Hello,I apologize about the item selling out. We order these factory direct and they sold out so we had to cancel the order. I see we responded to you about this issues however when placing an order a temporary hold is put on your credit card to make sure you have enough funds to cover the order....

Since we cancelled your order we reversed that temporary hold. Other than doing that we cannot do anything to speed up the release of that temporary hold. Note no charge will post to your credit card and no credit will post either. What will happens is that hold will just come off and disappear. It can take anywhere from a few days after we reverse it to a week or 2.

First is our credit card service was never down and had no issues. We have been accepting many orders without issue. If it was down we would have received...

many questions and concerns over it. When paying by PayPal the funds are sent as soon as the order is placed. We cannot wait to charge that account like a credit card. However your order did ship with the [redacted] tracking [redacted] yesterday. We order these golf bags factory direct due to their size. I apologize for the delay on shipping but the estimated dates I gave you were the dates the manufacturer gave us, so I was only relaying the information we received from them to you since we are waiting on them to get these made.  I see you did contact us a few times however I also see we replied twice on August 25th, once on August 26th and a 4th time on 3 days ago on September 13th stating "Looks like these came in friday or yesterday but it is processing and we will have tracking for you this week."  We just got that tracking which again is [redacted] due to arrive on the 20th.Thank You

On March 5th, 2015 I ordered a Seahawks Belt Buckle for my daughter. No item was shipped. I sent an email on April 8th asking about the Belt Buckle. Customer service sent me an email apologizing for not getting an email which stated they are temporary out of stock and that it would be another 1 to 2 months until delivery. Did I want to wait? I emailed them back and said yes. Completely forgot about this until my daughter mentioned it to me the other day. I sent an email to customer service on August 10th.
Have not heard back from them. I sent another one today. I looked online and I see that they are selling the belt buckle and in stock. My daughter has moved since and I updated them with her new address. Is this ridiculous or what? After all this, my daughter still wants that belt buckle.

I received this complaint and it is 100% unwarranted. These remarks are exaggerated. He did contact us 7 times but 6 of those 7 times were on the same day. Our phone was listed on our website, it is listed on his online credit card statement for our charge & is even listed on the Revdex.com site which...

he could have called before making this complaint. I replied to his emails and got a bounce back message stating his email was not valid at [redacted].com. I find it ridiculous he implies we are scamming not only him but others and using our reviews as proof? If he did real research on us he would know that we have been in business for 10 years now. Our reviews he was looking at on [redacted] shopping are 4.4 out 5 stars and our phone number is listed on his credit card statement and on the Revdex.com website itself. The last thing is if he read the terms & conditions when checking out OR on our contact us page before emailing us he would have saw our big notice that orders and email replies will be delayed due to the high volume of orders we receive this time of year. Judging by the 6 emails in one day he did not understand that.For his order it did ship via [redacted] tracking of [redacted] delivered on the 20th so he received his item.Travis

No responses to my emails, cancelled my order on me but then reissued it 1 month later without checking if I wanted the item, which I did not since I purchased it elsewhere after my order was cancelled. Then shipped me bedding that I didn't even order.

I ordered my son a Cubs bookbag in July, I called the same day to cancel my order. The llady said it had already shipped, and I could return it for a refund. I returned the bookbag and still have not been reimbursed, it has been almost 6 months!

I ordered 2 pacers bedding sets this year for Christmas. I was immediately sent the order confirmation information and again when it was shipped. However when I opened the box on Christmas Eve it was the wrong order. Instead of my 2 sets of Pacers bedding, I received 2 NHL bedding sets. My order and packing slip states Pacers bedding. I emailed company about this and was told Tuesday they would email me back with the exchange info and I have yet to hear anything back even after emailing again yesterday. I have 2 very upset little boys at home who would love their bedding I paid $124 for. Please rectify this mistake immediately. Also there should be a phone # that your customers should be able to call, if there is one I have yet to find it.

Have you found a phone number for the company? I can not find one and would love to call them instead of email since that is getting me nowhere!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
Ordered something for a very special trip coming up. ordered it on 10/31 with a promise of delivery by 11/4. As of today, 11/7, there is nothing. when contacted, they said they were surprised they did not send an email informing that the item was out of stock. So instead of finding out on 10/31 or even 11/1, it is now too late for me to order from another site. Indirectly, this company ruined my trip. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Review: I placed an order and paid for the products through [redacted] on 2-21-14, for a total of $171.85. I emailed on 3-27 asking for status update, they emailed back (same day) saying it was on back-order and new date was 5-15-14. I emailed 7-7-14 & 7-10-14 asking to cancel order and credit, and have not received a response. I also tried calling several times but there was no answer or voicemail option.

