We are sorry to hear about your financial situation As you stated, this was a transaction processed through check by web It takes days for an ACH transaction to officially process There is a good chance that the check will come back NSF on our end if what you claim, "I mentioned that the payment will bounce due to no money in my account", is true days from the transaction date we will know if we can issue a refund to your account Sorry for the delay, ACH payments take much longer to refund

As stated before, the account has been refunded already The initial complaint was in regards to receiving a refund The refund was issued yesterday before we received this complaint Thank you for your feedback

I purchased the warranty then canceled before the 30days because the language of the contract looked useless. I then got a call from a nice company rep who addressed my concerns so I agreed to sign up and paid so I was covered through Nov 30,2019.
Only you canceled my coverage on Nov 8th. After multiple calls and emails to the support company I got a rep days later who was also nice named Brenda. She told me they would take another 400 and my warranty would be reinstated. Its Nov 21 and it still isn't fixed.
I want a full refund of every dime as this is horrible to just scam ppl for money and deliver no service.

Dear Revdex.com - Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.We have contacted *** *** *** to get a better understanding of the status on this account This customer purchased a vehicle service contract on 12/17/and on 2/23/initiated multiple claims on a *** *** ***
*** *** There were claims approved for an alternator and a cooling fan that totaled $in repairs and a denied claim for a head gasket The details provided in the contract that we have attached states that Gaskets are covered only as part of a repair or replacement of the above covered parts Leaking seals and gaskets are not covered parts The gasket in question was determined to be leaking as a stand alone part and unfortunately would not be covered.Mr*** informed Car Guardian on 2/23/that he would like to cancel his vehicle service contract and we agreed to honor his request The approved claims totaling $from *** *** *** were not processed since Mr*** decided to cancel the coverage As of 2/23/Mr*** had paid a total of $and per the Terms & Conditions stated in the attached contract, if this AGREEMENT is canceled after the first days, WE will refund the customer calculated on a pro rata basis The refund will be determined by either the number of days the AGREEMENT was in force or the number of miles the VEHICLE was driven prior to cancellation, less a cancellation fee of $and deducting all incurred Claims, except where state law provides otherwise The customer must send in written notice of the cancellation that includes the current mileage It is our belief that the terms & conditions of this vehicle service contract were honored in full

Dear Revdex.com - *** *** *** asks all of their customers to go through a day and mile waiting period after the initial purchaseWe also ask them if there are any problems with the vehicle because any current problems they are having would be considered a pre-existing condition and would not be covered We, Car Guardian, allow all customers a day review period so they can read over the contract to determine whether or not what is stated in writing is what was told to them during the initial call If they choose to cancel the policy within the first days we provide a FULL REFUND and we do this to prevent any potential misunderstandings a customer might have.As stated before, Mr*** received approved claims that had a higher total amount compared to what he had paid in to the policy at that time Mr*** chose to cancel the policy.We feel Mr*** received a fair amount of time to review the contract and determine whether or not it satisfied his needs We believe by him initiating a claim on 2/23/that it shows he had reviewed the contract and determined he would like to use it for a repair *** *** *** is prepared to honor the terms & conditions of the contract as they do with all of their customers Mr*** is owed a pro-rated refund and we ask that he complete the remaining steps asked in his contract so we can issue that refund

We strive to satisfy all of our customers regardless if they are an active customer or a cancelled customer We have decided to issue a full refund and a check has been mailed on 5/3/ Thank you for bringing this to our attention
