Car Part Kings did refund the amount for the part itself after my complaint was filed, however they did not refund the amount that I paid for return shipping the car part.That amount is $36.37Tho they replied to my email to them about this amount, I have not yet received anything more.

 They are trying to mix apples and oranges here to hide the true facts.  As you will see in the numerous attached documents, they represented this part as a "NEW" part through [redacted].  Bottom Line:  THEY ARE LYING.  Not a good way to conduct business.

We responded to this complaint numerous times already. A photo of the item was required for a label to be sent out and a credit to be issued to the customer.We are still awaiting the photo.Thank you,Michael D[redacted]

Customer placed order for a Cataltyic Converter which is partially legal in New York State.  Before shipping we are required by law to contact customer to confirm if the registered vehicle is compliant for shipping this particular Catalytic Converter.  This delayed shipping 1 day, the...

packages were sent out via [redacted] immediately after confirmation and are set to be delivered on Friday 2/*/14 via tracking [redacted].  No one guaranteed delivery, we informed customer every effort would be made to get package to customer as soon as possible.

These products include a core charge.  Core charges are in references to...

We also listed the part as Reman. which is an abbreviation for Remanufactured.
We do have a 100% Guarantee on all of our products and offer a no hassle return option for our parts.  If the part is returned to us through [redacted] Return Center we will take the part back for a full refund.

customers account within the next day.  For reference failed  Transaction ID: [redacted] is the payment that will be released back to the customers bank.  This is the merchant processors guidelines - we do not hold payment unnecessarily.

Ordered a rim from this company 2 weeks ago because I found such great reviews. I had no problem ordering. I received an email with order number right away but it has been down hill since. According to the invoice and email I was supposed to receive the rim within 3-5 business days. I waited 7 (days) before trying to call. I called the 1-888 number listed in both the email and on their website. Immediately after dialing the number (during their listed business hours) it goes straight to an automatic message saying that "their customer reps are busy...leave your name and number and they will call you back..." I have done so twice and also sent an email. I have received no response. I am now unsure if this is even a reputable business although they have so many "stars" on their ratings everywhere I have look except here and they are "google trusted" (whatever that means). For the simple fact that you are unable to call and speak with an actual person when you are inquiring about something leads me to believe this is a scam business. I wish I could do further help to make sure possible future customers avoid this business.

Review: I ordered a DORMAN INTEGRATED CONTROL MODULE [redacted] which cost $497.26.

When it arrived I noticed it did not look at all like the one in my pt cruiser, so I did some investigating. the remanufacture sticker on the module from Dorman says its for my car, but the manufacture part number on it, says it is for a 2500 Dodge Ram. So I have called and left messages and emailed every day since Feb. ** 2016. I have not gotten any response from car part king, I filed a complaint with [redacted] Credit for a refund. I got a response from them denying a refund because they said I need to return the part. I replied back I will gladly return the part, the only problem is that Nobody will get back with me for return instructions. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me, like I said in my complaint, I will gladly return this wrong part. I just need someone to give me instructions to do this.

I ordered 2 parts from CarPartKings and they claimed to have over 100 of each part in stock. Next day I received a call telling me one part was not available and asked if I want to substitute it with another. They already billed my credit card instantly for the total parts ordered yet claimed they did not have one part that was ordered. next thing I new they said they shipped both parts even the one I was told not in stock. I received the shipment to find out that only one part was shipped in the box and shipping papers as well as the label stated 1 part was in the package and it stated it was the one that supposedly not in stock. I opened up the package and found a part box that said it was the not available part number but inside was a total different part with a different part number. I called and got a run around and said the missing part was not in stock and the wrong boxed part was also not available. I put a credit card dispute on the charge after calling a couple of more times getting the run around and conflicting answerers. Took over week of no return calls, e-mails and manager is not in before I got a chargeback on my money for parts not in stock or shipped from the start.

Review: I ordered a flywheel for my vehicle which did not fit. I contacted car part kings and they stated they will send me a shipping label to honer their return policy which states they will cover return shipping if the part is incorrect. After three days of trying to get the return shipping label at their cost, they refuse by giving the excuse blaming the manufacturer of the part. I had used the part compatability web help provided by car part kings which stated it was the part I needed. They wanted me to contact the manufacturer to get the lable which I did only to be told by them that car part kings is not a retailer of theirs and they do absolutely no business with them. Car part kings use a third party. I had to return the part at my cost of $35 in shipping.Desired Settlement: my desired outcome is a reimbursement from Car Part kings in the amount of $35 to cover the return shipping

We clearly state in our terms and conditions and return policy that we do not pay return shipping on an item purchased with 3rd party manufacturer data unless the item is defected, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

Review: This company has terrible, terrible customer service. I ordered three (3) parts on Saturday, January *, 2016. I received an email stating that I could track my package. I went to check the tracking and the package showed that it was shipped. The next day I checked it again and the tracking said it had been voided. I called Monday to see what was going on and spoke with Eric D[redacted] and told him my issue and that I actually didn't need one of the parts and that I wanted to cancel just the one. Eric told me that he was unable to cancel the parts due to them being shipped from another warehouse and that my parts were actually shipping out that day and I would received them on Wednesday since I paid for 2 day shipping. He also asked me if I still wanted the other two parts and I told him yes. Monday evening my card was charged, Tuesday I checked the tracking again and this order was also canceled and the charges were still on my card. I have called for the last two days without anyone answering the phones. I have called the 888 number as well as the local number leaving numerous messages for Eric D[redacted] & Michael D[redacted] without a return call. My card is still showing the charges and I have yet to receive my parts. Their website shows that their office hours are from 8am-7pm Monday through Saturday and yet not one time can anyone answer the phone. How can they run a business like this? It's rude and disrespectful! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND SANITY!!Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: On April **, 2015 I purchased an air conditioner compressor. When I received it, I realized I had ordered the wrong part. I then proceeded to request information from the company, Car Part Kings, on how to return the part. It took them 2 week to finally respond to my emails and multiple phone calls. I shipped it back and got confirmation from the shipping company that they received the part on May **, 2015. I have called numerous times and emailed to find out when I will get my money back for the part. It has been 12 business days. They will not answer my phone calls or return them or answer my emails and I still have not seen my money back. All I want is to be refunded the purchase price.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for the purchase price of the part.
