The resolution is okay but their response is not correctThey never contacted me to let me know the item was out of stock nor did there email address work when I tried to send them oneBut since they cancelled my order and gave me a refund I done with them.

Hello,I apologize for any frustration, however when placing an order on our website a temporary hold is automatically put on to make sure you have enough funds to cover the orderSince we cancelled, we reversed the charges and it will fall off and not postIt just takes a few days to go through
the banks to come off but it will not permanently postWe order the item you ordered factory direct due to the sizeThey were showing in stock but had no inventory left so we had to cancelThat is when we reversed that temporary hold on your accountunfortunately that hold takes a few days to go back to your cardonce again I apologize for any frustration or confusion

I am rejecting this response because:I guess I am just used to businesses actually providing the good or service they have accepted an order for rather than cancelling the order and saying they don't offer the product at a later dateYou can put all the disclaimers you want on your website about how you can advertise products that you don't actually offer, that doesn't make it a good business practiceI will join the numerous other people on this site and stay away from this so-called business in the futureHopefully at some point they are shut down for advertising products that they can't deliverI'm pretty sure that's called advertising.Regards,

This comforter set was marked on our website as out of stock since DecemberWhen you placed the order it stated that information before you placed itThey were due in stock in April but the manufacturer had a delay and they were backed up (Out of our control) We replied and informed youWas it
picked up by your spam filter? I do not know.As for payment you paid by ***, when paying using that method the funds are sent as soon as the order is placedWe cannot wait and charge those type of accounts like a credit card.We were upfront from the start with the information about this item & cannot control how *** payments workI emailed you for the new address to send the comforter set too as I did confirm these are going to be shipping in the next day or I will wait for your reply

You seem to have a excuse for every item you didn't send people that have ordered from your site. All of these complaints are within days apart how do you explain that ? On your site you have all these great comments listed that people have said how great it was to order from you but why don't we see any of these comments from people that have had to fight with you to get what they paid for or the money back for something they never got ? I am still waiting on a tracking number sent 4 emails and still have yet to hear from you so what is the reason for that ? Please amuse me with some more bulls***

Hello,I apologize if there has been any issue or frustration however I checked into all of your complaints and will respond to them accordinglyFirst is our credit card service was never down and had no issuesWe have been accepting many orders without issueIf it was down we would have received
many questions and concerns over itWhen paying by PayPal the funds are sent as soon as the order is placedWe cannot wait to charge that account like a credit cardHowever your order did ship with the *** tracking *** yesterdayWe order these golf bags factory direct due to their sizeI apologize for the delay on shipping but the estimated dates I gave you were the dates the manufacturer gave us, so I was only relaying the information we received from them to you since we are waiting on them to get these made. I see you did contact us a few times however I also see we replied twice on August 25th, once on August 26th and a 4th time on days ago on September 13th stating "Looks like these came in friday or yesterday but it is processing and we will have tracking for you this week." We just got that tracking which again is *** *** due to arrive on the 20th.Thank You

Hello, I received this complaint and disagree with most of the claimWhen the order was placed we were showing one tire cover left in stock and that is why the customer was chargedHowever when we realized it was in fact out of stock we contacted the customer with options and received no reply
The customer claims they tried to reach us by email but we have no emails in our system at allI searched for minutes under their name, email, order:# and nothing came upOur phone number was temporarily down due to a phone issue and our contact us page has other means of contacting us during that timeI email her again after I received this complaint and came to the settlement of a refundI have cancelled their order and credited them per their request now.Travis

Customer placed an order before Christmas and their item was temporarily on backorderTheir item came in and shipped about days laterWe ran an after Christmas sale that they saw after their order shippedThey requested that we give them that sale price and threatened a complaint to the RevDex.com if we did not give them the sale price.I don't appreciate threats of bad reviews on my small business like this if we do not give customers their desired discountsNormally I would have worked something out but will never with customers who make threats of defaming my business unless I give them what they wantNow our Revdex.com rating will be affected over this.Below is what I explained to my customer via emailWith all due respect, this is feeling like blackmailYou ordered it for a certain price, we ran a sale days after you ordered and then you want that priceIf we did it for you then we would have to do it for everyone who ordered anything that we ran a sale onWe run sales at specific times and sometimes pay extra to market that sale to certain group shoppers whether we are targeting a certain website of shoppers or many other groups of peopleUnfortunately you did not order at the time of that saleSometimes we would either give you the sale price or work something out but when my first contact is pretty much an ultimatum that is "give us the what I want or we will defame your company"I don't help with that

I am rejecting this response because:The sale they are now stating happened after they shipped the item is completely now they are trying to back peddle because they put an item on sale which they did not have and was on back order The order was placed Dec when I checked their website the following week they item was still on back order and $less I sent an email that they never responded to They expect to get a good review when they do poor business practices horrible customer service had to send emails before they decided to respond came thoughI sent an email regarding this matter that was never responded to I then sent another that was not on the 3rd attempt it was made clear that they would not do any kind of refund and ignored the response then typed another email that stated I would have to file a complaint due to the bad businessThey are simply back peddling now when it is fact they had the item on back order while then running a sale on it.Facts are simple1:ordered on the 17th 2: sale went on after the 17th while item was still on back order thus why I tried to communicate with them3: communication was sent to them about it that an automated response came back and said they were closed and would get back to me and never did.4: When communication was made they then refused to refund the $even though they were given proof of dates item was on back order and when sale took place.5: After refusal I stated I would not have a choice but to file a complaint due to the bad business they had shown me.Regards,
