After many requests for an address to return the items for a refund they provided an address in Canada.  I mailed off the package about ten days ago and have not recieved a refund or any other information from them.

As I stated in an earlier reply; on January *, 2016 Car Xenon requested that I return the products to a Canada address and I did as requested and have yet to here back from them or receive any refund.Sincerely,[redacted]

 They company sent one new set of bulbs like they said they would, and even a new set of ballast. However this does nothing for the high beams or fog lights, and since these aren't new from the box, I suspect they will be just as defective. They continue to ignore my request for a refund and still provide terrible customer service.

hours of forms and all communications between the vendor and I regarding my efforts to get a refund. I am still waiting for a refund for the $39 it cost me to return their erroneous order to them. This is a company to avoid dealing with at all costs.Sincerely,[redacted]

Since November 2014 I get emails telling me its on its way/ they have been sent/ I have called and have been told the same response- How is this legal ! it States on website full warranty!! Don't believe 1 word!!!

Review: I ordered headlight kits on 12/**/2013 I received a conformation email on 12/**/2013 stateing order complete and I would receive order on 12/**/2013 the tracking number I was given by FedEx confermed this date so for the next three days FedEx web site said same information. When package did not arrive I again checked there site and it now said suppose to ship 12/**/2013 from Montrele Canada, and according to the merchants web site US orders ship from New York. So I called the merchant whose name is [redacted] and sent an email he told me I would get my package on 12/**/2013, at this time I requested to cancle the order since it had not shipped yet he said I could not. On Monday 12/**/2013 I checked FedEx site and packaged has not shipped so I called back to merchant to get the story since his email said I would receive my product on 12/**/2013. It took a couple of hours to respond he said he would call FedEx and call me back which I told him I spoke to them at 9:30am and they still have no record of this package only a information slip. I again requested to cancel the order he said I cant since it shipped which it hasnt. Just a side note this conversation took place while Im typing this. I have already contacted my credit card company to start a fraud investagation on there part.The total of the order is 290.06 which is different from the total on my receipt of 299.91. Between the differences in shipping locations and dollar amounts I now have come to beleive this company to not be reperatable, and am requesting your help in getting my money returned. Review: Though the largest issue with this transaction is the failure to provide the product purchased, there are multiple things that have caused me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

1)The online representative falsely told me that the product is direct plug and play and no splicing or cutting of wires needed. Completely false.

2)The web site states same day shipment, but my product was not shipped until four days after order placed and payment made. Also the order was only shipped because I called to inquire about a tracking info. At which time I was told it had already been shipped, but when I finally got the tracking info I found that the product was shipped after my call.

3)The product that arrived was not what I ordered and payed for. I received a 35 watt D1R kit when I ordered and payed for [redacted] watt D1R kit (+$9.99) with a Warning Canceller (+$9.99).

4) Multiple calls during listed business hours has yielded no contact and the online representative simply responded to my inquiries with we sent you what you ordered and disconnecting without even verifying what I ordered, what they have listed for shipping me or providing any real way to confirm what I received.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the product that I ordered, payed for and did not receive. If the company would like the return of the incorrectly shipped product they should provide shipping arrangements and payment, as this problem is completely the companies fault.

The kit you received is exactly what you need for your vehicle. You should go ahead and install it on your car. It will work perfectly. If you are not satisfied you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund.

My complaint was not that the product sent would not work. It was the very poor customer service and the indications that the product supplied was not the upgraded product I paid for. Just because a product works does not mean that it is the product I paid to have. Plus the completely false advertisement of the delivery of the product ordered. It came in two different shipments, of which I was not informed allowing me to believe that I only received part of what was paid for. Also neither shipments was delivered, or even processed within the advertised time frame. All I really want at this time is some verification that the product received is the higher end product paid for.

Yes, you got a premium quality hid kit. You should go ahead and install it on your car. It will work perfectly.

Review: I have contacted this company numerous time 16 e-mails in which they only responded to 6, that is 37.5% of customer support responding. I contacted customer support via chat also and 90% of the times they are just trying to customers a kit, that's all, they will say whatever you want to hear to sell the product and after the product is sold, they do not want to help you with customer support regardless of what the problem is. They were trying to run my 30 day trail period out so I cannot get to return my kit for a full refund.. I even asked for a return label and they refuse to answer my question on if they are e-mailing me a return label or not or if they have return label. The tracking number that this company provided me to track this package the tracking number says it was delivered to [redacted], and I live in Lincoln, Nebraska [redacted], not even close to the same state. If you need I can provide the tracking number!Desired Settlement: This business should have the responsibility of taking care of customer issues regardless of the problem, that is the job of customer support that this company clearly does not have. Also send or e-mail return labels without waiting till nearly the end of the 30 trail. That is just terrible, on top of that they refuse to answer telephone calls, 3 messages and they refuse to return my calls for assistance.
