I ordered nerf bars for my new truck on a Friday The order went through and an order number and FedEx shipping label were generated, with delivery scheduled for the following Tuesday Come that Monday afternoon, the order had yet to be picked up I called Customer Service to ask about the status, to which they replied that they were going to do research and call me back They did not call me I called them back that evening on my way home and was told the same thing I did receive an email from them stating that they were looking into it I checked again on Tuesday (the day the product was scheduled to arrive) and it still had not been shipped I called the company back to get an update, to which they again replied that they were going to look into it and call me back Being a little peeved and weary at this point, I sent them an email asking that they just cancel the order and refund my money They responded with an email shortly thereafter stating that my message had been received I had hoped that this would motivate the company to actually track down the order and respond quickly, or at least tell me that they were sorry and that they were going to refund my money Nothing I am writing this review because according to other reviews on Revdex.com, this is a common problem with the company I will never order from them again, nor will I ever refer a friend to this website Stay clear of ReatTruck.com! They do not have their act together

I purchased a chrome bug deflector from RealTruck.com for specific to our SuburbanUpon receipt of the product, we noticed that the chrome finish on the bug deflector did not match the chrome finish on our suburbanThe chrome finish on the bug deflector was a dark smoky tint, where as the suburban isn'tI called RealTruck.com customer service department to notify them of thisThe customer service rep told me that they would issue me a refund upon return of the itemI received my refund my today, but was charged $restocking fee for an issue that was not on my endThis company sends out faulty or defective products, then charges the customer for an issue that is clearly theirs or their suppliesVery Poor Customer Service

Bought set of Lund window visors drivers side just fell off after couple months tried to get real truck to reply no luckContacted Lund want pictures, receipt, first born son what a crock never again off either Lund or Real TruckBad ones laying in back of the seat good one still on the truck I'm tossing them in the trash and buy a diferent brans off someone elseProff of a company is when you have an issue

Well, I have ordered several accessories from REAL TRUCK the last few months, but they dropped the ball on my most recent orderI spent minutes on a live chat trying to resolve issue with wrong parts being sent to meChat ended with no reference ticket # or anything for me to verify something would be done, just that someone would contact me.All this after they had me take photo to prove that what I was saying was correct I called back 4.5-hrs later by phone to check and they said ticket was generated and someone would contact me within hrsto see what they would doWell, that irked me, so I kinda let person on phone know that I considered this unacceptable as I needed to know how to proceed, what on a replacement, send all parts back, WHAT? Well, next day, today, Nobody contacted me with any updates! Totally, 100% unacceptable, *** poor customer care, in my bookWhen all is said and done, I doubt I ever order anything from Real Truck againToo many other online retailers willing to price match, if Real Trucks customer service is this badI only wish I had read the reviews firstRUN FROM REAL TRUCK if you want to keep your blood pressure in check!

I ordered seat covers Poor quality and the wrong product arrived even though I spoke with them before shipping to confirm the product being shipped was correct weeks later I am still waiting on a replacement

I ordered a set of truck wheels from this company When they arrived I took them to a local tire shop to have the tires taken off the stock wheels and mounted and balanced on the new wheels When the tire shop went to put the new wheels on my truck the center caps would not fir over the truck hubs The wheel would fit without the center hub covers I paid the tire shop $for all this to be done I then called to see if they could send the correct covers for the hubs on my truck and they said that those are the only ones I asked if he could help me find ones that would work and he declined and told me to ship the wheels back This would cost me another $to remove the tires from the wheels and mount/Balance back on the stock wheels He told me that was not his problem and that I could send them back or keep them but there was nothing more he could do The local tire shop found me the hub covers for the brand of wheel

