CSAA cost me thousands of dollars and dozens of hours when they terminated my policy by using incorrect informationI am years and on a fixed income, money and time are things I do not have a lot of at this timeCSAA treated me rudely while they were causing a major costly disruption to my life and the lives of my family members
It is nice that they compensated me for a AAA membershipHowever, that does not even come close to the financial, emotional, and time cost to me
They were wrongThey used incorrect information that was either illegal and/or unethical and immoral
They still owe me a lot

We have advised Ms*** that her Membership account had a Southern California address linked to it so it transferred her Membership account to the Southern California *** in June with a new Membership number ***That is where her original payment was applied toIn the Revdex.com case I saw she has a Daly City address so we reinstated her *** Northern California Membership on January 20, and it doesn't expire until January 20, Northern California *** is a separate club than *** Southern California and we do not have access to their Membership systems.
Ms***'s *** Northern California Membership card is active and is currently on it's way but it does take 10-days to receive in the mailWe advised her in the meantime, should she need service she can always call (800) ***-HELP and provide them with your Membership number ***) and/or drivers licenseShe may also download our free mobile app on your smart phone and display your Membership card right on your phoneAnother option is to go to our website www.***.com, sign into your account, and print a temporary Membership card.

Ms*** has indicated she did not receive notification of his policy’s pending cancellation due to non-payment of premium, however our records reflect that is not the case. Our records reflect that we sent out the following invoices/notices to Ms***:
11/16/Notice was mailed advising that her auto pay had cancelled due to her credit card being declined. The noticed advised we required a payment of $by 12/26/or policy may cancel
11/24/Billing notice mailed advising we had not yet received payment and $was due by 12/13/
12/14/Notice of Cancellation mailed advising if payment of $not received by 12:01AM on 12/26/policy would cancel due to non-payment
12/26/Policy cancelled due to non-payment
12/28/Notice mailed advising policy cancelled as of 12:AM on 12/26/as we did not receive payment
All invoices/notices were mailed to the mailing address on file for the policy: *** *** *** *** *** ** ***
Ms*** has indicated that in December she updated her autopay. Our records reflect we did receive a payment on 12/28/16. At the time this payment was made, Ms*** policy had already cancelled. The payment she made cleared the outstanding balance she owed for coverage afforded to her through 12/26/16.

Our member, *** *** opened the referenced claim number above for causing a rear end accident on March 1, The insured *** CC sustained major front end damage and was towed to a body shop chosen by additional insured, *** ***. Upon completion of body repairs on March 30, it was discovered that due to the air bags deploying, a rekey was necessary and would require a tow to the dealershipAn error occurred when the tow was set up as a” Direct Tow” which is designated for total loss vehicles being sent to a salvage lot.
