligence, negligence that occurred after you were on warning that I was considering a lawsuit which will easily be considered medical malpractice. Also, the check that was sent previously was sent without warning and required signature, something I am unable to get to the door to do, which is why the deliveries go to the pharmacyEven in your attempt to resolve the issue of the check I was promised but which you never sent, you screwed up the delivery and caused a hassle. If you would like to send a settlement check in the amount of $1800, ($minus the $already sent) we will accept it as resolution to issues that have happened thus fa, however it will not include future claims to negligence on future orders. If you prefer we contact an attorney and explain the issue, please let us knowThis settlement is only an offer for quick resolution and should an attorney feel our claim is valued higher we will seek damages as recommended.

I called right after order received order received email conformation at 1:PM. I called right after I got that notification. The doctor sent Caremark CANCELATION before I left their office that morning so they were not suppose to not fill it in the first placeThis is the third story they have given us. The first story they have given us is they did not see the cancelation from the doctor's office. The next story is they called the doctor's office and got the prescription re-issued and now it was in it's final stages of being dispensed. They can't get their story straight. To let you know, I have canceled all my prescriptions with Caremark so when I run out of those expensive prescriptions I won't be able to afford them any other wayBut at least I will go to the grave with my head held highThe prescriptions are *** and meds for ***. Have a nice life screwing your customers over Caremark

I received a bottle of pills from CVS through the mailThese were a prescription I did not order or wantIn fact I have never had prescriptions filled through the mail nor do I have my prescriptions filled at a CVS storeI have contacted the business twice now and all they can tell me is my doctor ordered itMy doctor says they asked for the refillMy issue is I did not order itThe bill is only for however it is a very deceptive business practice to send me something I did not order and expect me to pay for itAs I explained to them if my doctor gives me a prescription it is up to me to get it filled

CVS has contradicted themselves in a phone conversationThey say they have to many customers to evaluate and contact each one but they have a pharmacist (not doctor) change the meaning of and evaulate every prescriptionI have found other Federal Employees that CVS has down graded what the Doctor has orderedCVS does not care about what the patient needs, does not care about what the Doctor has statedThey care about the money and this is evident when a Doctor prescribes of anything and CVS states only is needed
No contact was made to me to fix this issue therefore I do not accept CVS's reasoning

In December of I started getting calls on my cell phone from "***, a pharmacist at CVS." At first I thought they simply had a wrong number as I do not get my prescriptions filled at CVS The calls, which I left go to voicemail, continued, so on January 11, I called the number to see why they kept leaving me messages I gave my name and phone number The gentleman on the line (who also claimed to be a pharmacist) told me he could not tell me why he was calling unless I gave him my date of birth and home address I declined and reiterated that I do not do business with CVS and if this was a sales call, to please take me off their list and stop calling He assured me that he had "important information for me." A week or so later, the calls started again, every days, "***, a pharmacist from CVS," which I am pretty sure is a recording as it is always *** leaving the message and she says the exact same thing So today, Feb 2, 2016, I called back and asked to speak

My Prescription insurance was canceled and restarted when my daughter dropped off 8/1/Since then they started charging me deductibles even though I already met deductiblesI have called times since 8/1/and they always say they fixed it, will fix it and/or will call back They never fixed it, they never called backThey told me *** *** would send them updates, *** *** stated they had and *** *** my insurance was incorrect but they corrected it I called 9/and spoke with an escalation rep who said he would schedule a discussion between *** *** and CVS to correct and call me back the next weekI got no call back so I called 10/and he was out so the left a message and said he would call me Friday to date still no call backI have been paying out of pocket over $to date and still not straighten out

I would give them a Unfortunately, It is not an optionRecently there was a drug recall for ***I was on the medication that was recalledI made several calls to CVS regarding the recalled medicationI asked them why didn't they message everyone via email and let them know about the recallIn my case, I missed the news that week because I had personal problemsCVS Caremark said they don't reach out to their customers that way regarding recalled drugsThey wait for their customers to reach out to them I was shocked because I was on this drug from one of the pharmacies & I was taking a recalled medication every day They went on to say they could not help me with a substitute that was not recalled They asked me to reach out to my local drugstoreMy local pharmacy tried to help me and they did not have a substitute medication for meI called CVS back a couple times and I felt like I was talking to high school kids that had no idea what was going on with this recallIt was very confusing and many holds and answers that kept changingI finally got a new medication from my doctor nd was able to refill it at CVS at a *** nearbyI must say *** pharmacy was 100% better than the CVS Caremark mail order service I was supposed to get a mailer to send back the recalled medicationThat also never happenedMy local pharmacy Is *** Drug*** Drug is actually the one that notified me about the recall They called me because I was previously their customer until BLUE CROSS forced me to use CVS CaremarkSo another pharmacy actually contacted me via phone call and asked me if I was still on that medicationThey took the time to advise me to call my doctor and find another medicationI can not say enough good things about *** DrugI was forced by *** *** to get my medications from CVS Caremark earlier this yearCVS Caremark is a nightmareI will actually find another health insurance so I don't have to deal with month supplies of drugs I may never use & Customer Service that doesn't existThis is my life and my health I don't trust CVS Caremark with this responsibility We need choices and CVS Caremark should not be the only choiceIts unfair and they are not doing a good job

