Unfortunately the customers loan was denied by the bank. The customer stated they had a second source of income with the military. The bank during the underwriting process discovered the customer doesn't have the military income anymore. The consumer didn't budget for the loan once the bank...

recalculated the income. The consumer misrepresented there income to the dealership at the time of sale. Carland would be more than happy to provide documentation from the lender stating the reason for the loan denial. Carland did tell the customer if she was able to provide proof of her military income be current and active the bank would re-approve the loan at the original agreed upon terms.Thanks,

The warranty was optional at the time of purchase. The warranty contract details that. Moreover the warranty price the consumer paid is much less than the disputed amount. The consumer can cancel the warranty at any time. Carland LLC has not received any communication from the consumer until this...

Got a 2002 audi a4 from them 3 days of having the car check engine light comes on they promise to tow the car to fix it took a month and I had to drop it off well what I didn't know when I bought the car was it also didn't have emissions their mechanic lyrics openly admitted he only reset the computer and took it through emissions didn't fix anything well 2 months later I found out the car had a cracked block and it finally took a crap took them to court supposed to be refunded $1200 and they still have not paid

These guys sell cars that are not fit for driving. I bought a 2006 Pacifica from them, bald tires(I replaced them), tie rods (completely worn out), rack and pinion bushings (shot), brakes(going bad). Then they refused two days later to make it road safe, after I had already put $1000.00 into it to make it almost road safe. I had to trade in the car that day at another dealership in order to get a safe car for my daughter and I. I will never go to this lot again. I have been warning people about this place as well. If you're looking for a project car, by all means go here. If you're looking for a safe, road ready car go somewhere else.

I contacted the company and spoke to [redacted].  He said "this was my warranty and not theirs.  So I did contact them and I got the warranty cancelled.  But it came with a pro-rated amount.  I am now out of a 1,000 dollars that is owed back to me.  This should be taken off the principal amount.

Carland repaired the motor on the [redacted]. The motor didn't need to be replaced but internal parts of the top half of the motor needed replaced and they are new. Carland never changed the bumper. This wouldn't be cost effective. The vehicle is a diamond white color that changes over time due to sun fade. The bumper is slightly different than some other panels but those panels are slightly different from the others as well. This is common with the diamond white paint. We offered in good faith to blend the paint and match the bumper up. Carland repaired the vehicle and offered to fix the customers other concern. I am not sure what else we can do to make this customer satisfied. We will continue to reach out the customer and try to resolve his concerns. ThanksCarland Auto

I finally purchased my dream car and the sales team at Carland went out of their way to make that dream come true. I never thought it was possible to EVER get a car financed again. My credit was so bad.. my last repo car was still missing. But 45 minutes later, I was driving off in a 1996 E350 Benz with very little down. And the car runs great!!!! They even referred me to a great mechanic to do a few minor touch ups on the interior!

I had such a great buying experience. The salesman Drew was so helpful and made the buying process so quick and easy. I would definitely recommend family and friends so buy vehicles from there as well.

I had very bad credit.No one wanted to help me.Went to Carland and not only did they treat me with respect,they sold me a car I am proud to drive at a payment I could afford.

This is my 2nd review on them.I bought a car over a month ago.I had my brother do an oil change on the car because I drive over 100 miles a day, after he got done the car was running very bad.He could not get it fixed.I called Carland upset because I am a single mom and need my car .Thank god for these guys.Not only did the tow it to the service center , they fixed it and had it running great again in 5 hours.When I went to pick it up , I asked about the bill?Having it towed down there and fixed , I figured it was gonna be $300-500 .They gave me a bill with ZERO owed.They took car of everything even after I put over 3000 miles on it.GOD BLESS the great people at Carland.....

The consumer purchased an extended warranty and Gap insurance. He needs to cancel the Gap insurance as well. The finance products were purchased by the consumer and are prorated but he did have the use of the warranties and insurance until the day he canceled them. The lender has provided the Gap insurance so the customer should contact them to cancel that product as well.

Avoid this place at all cost!!! I made the mistake of buying a vehicle from these guy.. To start off they will not let you test drive a car before you buy it but I told them that I would not buy it without test driving it first after hours of being there already pre approved just before I signed the paperwork I told they I wanted to test drive the car after complaint after complaint the so called matt (sales rep) finally agrees not even a block away he right away states.. How far are we going I need to get back... so after short test drive the car drives good I point out several issues with the car also cracked windshield. This sales guy matt states that they would fix the I agreed to purchase the vehicle I finally take the car home I find out is has a oil leak one window don't work and and doors dont lock. The next day the bank calls me to go thru loan and payments I talked to them and told that I was taking the car back to these repairs done. I take the car back and they flat out told me to (screw off) in other terms and they would not fix nothing because I was used car and it was sold as is after the promised to fix the issues I told them to go pound sand and give me my deposit back and my trade in this guy matt tells me that they are not obligated to give me my car back or the deposit as he walked out of the office. I immediately call the finance company to cancel the loan process but then the manager walks in and tell me the same thing that its a used car and it was sold as is. After hours complaining they agreed to give me some of the deposit back to compensate for the repairs but not even close to getting the car repaired. they told me they would give me copies of all the paperwork they never did and when I asked they said it would be email. I never got it I left that place with only copy of the registration for the temp permit. very shady people and dishonest not sure how they are still in business. Over all I would not buy another car here or recommend this place to anyone.

After what you guys have done for me and my family I had to give you guys a review. Its me [redacted], who bought the 2007 dodge durango from you all, in particular, I dealt with Jordan. First of, I'm a single mother of 4 children whose other half passed away 2 years ago. We have been need of a vehicle especially after my vehicle just took a dump on us. Jordan assured me with my $500 down he would do everything in his power to get me approved for a suv, which suited to our needs. I didn't believe his optimism on the phone initially because every other dealership has lied to me and turned me down. When I arrived at car land, I was greeted with only smiles. To make it short, Jordan got me approved for this wonderful durango which both me and my kids adore. I couldn't believe you guys actually made it happen for us. So thank you once again for everything you guys have done.