We still do not have any of the products ordered (2 [redacted] comforter sets) nor have they issued a credit.

I would like to cancel this order (unfulfilled after 5 months) and receive the credit due of $171.85 (original amount) ASAP.Desired Settlement: Cancel the unfulfilled, 5-month-old order, and grant a credit of original amount of $171.85.

Review: It appears as I am not the only one with this issue. I have attempted to contact these people through email and phone. I have recieved no tracking number, and the order was placed 4 days ago, with promise of shipping that day (add that was posted). I have since contact my credit card company. I do not understand how they could be successful if they do not answer emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I wish for my payment to be refunded, as the item has obviously not been shipped.

You placed this order for the 2 blankets on Monday Dec 16th late in the afternoon, 3 days before filing this compliant which is also 1 week before christmas (Busiest time of the year). Per our website these blankets take a few extra days to ship because these particular items ship factory direct. You can see that with the links below

On your order confirmation screen after placing an order, our Terms & Conditions screen (which was agreed to when checking out) & contact us page, we asked to please not ask for status updates right after an order was placed as it only slows us down since we are trying to get all orders out the door & to also understand that we are experiencing a high volume of calls & emails as almost all of our orders are time sensitive for the holiday season. In this message we also informed you to please check the availability section when viewing an item on our website as shown with the links above. This shows how long it normally takes for that item to ship out as that will answer your status update questions more times than not since some items we ship like yours are factory direct. It does not look like you followed those steps as you would not have filed a [redacted] complaint 2 days after the order was placed knowing these 2 items take extra time to process & ship. Since these are factory direct I am contacting them now to cancel your order since that is what you asked for OR if it shipped get the tracking. I will email you with those details once they get back to me. Thank you

Review: Merchandise was ordered July 13th but never shipped. When I checked online I saw it was on backorder although company never notified me of that. I waited another week then e-mailed them on July 28th and requested order be cancelled and money be refunded. On July 29th they replied by e-mail and said order was cancelled. My money was never refunded. I e-mailed them again on Aug. 1 and requested a refund of my purchase. I still haven't received a response to that e-mail or a refund of my purchase of $110.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase price and for them to provide better customer service to others in the future or go out of business.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] backpack from this company on the 21st. Had an estimated delivery date by 7/28. I contacted them on Friday to get a tracking number and was notified that they are selling this product that has been on back order and not notifying the customer before or after you purchase. So I have been emailing back and fourth to find out when and if I am going to receive the backpack I have paid for and they only email me back saying they don't know when they are getting it back in. the backpack I order is the following: Seattle [redacted] Back Pack - Navy Colossus Style. Then they charged $9.95 for shipping and they don't even have the product and even today if you look at the website its shows they have in stock and they don't.Desired Settlement: I feel that it is wrong to deceive the customers by offering a product that they don't have and don't even tell the consumer. They need to be up front and honest with their customers. All I want is an honest answer so I know if I need to fight for a refund or not.

weeks to ship. It is currently on backorder. YOU WERE NOT charged for

anything since this backpack did not ship. Also I did reply on my email on July 25th and

I've emailed several times and no one has responded to my email. Review: On February 11, 2014 I placed an online order for a set of twin [redacted] bedding through Carroll's Cove. It was a Valentine's Day present for my son. I was informed that the item was on back order and wouldn't ship until March. I explained it to my son, and he was willing to wait. Early in April, it still hadn't arrived. I looked online and saw that it wouldn't ship until April. I checked with my bank to see if my account had been charged, and it was. $91.90 came out of my bank account on February 11, 2014. On June 6, 2014 I emailed Carroll's Cove again. I received no response. I emailed again today and haven't received a response. I am very frustrated and find this to be an unacceptable business practice!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the bedding I paid for more than five months ago ASAP.

This comforter set was marked on our website as out of stock since December. When you placed the order it stated that information before you placed it. They were due in stock in April but the manufacturer had a delay and they were backed up (Out of our control) We replied and informed you. Was it picked up by your spam filter? We cannot wait and charge those type of accounts like a credit card.We were upfront from the start with the information about this item & cannot control how [redacted] payments work.
