The biggest thing about this company is the complicated phone answering device that complicates your getting a human to on the phone to discuss your nightmare for having ordered from them!!! Im guessing they they're nothing more than a computer in someones garage! They are in no way responsible for the products they sell!!! They blame ALL product failures and lack of delivery times on the manufactures!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A MIDDLE MAN to complicate your having any recourse with the manufacturer! Products arrived late and missing parts! They blamed the manufacturer and could do NOTHING to assist! Bug shield install kit DID NOT WORK!!! Steps arrived with NO brackets to install them which took twice as long to get as the steps! (STILL NOT HERE!!!) They said the "manufacturer" would not overnight the missing parts!!! Your order from them, they order from the manufacturer! What you do get is email SPAM!!! Lots of it, even if you select not to!!! BIG MISTAKE ON OUR PART!!! Its unfortunate that I cant rate this company with NO stars!!! ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER YOURSELF OR FIND A REPUTABLE WAREHOUSE WITH PARTS IN STOCK!!!

I purchased Dee Zee running boards DZ-and brackets DZ-I only received the brackets DZ-Running Boards are missing from the order and now the company is avoiding any explanation just saying it shows that I received itI contacted fed ex and PayPal both services that were used in this transaction to figure out what's going on and they did verify only package was shipped to meThe last person I spoke to at realtruck actually told me to contact you guys and not to worry worst case scenario I would only low out on a couple hundred bucks

I ordered a cover for my truck on 12-20-I was told at that time it would take 3-business days for it to ship outI waited until the 6th day because of the holidays and called to see if and when it was going to shipThey told me it would be another weekI was needing the cover for a business trip and so I canceled the order since it had not shippedI called a few more times to find out if it had been canceled and I was told that they were working on itI called back on the 8th of January to find out that the cancelation order was never sent outThey assured me that the cancelation order was being processed and they hoped it would be done before it was shipped outI get another email to find that is was shipped and so I called again to get them to stop the deliveryI did find out that they were able to get it redirected back to the warehouse and that my refund was being processedIt took until the 18th of JanuaryI have all the emails saved and can provide them to anyone who wants to see themThere is a total of emails back and forth to each otherI know of different people I spoke with trying to get this resolved, some of them I spoke to a few times about this issueI can say for a fact that [redacted] flat out lied to meI am not happy with the way things went on this dealAt first I was very pleased and was glad to be doing business with Real Truck, I can say I do not feel that way any longer and will not be recommending Real Truck to anyone I know

These people are better than great to do business with. I made a mistake in ordering a wrong part and they allowed me to return it postage paid by them. They were very kind and efficient in getting me the right part. I have these people on my short list of people I like to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone

I have purchased from them through Amazon and all went wellMy first order went fine so I gave them four starsHowever, that is easy to do if there is not problemIn my case, I made and error in my order and communicated to customer service within minutes of placing itI must say they were very niceNonetheless, the customer person was very ineffective because she was unable to modify the orderApparently, the order goes straight to the vendor and they cannot communicate with them and make a change, This is despite the fact the order does not ship for 5-days

These people are RIP-OFF TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON'T RETURN YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU BOGUS ITEMS customer service experience was horrible they were rood!!!

This business is crap They sent me the wrong item, it didn't fit and they won't make it right They dont deserve star but I dont have another option

I ordered a RetraxONE MX on 01/11/for my Dodge Ram Rebel with Ram Boxes from REALTRUCK.com I installed it on 01/12/but I have a couple of problems
Problem 1: after we installed the cover it sits to higher then the bed and away from the gatethere's about a 3/4" gap Problem 2: the cargo rail end caps we have to remover because the cover cargo adapter rails come with there own end caps at the end of the rails, well they stick out a little more then the stock ones, I can close the tail gate but I have to slam the tail gate in order to closeit looks like its not touching but when I get in the truck and turn it on it tells me tail gate is openif I take off the end caps the tail gate closes and it does not say tail gate open any more So I emailed Realtruck asking what do they think is wrong and how can we fix it, no one got back to me so then I called and talked to Edward Jackson I told him what happen sent him pictures he tells me don't worry I'm going to call Retrax and we going to fix this Problem give me till Thursday, I called him on Tuesday Well Thursday came no calls no emails so I called left message never got back to me, today is Friday the 18th again no calls no emails I called left a message never got back to meThis is how REALTRUCK treat there customers, I spent over $for this cover, we have a Dodge Ram club with over 40K members I'm going to make sure they WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REALTRUCK plus our good friend have a youtube channel with over Million subscribers he also is going to let everyone know how REALTRUCK customer service treats there customersI'm PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchase a set of car seat covers from RealTruck.com and was very dissatisfied with the quality and workmanship Most seams were done well but the one seam at the shoulder support was actually done inside out I called to return the product and was told it was non-returnable It appears that they place defective product on their "sale" list and state it is non-refundable Great way to get rid of worthless product, if I do say so myself I would not do business with a company that does not stand behind their products let alone purposely selling defective product to the public and hide behind a non-returnable claim

