Ordered a bed mat liner, arrived within the weekUPS delivered it pretty much with the plastic protective wrap in shreds I called them and they offered a full replacement or full refund Friendly customer service and I am very happy with the speed and the price

I ordered a cover for my truck on 12-20-I was told at that time it would take 3-business days for it to ship outI waited until the 6th day because of the holidays and called to see if and when it was going to shipThey told me it would be another weekI was needing the cover for a business trip and so I canceled the order since it had not shippedI called a few more times to find out if it had been canceled and I was told that they were working on itI called back on the 8th of January to find out that the cancelation order was never sent outThey assured me that the cancelation order was being processed and they hoped it would be done before it was shipped outI get another email to find that is was shipped and so I called again to get them to stop the deliveryI did find out that they were able to get it redirected back to the warehouse and that my refund was being processedIt took until the 18th of JanuaryI have all the emails saved and can provide them to anyone who wants to see themThere is a total of emails back and forth to each otherI know of different people I spoke with trying to get this resolved, some of them I spoke to a few times about this issueI can say for a fact that *** *** flat out lied to meI am not happy with the way things went on this dealAt first I was very pleased and was glad to be doing business with Real Truck, I can say I do not feel that way any longer and will not be recommending Real Truck to anyone I know

The biggest thing about this company is the complicated phone answering device that complicates your getting a human to on the phone to discuss your nightmare for having ordered from them!!! Im guessing they they're nothing more than a computer in someones garage!
They are in no way responsible for the products they sell!!! They blame ALL product failures and lack of delivery times on the manufactures!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A MIDDLE MAN to complicate your having any recourse with the manufacturer! Products arrived late and missing parts! They blamed the manufacturer and could do NOTHING to assist! Bug shield install kit DID NOT WORK!!! Steps arrived with NO brackets to install them which took twice as long to get as the steps! (STILL NOT HERE!!!) They said the "manufacturer" would not overnight the missing parts!!! Your order from them, they order from the manufacturer! What you do get is email SPAM!!! Lots of it, even if you select not to!!! BIG MISTAKE ON OUR PART!!! Its unfortunate that I cant rate this company with NO stars!!! ORDER FROM THE MANUFACTURER YOURSELF OR FIND A REPUTABLE WAREHOUSE WITH PARTS IN STOCK!!!

Realtruck won't stand by the products they distributeI purchase a $item which was badly damaged, and they refused to replace it or credit me

All around terrible Order process was a nightmare Items got shipped to a house in Florida (that I do not live at), I live in Texas and gave them my Texas address After several attempts to call in for help (note they are not open nights and weekends) and no calls back from my so called "dedicated support person" named Dee, I finally got to a supervisor who assured me everything would be corrected Instead of shipping me new items, they had FedEx pick up the items in Florida and forwarded to me By the time I got them the boxes were barely holding together, but hey was just happy to finally have my items That is until I got them open and began installing them First off, the BakFlip FTonneau cover was dented in two places Then the Bushwaker fender flares that were supposed to be painted to match, didn't match This was the last straw for me, so I packed it all back up and called in to return everything But wait, there's more Now they are telling me that I cannot return the items without detailed pictures of everything Even though I already boxed everything back up, they don't care and told me to bad because they need pictures so they can "take it up with the manufacturer" Why is this my problem? I didn't buy from the manufacturer, I bought from you and I have a day return policy!!! Apparently that doesn't matter to this company so my recommendation is STAY AWAY I now have to wait until next week because I need to talk to a supervisor and "they are all in training this week" What an absolute nightmare As of now I am out over $2,
