I contacted *** office and they told me that they send the parcel to watch USA and it was receivedWatch USA never file in any missing parcel to *** or me till I called to check the status after one monthI have all emails received from Watch USAWatch USA wanted to see a the picture of the watch on my hand and I did

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Yes the watch had some worn areas but not the scratch/gauge in the rear plate as mentioned in my complaintThe picture taken by the company when they received the watch is a frontal view not rearScratch is in the rearThe poor quality of the picture show blue tarnish on the watch and there is NONEThe picture documents that the crown was in the closed screw down position when received by the businessWhen returned to me it protruded from the watch and could not be screwed down in the correct positionThe picture supports my allegation.The business states they did not touch the watch during their evaluationDuring a 6/*/at 3:PM telephone conversation between my self and business manager *** ***, ** *** stated they during their evaluation they remove the back plate but do not touch the movementHe offered that if I sent the watch back to the company they would fix the stemHaving no confidence in the business's workmanship I declined and instead brought to a certified *** Boutique as stated in my complaint. Also if the business claims they didn't touch the watch during their evaluation process how did they arrive at an approx $1,repair estimate?I will be satisfied if the shipping and handling price $is refunded to me and I have no further dealings with the business

On October **, you "unwanted" your watchPer our terms and conditions, this means that you have decided not to proceed with the repair of your watch and opted not to pay the return shipping for itIn this case we hold on to your unrepaired watch for a period of, no longer than, one year in case you change your mind regarding either the repair or return of your watchIf you'd like to have your watch returned then you will need to pay for the return shipping of itWe offer free incoming shipping to our facility but there is a shipping charge for the return shipping in all scenarios.To note, we have your watch still, as per our policy, and once return shipping is paid for we will be happy to return it to you.With best regards

The watch has been returned to customer with a full refund of repairsThe watch has been serviced and hand reattached at no chargeWhile the watch is running, we were unable to procure rare parts for the balance staff, which could not be handcraftedThe cost for these parts was picked up by us at no charge to the customer but they ended up causing the long delay.Please allow me to personally apologize for any inconvenience this process has caused the customerWatch Repair USA is under new ownership and we recognize and thank you for your patience with usWe strive for consistent service with each and every one of our customersOur goal is to see each timepiece leave with a successfully completed repair, and regret the situation when that is not possible

I must admit I am rather confused by your complaintYou have been contacted by our customer service staff via E-mail on August ***, September ***, and September *** as wellYou requested to forgo your estimate and have your watch returned to you without a quote
for repair, as you not longer wanted oneHonoring your request, we noted your watch in our system as a "No Repair," which instantly sends you an E-mail for return shipping charges and states the watch cannot be repaired becuase parts are discontinuedSince we have to note something to effectively close the repair ticket on our end, and becuase typically the only reason we send a customer a statement of "No repair," is if parts are discontinued that is automated note added by the computer so our technichans do not have to reatedly write it out As you were the one who requested the watch back the statement regarding parts is not applicable to your tiemepeice; we could have and still can generate an estimate of repair for you however you would not permit us to do soWe have no interest in keeping or repairing your watch as we don't sell any watches here - if we did we would advertise refurbished watches for sale on our website; as you can see there are noneAdditionally, we do not cover return shipping charges; as noted in the Terms and Conditions you agreed to prior to sending the watch; the customer is responsible for that payment in all scenarios (link included below - please see number 8)Once return charges are paid the watch will ship out to you via UPS ground service with tracking number in approxbusiness days. ***

Good afternoon ***I, *** ***, personally responded to each E-mail you submitted and explained our time frame and processes to youAs I have mentioned to you previously; beyond the standard evaluation procedures, your watch had to be sent to an external facility which always adds more
time to the process as a wholeIn addition, we were also closed for two weeks due to the holidays; with the closure dates posted on our websiteUpon re-opening, to be fair to all of our customers, estimates are sent out in the order in which they are receivedOnce your specific concerns were brought to my attention however, I personally worked with the factory to obtain the estimate you requested and updated you along the way Unfortunately as we could not come to a mutual understanding, you requested to have the watch returned with no workThis was due to your claim that we had received a revised quote, which in fact had not yet been posted to our account by the factory; and therefore could not be provided to you immediately upon demand as we had not yet confirmed the changes you requested were possible on their endThe watch has since returned to us, and our shipping department sent an E-mail informing you of that as well, with approval of return made by you from that E-mail that same dayWe also E-mailed you again yesterday to let you know that the watch had shipped out via *** with your tracking information and an expected date for deliveryIf you did not receive that, please contact me directly from our previous correspondence as I don't want to post your tracking information online
