My complaint was not that the product sent would not workIt was the very poor customer service and the indications that the product supplied was not the upgraded product I paid forJust because a product works does not mean that it is the product I paid to havePlus the completely advertisement of the delivery of the product orderedIt came in two different shipments, of which I was not informed allowing me to believe that I only received part of what was paid forAlso neither shipments was delivered, or even processed within the advertised time frameAll I really want at this time is some verification that the product received is the higher end product paid for

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by CarXenonHIDKits regarding complaint ID ***I also started a complaint with *** to resolve this issue *** had requested me to send the merchendise back to the
sender to an address that they had provided I had sent the merchandise there and the company has yet to pick it up from the post office as there was nobody at the address to receive it.
It is my full belief that this is a scham business The company said that their head office is in New York, yet merchandise came from Montreal The address to send it back to was a address in quebec I contacted Canada Post who confirmed that the address is only a post office box The package being too big to fit into a PO box, it was held at the post office for the company to come and pick up It is being held at the same location as the PO box location, yet this person never picked it up
I contacted *** again with the concern that this item will be returned back to me and I will not receive a credit for it *** *** advised that since they are taking my side on the matter even if the company doesn't pick it upthey will still issue a credit for it I guess I have to wait and see because I already spent more money just to send it back to them
Due to the lack of any sort of communication from the staff or owner of this company, I hardly believe that this business is legitimate in any wayI would strongly advise the State of New York to shut this company down as I am sure there is many more people like me who got defrauded by this company Many individuals dont understand which avenues they should take to go after fake companies such as this one

This company advertised a ten year warranty on the HID kits that they sellThey actually have no warranty at all because they will not provide service under their warranty They will continue to tell you that the replacement order is on it's way but they never send it They will lie to you by phone and e-mail and they don't even keep track of their own lies! Save yourself a headache and don't even try to do business with them

The kit you received is exactly what you need for your vehicleYou should go ahead and install it on your carIt will work perfectlyIf you are not satisfied you have days to send it back for a full refund
