Review: I place an order back on 12/*/13 for HID conversion kit for my 2007 Hyundai Azera from CarXenonHIDKits.com. The website clearly stated the the bulb size for my vehicle is H11B, which is correct. When I received the kit, the bulb size in the package is H11 which is not the correct size. I contacted the seller on 12/**/13 by phone letting them know they sent me the wrong bulb size. The person stated to me to send them an email explaining my situation. I did and I received an email back from the seller they would ship me the correct bulbs ASAP and I should receive a FedEx shipping tracking # the next day. I waited until 12/**/13 and called them again asking if the correct bulbs were sent to me. Again they stated send an email, which I did. I received another email from the seller stating they were shipped out and I would receive them by 12/20. I asked again for a tracking # which they never gave to me and I never received the bulbs. I again contacted them on 12/** and they stated the H11B 8000K bulbs that I ordered back on 12/*/13 have been out of stock for a long time and that they received them week of 12/**/13. The seller stated they were shipped to me priority mail and I would receive them definitely on 12/**/13 and that I would receive a tracking #. I contacted them again on 12/**/13 asking for a tracking # and if the correct H11B 8000K bulbs were shipped to me. I still have not receive an appropriate response from the seller and they keep on stating that they have been shipped to me and that they will provide me the FedEx shipping tracking #, which I never received from them.Desired Settlement: I would like the seller to credit the PayPal account I used for the full amount of $99.97. Thank you.

Review: I ordered HID headlights for my 2008 nissan frontier truck around Dec. [redacted]. I received them around Dec. [redacted]. I was putting them in my truck but the light bulbs will not lock into my headlight assembly because the part that came with kit is too thick and my locking ring will not twist on to lock it into headlight assembly. I have called and e-mailed many times and they are always giving me the run around. I e-mailed them 12/**,12/**,12/**,12/**,12/**,12/**,1/*,1/*.1/**,1/**,1/**. I have called to try to talk with the [redacted] or someone other then the guy who I always talk to who says his name was [redacted] but I don't know because it was hard to get him to give me names. Says his boss is [redacted], but he's never available. I wrote a complaint on there [redacted] page, but they removed it. They only have people on there that are happy and remove the others.There web page says 5 star customer service. I sent pictures with writing and arrows pointing out problem. I tell them they can't fix my issue then give me a refund. But they always say they are sending me a part to fix my problem. last week he sent an e-mail saying I would get the parts last week but I haven't got anything yet. They don't say there sorry about all my troubles. I get nothing but headaches from these People. I just want my money back now. they had plenty of time to fix this and don't care.Desired Settlement: Since they haven't done anything to fix this I should get a full refund.

Review: I have written countless letters and received countless replies, We are sending you the right bulbs right away. Your company has failed to live up to its fine reputation as being a reputable and respectful company ensuring customer satisfaction guaranteed. I have sent pictures illustrating to difference between bulbs sent and bulbs needed, as well as the light assembly and how the bulbs are incompatible. I had asked nicely to request a Return Authorization and still I get the response the bulbs are on the way. That seem highly unlike for several weeks have past and several times I was promised check is in the mail but no bulbs have been sent and I feel it is your companys intension to defraud me of my $94.97. I will be contacting the Revdex.com Revdex.com with formal complaints that I have been taken advantage of as an American 100% Disabled Veteran. I will be posting on any and every sight that will have a listing for HID Kit lights and I, as an American 100% Disabled Veteran, have been taken advantage of and ripped off by CarXenonHIDKits.com.Desired Settlement: Return Authorization per guarantee on web site, return paid label, and refund of $94.97.

Review: the website promises a lifetime replacement warranty and a 30 day moneyback gaurantee but ive tried and tried and the more I research the more I find about it being a scam. theres no return information and the product has no name or manufacturer label info on it.. I recieved a box missing parts and a broken productDesired Settlement: I would like this place shut down and prosecuted after I recieve a refund, alot of other people on every forum ive read have experienced the same incident as I have

Review: I ordered HID headlights from this company for several reasons. These reasons included both free 3 day shipping and also a 30 day money back guarntee. After waiting 14 days for my order to be filled, without any email stating such from the company until I wrote them, I have since received horrible customer service. I had a ballast become defective a week after the installation, the company took another 2 weeks to replace this part. I asked for my money back but they instead just shipped another part, despite my multiple reqests for a refund. To date, the company refuses to refund my purchase and has yet to honor a single one of their "hooks".Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I will happily ship back their defective products (at their expense) but I will not ship it back before I have received my refund. Based on the history of how their customer service has handled this issue, I fully believe that I would then lose both the product and my money. This company is solely in the business of taking money from others. They could have simply refunded my 130 dollars long ago and this wouldn't have been an issue. I have the entire email chain that shows each time were I have asked for my refund.

Review: I ordered some HID lights from CarXenonHidKits.com for my motorcycle on March *, 2015. The purchase price of $109.98 was deducted from my bank almost immediately upon ordering. I emailed on 3/*/2015 @ 12:55 pm stating that my order had been shipped via [redacted] Express with a tracking number. Today on 3/**/2015 I spoke with [redacted] and they say a shipping label was created but nothing has been shipped. I also received an email on 3/*/2015 @ 1:13pm stating my order was completed. Since 3/*/2015 I have contacted this person 4 times with three different answers. I went on line looking for disgruntled reviews and found several dating back to January 2014 In Canada and the USA. If you do a [redacted] search under CarXenonHidKits.com complaints you can find 6-8 different sites with similar complaints dating up to a year or more. The complaints I've read all seem to have the same similar lies associated with them. THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. PLEASE HELP ALL OF US AND HIS FUTURE VICTIMS. Why is this type of person still doing business? Being a U.S. Army Veteran it is very hard to swallow that people can freely rip you off and nothing seems to be done about it.Desired Settlement: I demanded a refund today on 3/**/2015 on the phone after he said [redacted] was issuing a new tracking number. When I mentioned he needed to refund my money "TODAY" he claimed he couldn't because my order has already shipped from the warehouse. I'm sorry but how can it have shipped if they haven't giving him a tracking number.Thank you.