I highly recommend realtruck.com! I chatted with them online before I made my purchase, they were very helpful with that I placed my order, and later that day I actually got a call to set up delivery for my nfab bars to be delivered the next day! They were exactly what I ordered and I was 100% happy with the whole experience The delivery guy called an hour before to make sure I'd be home, he was very nice too Just an overall good purchase, that's why I wanted to write them this review, because I was so pleased with them

I ordered a set of towing mirrors for my truckI needed the mirrors asapI selected the next day option from their shipping menu for $My credit card was billed immediately and no shipping information was providedI called to find out why and was informed that the $covered next day shipping once they processed the orderThe web site never mentioned thisI complained and requested the $charge be removed from my cardI got a run around - so I called and disputed the $charge with my credit card companyThis is a case of deliberately misleading customers for more profitThis is not a reputable company and I will never order a single thing from them againI expect I'll have to dispute the entire amount and probably won't receive what I ordered

Ordered a bedrug on November 17th and still have not received a shipping confirmation Contacted customer service several times via chat, email and phone Still have not received any information as when or if the product will shipDidn't know RealTruck was just a clearing house for manufacturers I could have ordered the product from a local shop and received within two daysI order products from Amazon and get tracking and tracing info instantly and delivery is always when promised Will not use RealTruck again

I ordered seat covers from them for front and backThe ordered arrive when they said it would but they sent me front cover setsNow the saga begins, two weeks have gone by since I asked them for the right stuff and to send me a return slip for the extra front coversStill no return slip and no back seat covernow I am going to call American Express to get refund

I ordererd a Gator hard Tonneau cover for my NissanIt arrived in less than a week, however the box it arrived in was way to large for the top and only had bubble wrap loosely around it, not even tapedNeedless to say the top bounced around in that large box as was damaged in shipmentCalled Real Truck, sent them pictures of the POOR packaging and the damageTheir reply, "we will contact the manufacturer and get back with you in a few business days"
Customer service? I think notI bought from Real Truck, they need to take care of the problemApparently they are nothing more order takers then have items drop shipped from various manufacturers, take no responsibility for the saleToo bad I have to rate at star instead of So here I am with a damaged product and no resolution and out what I paid

This company real truck is the worst company I ever had dealt with I order a bed cover for chevy silverado it taken them to weeks to ship the bed cover and when I opened it up it was the wrong size I been talking to the company for a week to return the bed cover they still giving me the run around they will set up a return shipping label it appeal they don't know how to conduct their services as a reliable businessI will never deal real truck again, nevertheless however I went to ebay got better service and received my bed cover within a week perfect fitReal truck it the customers who make a difference to your company not the company

I ordered a set of step bars for your company on 02/21/
After a couple of days, I wondered why I have not received an email so I called to track my orderYour rep informed me that
it takes at leas 5-business days to process and then ship which would take a couple of more day to get to me ,which I was fine with
After the days were up I called again on 03/05/and spoke to another rep, who told me the manufacturer would stay late on that day and make the step bars and I should receive an email on tuesday the 6th that they would ship outNow I just called today 03/08/ and another rep just told me they were on backorder and would be yet another two weeks
Your customer service is severely lacking in it's communication skills to its customersNot one rep seems to know whats going on with my order from another I will be posting this on social media and all my truck forums on how you conduct your business and treat your customers I will not be ordering from you in the future

I ordered leaf springs from Real Truck, I let a few days pass before I called to get an update as I had no tracking numberWhen I called they said the manufacturer was to ship them and I was assigned to a loyalty specialistThat loyalty specialist never called me and I had to reach out again but that was after calling the manufacturer and talking to themThe manufacture was BDS Suspension, they told me they receive multiple complaints from consumers about real truck for the same problem I hadWhen I called Real Truck back I got the same old run around again and again and again, promised follow ups and they never followed thru withHere I am almost two weeks after ordering my parts and they still have not shippedI will never order they them again nor recommend them to anyone

I purchesed a truck rack, and never recieved it but they charged me! I have called and tweeted with the owner and the Rude staffI am still fighting for my money backI woud call this company a scam to just get your money then they run and will not call back or responde to emails

Horrible Company we ordered a Tonneau Cover for a customer fedX day and had to pick it up ourselves from FedX else it would of been lateAlso the cover was pre-owned and damagedWe have been calling and emailing for days with no response yetBeware Real truck is Auto Customs the same company stay far away if your smart!!!!