CVS Caremark is the absolute about getting your your prescriptionsLast year I had to go months with medication I needed because they said I "had my fill for the year" even though I obviously hadntIts a shot you take every three months and they would not provide it to me claiming I already claimed too many for the year wich would have literally been impossible as I would only inject myself ever three months as prescribedso now what happened is *** somehow lost my insurance without ever informing me even though all claims go through caremark, they had me pay for the prescriptionsand now are refusing to refund me because they said I picked the medication upWHY WOULD I NEED A REFUND IF I NEVER PICKED THE MEDICINE UP!?!?!?!?!?!?! So they have effectively stolen hundreds of dollars from me for falsely charging me for prescriptions that were zero cost under my insurance policyCVS CARE MARK WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!

Their response is a duplication of what has been said to me on the phone and in this complaintThe attachment shows another problem that I again was not notified about till I calledThis lack of caring about their customers and negligant altering of prescriptions has to stopI am respectfully requesting that I no longer be contacted by phone to deal with this complaintCVS has shown no indication of altering their practices and I can easily repond to their written responses

In order to properly investigate your concerns, we are in need of additional information. Please provide us with the following information: your mothersMember ID number, Date of Birth, and the medication in question

This is in response to your inquiry dated September 16, regarding the member’s mail order account
We verified new prescriptions were received with order forms on September 6, and September 15, The order form indicated to charge a different credit card; however, the credit card
on file was charged in error
The member spoke with a Customer Care Representative on September 10, who advised the member a credit would be posted and she would receive a callback to remove the credit card on file; however, the request for a callback was submitted incorrectly; therefore, a callback was not madeThe Finance department was unable to post a credit for the overdraft fee as a bank statement is required to show the overdraft fee was caused by our charge. The member spoke with a Senior Customer Care Representative on September 16, who provided a fax numberThe Senior Customer Care Representative called the member back on September 16, and advised the bank statement was forwarded to the Finance departmentA credit in the amount of $was refunded to the credit card on September 16, 2016; however, the bank statement does not reflect an additional overdraft fee. The member would need to submit a bank statement that reflects the second overdraft fee to be reviewed by the Finance department for a creditThe Finance department does not follow up with membersThe member may submit the bank statement and follow up with the Customer Care Unit to business days after the bank statement is faxed to usIf the credit has been posted, the member may request to have the credit card removedAt this time, the credit card is not set as a default card and will not be billed without the member requesting us to bill the credit card
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused our member

And I have to repeat myself again to these people at CVS/CaremarkBalance due or not, I was able to purchase medications through CVS/Caremark in the mail in the month of JanuaryWHY, was I NOT told then I could NOT purchase those medications because of balance owed and allow to get my medications then? Again CVS/Caremark does not care about the patient's well being, all they care about, as with any business, it the money! To deny someone life sustaining medications over a $past due balance is ridiculous!! Ok, ok as CVS/Caremark says, per Mr ***'s contract. CVS/Caremark should NOT have the right to play God or being PC in today's world whomever you worship and put someone's life at risk over $4.00!!I will NOT be happy with any response/reply that I get back from CVS/Caremark unless it's one saying I can get ALL my medications filled at my local CVS drug store (even though I now despise CVS for what it's put me through for (should I remind you) $4.00!!)I would prefer to go to a ***But I know and have been reminded that I am in a contract with CVS/Caremark, so to honor the contract I will continue to go to a LOCAL CVS drug storeBut now watch CVS/Caremark response will be "No" it has to be mail order serviceI am NOT happy!

To whom it may concern, Please review the attached response for case number ***Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns regarding this response. Sincerely, SilverScript Insurance Company

I contacted Caremark at the recommendation of Dilley Allergy, San Antonio TX to set up medical treatment for allergies CAremark (CVS) clearly stated they required me to make the appointment in advance with my doctor for these allergy shotsThey needed proof of the appointment to ship the medicineHowever, my doctor's office said they could not make the appointment until they had the allergy shots This was contradictoryI was not sure what to do, and told CVS and my doctor I was not able to solve this as their requirements conflictedI became very busy at work and was not able to pursue the matter any further
I did not authorize CVS to ship the medicationI did not make an appointmentI did not apply for the *** insurance or fill out any paperwork that would imply I was moving forward with this treatmentA month or two later, CVS left a message that they had cancelled my request due to lack of responseThat was fineI thought it was done
A few months later I