Bought nerf bars for my chevy product came in about day'sI put one side on took a bit of time directions included in package not that great went to put other side on and found one bracket was not the correct size it was to shortThis was on a Friday called Real Truck customer service nice person told me this can happen as it is shipped from the manufacturer go-rhino and not them he stated they would put in a request for new part and expadited shipping from the manufacturerI have to give the customer service person a pat on the back as I was very upset and was not on my best behavior that day while talking to him Nine day's later I received the new part or should I say all brackets & hardware not just the one bracket I needed I was able to put part on with no problemThere was no return information for the original wrong part or the extra partsIt does not seem that there was no expedited shipping for this part and no offer (and I asked) of discount on future parts or on the current partNothing from Go-Rhino either for inconvinenceNow I have brackets and hardware going to the scrap pileAs I know mistakes can happen I only really expected to get part on the following Wednesday at the latest I will not purchase from Real Truck again

I bought some wheels from themThe lady from the chat said that if I order through her they would guarantee fitmentThe wheels fit but need some centric rims since the hub was and the wheel hole was 107.5; this is something the salesperson should have let me knowI found this out at the shop when they were installing themThe shop recommended I not balance until I get the ringsThat same Saturday 12/i contacted Realtruck and they supposedly going to send me the needed ringsI asked the guy for an approximate delivery date and he said I should get them no later than 12/I still haven't received them and when I contacted realtruck they can't even find the tracking for the orderI've been driving my truck for a week with wobbleSo frustratingNow I will have to cancel my appointment with the shop again until I buy some ringsWill never buy anything from realtruckThey just keep telling me they created tickets and Customer service will contact meThey've already created two tickets and not one person has contacted me

I ordered new bumpers for my truckWhen I ordered them, I was told allow two and a half weeks for deliveryThat was fineThree weeks later, they tell me its another month and a half outIf I knew it was going to be to months for delivery I would have went somewhere elseAlso, tracking on their website doesnt work

I purchased Dee Zee running boards DZ-and brackets DZ-I only received the brackets
DZ-Running Boards are missing from the order and now the company is avoiding any explanation just saying it shows that I received itI contacted fed ex and PayPal both services that were used in this transaction to figure out what's going on and they did verify only package was shipped to meThe last person I spoke to at realtruck actually told me to contact you guys and not to worry worst case scenario I would only low out on a couple hundred bucks

Worst Service! Nobody knows where your order is, they make promises that they "made it high priority, created a tracking ticket and you will get an email shortly." Never got the emailChat is a jokeI left a voice mail and they followed up with an email instead of calling backWhen I replied to the email, the person acted like she didn't know what order I was talking aboutAsked to cancel my order and got a run around about how long it would take to put my money back in my account and if the order ships I then have to do a return ticketOnly giving star because it will not allow me to leave stars

I purchased a bumper from RealTruck.com and within weeks the bumper had started to rustRealTruck.com does not accept returns on any item that has been installed, so if it isn't obviously broken or obviously wrong when you get it, you're just plain out of luckThey won't do anything to make it right

I have ordered a truck bed cover from Realtruck.comHave been couple of weeks and no one will give me an update on my orderThe order has not shipped yetThey told me it was to bed for UPS or Fed ex so it had to come freight shippedThey were going to try to add $charge when the cover was free shipping for a truck with lift gateThen they let me change the address to where the cover was going to be shipped to due to my house being a remote locationFirst they told me I may not be able to do thatThen I am told to make sure I am there to sign for itSo I ask for tracking so I know when it’s going to arriving since it’s jot going to be coming to my houseIt’s is going to a business of employment of my wifeThis way she will be there but she is only there hours a dayBut I still have no information on when it’s going to ship so I have no idea when my wife needs to be watching for it or if it will come during the time she is thereI just don’t believe this business is there for customer support they just want your moneyA customer that just spent almost $just get some kind of support back from a businessI would never buy from them again

Terrible company Placed an order with them, which then they could not find All though they still charged by credit card Had to go through the hassle of disputing charges, which showed up under a company name I had never heard of

I ordered $worth of parts on the evening of 7/11/They charged my card in full on 7/12/As of 7/19/17, my parts still have not shippedI've been given no explanation for the delayI have no tracking informationThe order is now "supposed" to ship on 7/20/and it "should" be delivered within daysCustomer service has been courteous and pleasant but days from order to ship is not reasonableNothing during the order process indicated it would take this longI am very dissapointed
