Cash Aisle Reviews (%countItem)

During this Pandemic, Cash Aisle without authorization after ran a draft for the payment for the payment amount at 128.00 after they figure the government was providing a stimulus payment of relief to help with the shut down of the economy. Then Cash Aisle sent a second payment for the entire amount minutes later not taking into consideration what their consumers are experiencing as a result of layoffs and Covid-19.

We have closed this account and consider it as paid in full. We have refunded the payments of $400.84 on4/17/2020.

Cash aisle deducted all my coronavirus relief funds from my account know compassion for this time of grief. They could have taken a single payment. They took the hold amount

The payment was refunded to the customer on 4/16/2020. We ask that the customer reach out to the companyto work out a payment plan on the past due balance

I took out a loan of $100 on 03/31/2020. I have been trying to repay this loan as they stated there is no early repayment penalty. Today is 04/03/2020 and the loan has accrued to $104.43. I have repeatedly call their phone number of 844.359.6000 and have only gotten a recorded message telling me to call back later.

I never signed the contract and deposited 200.00 into my account. The loan repayment was 228 but they take 69 dollars the 228. They are ripping people off.

I contacted Cash Aisle to remove the automatic ACH since they have my banking information on file. First off, this request was met with resistance, as if I was wrong for doing this. Secondly, the reason I want to pull the ACH is because I was extremely misled by this entire operation. I was under the impression that this place could operate and issue loans to people who live in Illinois, like myself. However, after doing some due diligence on the company and its operating practices, I realized that they are not in fact licensed to operate and lend in the state of Illinois. I feel very misled, especially since they knew I live in Illinois and charge interest rates that are not licensed or accepted by the state. I will save time by not referencing the exact Illinois code from the The Division of Financial Institutions, Consumer Credit Section. Given everything going on in the world and the impacts of COVID-19, these interest rates are astronomical and a killer to anyone impacted by these events. The company alleges they can lend to people in the state of Illinois, but not in others. I'm curious why they think they can lend in Illinois if they are not licensed.

I feel very misled by the company, especially since they don't seem to be playing by the rules. These interest rates are CRIMINAL and there should be no place in ANY state or even in this country. It is predatory and collapses individuals like myself who cannot catch up with the high interest.I would like a deep explanation of how silly I was made to look given the regulations around their business.

I received a $300 payday loan from Cash Aisle on Jan 7th 2020. I called Cash Aisle @ *** for a pay off quote. I was advised my pay off was $274 and some change. This took me by surprise because they have been debiting my checking account biweekly beginning January 15, 2020 in the amount of $82.40. As of today my checking account has been debited 6 times for a total of $494.40. Is this legal? Per the state of Alabama: Alabama imposes a $500 amount limit on payday loans offered in the state. Payday loans can be taken for a period of 10-31 days with the maximum finance charge of 17.50% for every $100 and 456%APR.

The customer may call the company at*** to make payment arrangements to pay in full forthe loan, and if there are further questions or concerns.

I took out a small loan on 11/15/19 and I have made 10 payments in the amount of 107.10. I have paid a total of 1, 071.00. They told me that I have to pay until October at which time I would have paid them 2,570.40. This is totally unacceptable. If you do not have the extra money, and I do not at this point, then I will have to pay back 2,570.40 for a 400.00 loan. These companies take advantage of desperate people at their time of need.

I got a loan of 200 dollars. I have made 7 payments of 57.07 and they are saying I have 19 more payments of 57.07. that would make my payback over 1400 dollars. An attorney advised me that this is breaking Florida payday loan laws

Cash Aisle is breaking Alabama state law Code §§ 5-18A-1 et seq.. I am being charged grossly with interest that isn't going towards the principal balance, I've paid 3 times the amount over to pay off loan, and to pay off the balance, Cash Aisle wants full payment plus interest charge.

Due to COVID-19 I will only receive one more paycheck. I will have unemployment and no other additional funds. The payment is to high for my living. The original loan has been paid over 3 times. Please consider this loan paid in full.

I took out a loan with cash aisle during an emergency situation. The loan amount received was for $500 if I remember correctly but I know it wasn't more than more than $700. I have been calling to try and verify. I used the logon links on the websites and they don't allow logins so you can see your balance. I have sent emails still all I get is a recorded call. That says call another number where I'm left on hold with no answers. For as far back as my acct is showing me on my phone they have gotten me for $1930.37. now I know something's wrong because at the same time I took out another loan with another payday company and the only difference in pay arrangements was $1.03 and they have been paid off for quite some time. I understand it's a predatory loan practice but I'm just looking for some sort of fairness here. I have paid my loan by more than 200% so far

I received a $600 loan from them and ive paid well over $1200 . I was mislead about how much my repay was. I live in the state of Georgia and its illegal to charge that high interest on a loan

I received a payday loan from Cashaisle in November in the amount of $500. I have paid over $1200 back to the company. In order to pay off my loan, they would like me to pay $659 in addition to what I have already paid. This is ridiculous and is basically stealing. When I spoke to a representative regarding this matter, he was rude and unprofessional.

I got a payday loan from them in the amount of $250 and I paid back over $400 back to them and they are trying to get more money from me and charge me over a $1000 for a $250 loan. I'm in the state of Georgia and it's illegal to charge that high on a loan. They have been harassing me by calling and emailing me.

On May 17 2019 , I was given a loan by cash aisle loan company for 300 dollars at a cost of 91.29 per two weeks..This is in violation of Illinois payday loan reform act which states that a payday loan company may only charge 15.50 interest per 100 dollars..This tribal loan is also illegal under section 3-3a of the payday loan reform act which clearly states that for a business to act as a payday loan lender, they must be clearly licensed with the Illinois department of financial regulation which this company is not..This loan is also in violation of Illinois payday loan reform act section 1 which clearly states that a company offering payday loans to consumers in Illinois must be licensed which this company is not..To date I have paid 680.16 on this illegal tribal loan in the state of Illinois and an unenforceable loan under Illinois state law

These people or scam artist... They had my checking account number but I closed the account and opened a new account. Now I never ever give loan companies my debit card number and I did not give it to them. This past Friday I see a payment coming out my account from cash aisle because they used my debit card. I don't know how they got my debit card information but they took a payment that was unauthorized. I had to go to my bank and file a fraud complaint. I got a new debit card and waiting on my money to be put back. Don't use cash aisle they are frauds and scam artist. When getting a loan go else where are they will hack your account and take their payments even if it's not authorized. I will be filing a complaint with Revdex.com as well because no one should be able to get your hard earned money without authorization.

They will run your card on the wrong date for the wrong payment amount without warning and will not fix their mistake citing they are legally allowed to do so which is not true. I had to block my card and am mailing my payments as I am fearful they will do this again. If I could give them zero stars I would. Beware!!!

I received a payday loan from them for $400. I understood that I would have to pay back $600. This was even explain to me over the phone. however today I noticed they're taking another payment and I grew weary and called. I was told that I've already paid well over $600. They're taking another payment out this coming up Friday for 127. And I still have a balance of $446 that incurs $9 interest every day I told them that this is a scam and that that is illegal. That there are laws about lending. However they would not budge. This is a scam and I believe it is illegal.
