The part requested for this repair took an extended period of time to receive from the manufacturerThis is not uncommon for the watch industry in which parts and repairs take a long timeUpon receiving the part, WR USA replaced the band and sent the watch back to the customer immediately

The customer states his only proof is his "word" that we somehow caused all this damage, even though we only evaluated the watch for the estimateThe likelihood of this being logically true is zeroI really do not know how else to respond to this complaint, considering the customer has offered zero in the way of any technical explanation for his claims

alright it will not be repaired over night - the movement is on order on our dimeit takes time to get in and be installed and then monitored for quality control

Customer requested this service, but was not quoted for this service nor did they pay for the serviceUltimately it is the customers responsibility actually read the quote we provide to make sure they are paying for exactly what they want are wanting Given the customers dissatisfaction I offered to pay for the shipping both ways in order to provide a quote for the additional work

I am attaching a picture of the watch which shows the condition of it when it was first processed into our systemThe customer is stating that we caused scratches to the back of the watchThis is an old, beat up, worn timepieceTo say that we caused any sort of damage is downright nonsensical This is wear and tear, or previous poor repair attemptsWe did not touch the watch during our evaluation process

We are waiting to hear back from the factory regarding the necessary part. We have inquired with the factory on multiple occasions but have not received the information needed in order to properly price out your band repair. We will reach out to you in order to determine the best course of action.

It's very hard to believe that a "master watchmaker" as you call them did not take notice of it since "INDIGLO" is written in bold letters on the watch face and the stem to set the time also controls the lightIf it wasn't working when it arrived in his hands, I should have been notified that it wasn't working and that your firm did not do repairs on lights then, BEFORE the work was paid for or started so that I could contact [redacted] to make an insurance claimBut you missed that chance to deflect responsibility from yourselves, which is very surprising because that is the only field your firm seams to excel in other than website design In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
