Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We take all complaints seriously and made sure to review the calls in question. We do see you spoke with *** on 3/7/regarding the cancellation of your warranty and that call ended with you agreeing to receive a return call from ***
after she had reviewed your initial concerns. On 3/8/that return call took place and *** left a voicemail asking to be called back. The next call we received was in August and the cancellation was processed at that time. We received the letter of cancellation on 12/20/16, on that letter you claim to have cancelled on 2/26/but we were unable to find either an email or a phone call associated with your account on that date. We are happy to inform you that refund check has been mailed

Your policy was cancelled by your administrator and at no time were you told your vehicle would be covered with such a modification. Per the Terms of the contract, you will receive a full refund

We are sorry to hear about your financial situation.  As you stated, this was a transaction processed through check by web.  It takes 10 days for an ACH transaction to officially process.  There is a good chance that the check will come back NSF on our end if what you claim, "I...

mentioned that the payment will bounce due to no money in my account", is true.  0 days from the transaction date we will know if we can issue a refund to your account.  Sorry for the delay, ACH payments take much longer to refund.

They are still missing the fact that they misrepresented the sell. Do you mean that it's okay to say one thing and then have it worded a different way in your contract? Like I said before I was told that it would cover the head gaskets and there were no loopholes in this warranty. Someone needs to be held responsible for misrepresenting this warranty.

When car Guardian called trying to sell me this warranty I stated numerous times that these trucks were prone to head gaskets leaking and would it cover it. The man that I talked to his name was [redacted] he Reassured me that it would he said that's why I was buying the premium policy, like I said I stated that multiple times. I  also asked if there were loopholes in this, because I had heard of people with problems before and they said no they were not like that so I agreed and purchased it. Now I want them to honor what they said, if they told me wrong just to sell it, that is their problem not mine..
