On October **, you "unwanted" your watch. Per our terms and conditions, this means that you have decided not to proceed with the repair of your watch and opted not to pay the return shipping for it. In this case we hold on to your unrepaired watch for a period of, no longer than, one year in case...

you change your mind regarding either the repair or return of your watch. If you'd like to have your watch returned then you will need to pay for the return shipping of it. We offer free incoming shipping to our facility but there is a shipping charge for the return shipping in all scenarios. To note, we have your watch still, as per our policy, and once return shipping is paid for we will be happy to return it to you. With best regards

We provided the customer a free quote. The customer was explained that in order to replace the main spring the watch has to be completely taken apart. If he wants to get a second opinion he is welcome to do so. As no money has exchanged hands this is not grounds for a complaint. At this point I...

would prefer the customer take his business elsewhere. This is not the kind of customer we want.

The light was working just fine minutes before the watch was boxed up and sent to you so it makes total sense that the person who disassembled and cleaned the internals is the most likely one responsible for it not working now. Did your repair person even bother to check to see if it was functioning either before or after he completed his work? It's very hard to believe that a "master watchmaker" as you call them did not take notice of it since "INDIGLO" is written in bold letters on the watch face and the stem to set the time also controls the light. If it wasn't working when it arrived in his hands, I should have been notified that it wasn't working and that your firm did not do repairs on lights then, BEFORE the work was paid for or started so that I could contact [redacted] to make an insurance claim. But you missed that chance to deflect responsibility from yourselves, which is very surprising because that is the only field your firm seams to excel in other than website design.

Our website lists in several places including the terms which the customer agrees that they read upon signing up that the customer is responsible for return shipping. Additionally we are happy to ship USPS priority or use their own shipping label to save money.

After sending the watch to them three times and it still does not run, it is obvious they are not capable of repairing it.  After my conversation with the owner telling me he had inspected the watch before they returned it to us and it was running and we must have done something to it or it was damaged in shipment implies they were no longer willing to work on the watch.  I feel we have been very reasonable just trying to get them to provide the services they quoted us for $509.16.  We have sent the watch to then twice for warranty repair. It still does not work!  They have not provided the services we paid for.  It has never been returned to us in working condition!  They have had three opportunities since March to make the repairs. Why would anybody be comfortable to just keep sending the watch back to them under these circumstance?  I have spoken with the credit company explaining they have already returned the watch to them twice under warranty.  They are reinstating the claim.

Offered to have customer send it watch for examination. At worst, our policy is to send back watches in the same or better condition than they were received in. Thus, if there is a legitimate claim as to the watch being in worse condition than was sent, we will take care of that issue no problem. We...

have taken pictures for comparison. Thank you.
