Your policy was sold on 2/6.  Your card was charged on 2/6.  You cancelled on 2/7.  You were refunded on 2/8, it can take a few days to show back up on your account.

Sorry that there was confusion regarding the cancellation.  You have already been cancelled and were already refunded.

As stated when the policy was sold, we do not cover pre-existing conditions.  We apologize for that inconvenience.

I canceled my policy via email within 11 days of purchase, well within the 30 day review period. Therefore, I should have had my $100 returned and never had monthly payments follow.

They keep saying the money has been refunded and that is not the case. It still has not been refunded to my bank.

We have no problem cancelling this account.  We explained this to the client and also notified her that if she continues to use foul language we will terminate the call.We spoke to her 3 times yesterday and each time we told her the account would be cancelled and each time we were forced to end...

the call due to the client using foul language.  The Letter of Cancellation is required by the contract details for an account to be cancelled but do to the extreme volatile nature of this client we decided to waive that requirement.We find this complaint to be completely fabricated and unnecessary.  The account has already been cancelled.If the client would like to discuss this further over the phone we will be happy to do so but if the client uses foul language again, like they did with all 3 calls yesterday, we will be forced to end the call.
