Once they have your money, it's over
UPS lost my package shipped from Carroll's Sports Cove. They simply need the SENDER to file a claim so I can get my money back. You cannot call Carroll's Sports Cove and speak to anyone. You get a message telling you to send them an email. I sent multiple emails with no response. No I'm out almost $300.

I gave them a second star only because their up front customer service was good, but once they have your money, you're nothing to them. Good luck.

Wish I saw these reviews 1st
Ordered something on Friday. Big mistake. With virtually no communication back from Carrolls, I found the item elsewhere and ordered from Walmart as they had in stock. I requested a cancellation from Carrolls before they even showed up to work Monday (nobody works on the weekends), and it was ignored. The waited to respond until it was shipped and claimed they could not honor the refund.

I guess they would rather get the single $131 order than deal with at least 10 negative reviews. Short sided - Avoid these guys at all costs.

Golf Bag
My wife ordered a golf bag as a Father's Day gift. It arrived and there was a big manufacturing defect and they said I would have to wait for the manufacturer to send me a replacement, under warranty and at no cost, sometime in December 2021. Then they said maybe March 25th. I am not convinced that the manufacturer is reliable so I asked for a partial or full refund. Their representative went brain dead and has not responded to my emails. Never buy from them!

Vikings Bathrobe
I ordered a men's Viking's Bathrobe on 11-1-2021, have not received an email to confirm payment or order number. I did save the invoice and will check with my bank to try and reverse payment. I sense scam, scam, scam! I normally check reviews prior to purchasing from sources where prices are too good to be true!

I ordered a South Carolina grill set as a Father’s Day gift I never received it it said it was a wrong address and they sent it back I have not heard anything from you I sent multiple emails and still nothing I need a refund but no one will respond to me

Is there such a thing as a NO star rating? I would NEVER order from this company again. I tried to return a robe that I got my husband for Christmas and not only do you not get a full re-fund, you get a "credit" and 20% of your purchase price goes towards a "re-stocking fee". I feel like this company actually made money off of me. Instead of sending the robe back so they can turn around and re-sell it and rip someone else off, I am going to donate it to Goodwill. TERRIBLE customer service in a day and age when you are competing with Amazon. I have a new found appreciation for Amazon!

Hello,I apologize about the item selling outWe order these factory direct and they sold out so we had to cancel the orderI see we responded to you about this issues however when placing an order a temporary hold is put on your credit card to make sure you have enough funds to cover the order Since we cancelled your order we reversed that temporary holdOther than doing that we cannot do anything to speed up the release of that temporary holdNote no charge will post to your credit card and no credit will post eitherWhat will happens is that hold will just come off and disappearIt can take anywhere from a few days after we reverse it to a week or

Ordered an item on December 18, 2019; which stated it would arrive by Decemeber 24,2019. I went ahead and placed the order. On Friday, December 20, 2019 I emailed website to verify what was going on? as I didn't even receive an email confirmation. I received a response a few hours later they would look into it. So today, December 23,2019 (2 days before christmas; which really limits me now!)I emailed again asking if they had any further information)Notice- it took ME to email them again! (bad business move on their part). They tell me it is on backorder and will arrive in 3-4 weeks if I still wanted it. So my credit card was charged, you're now going to hold onto that payment for 3-4 weeks in hope I can trust I will get my item. Poor lack of communication and business practice. DO NOT ORDER FROM!

I placed an order on December 12th. I have NOT received an email confirmation. My transaction has cleared my Pay Pal account. I have called numerous times and no answer. I have sent an email and still no response. This is ridiculous! I am beyond pissed off!

Hello,I apologize if there has been any issue or frustration however I checked into all of your complaints and will respond to them accordinglyFirst is our credit card service was never down and had no issuesWe have been accepting many orders without issueIf it was down we would have received many questions and concerns over itWhen paying by PayPal the funds are sent as soon as the order is placedWe cannot wait to charge that account like a credit cardHowever your order did ship with the [redacted] tracking [redacted] yesterdayWe order these golf bags factory direct due to their sizeI apologize for the delay on shipping but the estimated dates I gave you were the dates the manufacturer gave us, so I was only relaying the information we received from them to you since we are waiting on them to get these made I see you did contact us a few times however I also see we replied twice on August 25th, once on August 26th and a 4th time on days ago on September 13th stating "Looks like these came in friday or yesterday but it is processing and we will have tracking for you this week." We just got that tracking which again is [redacted] due to arrive on the 20th.Thank You

I received this complaint and it is 100% unwarrantedThese remarks are exaggeratedHe did contact us times but of those times were on the same dayOur phone was listed on our website, it is listed on his online credit card statement for our charge & is even listed on the Revdex.com site which he could have called before making this complaintI replied to his emails and got a bounce back message stating his email was not valid at [redacted] .comI find it ridiculous he implies we are scamming not only him but others and using our reviews as proof? Hello, I received this complaint and disagree with most of the claimWhen the order was placed we were showing one tire cover left in stock and that is why the customer was chargedHowever when we realized it was in fact out of stock we contacted the customer with options and received no reply The customer claims they tried to reach us by email but we have no emails in our system at allI searched for minutes under their name, email, order:# and nothing came upOur phone number was temporarily down due to a phone issue and our contact us page has other means of contacting us during that timeI email her again after I received this complaint and came to the settlement of a refundI have cancelled their order and credited them per their request now.Travis

I received an empty box, and they refuse to refund me or re-ship the item. I'm out my money, my time, my product, the shipping fee. They state I only had 14 days from the time of shipping to notify them - if they stood behind their products, they would have made it right.
