I have an issue with this company because I have paid them $181.00 bi weekly for almost two months and none of it has went to the principle. They also changed the payment amounts. The APR is thru the roof. I was given misleading information by different people from this company. I would like all payments to stop because I have paid them enough money. I also was told by a Co worker they were illegal in Maryland. Please help me resolve this.
The company would have gladly helped this customer if they would have reached out to us directly toresolve this issue. Although not required to do so, as a courtesy, the Company will reach out to the customer withan offer to resolve their loan.The customer can call the Company at *** if there are further questions or concerns.
I got a loan through this company for $300. When getting the loan the guy never stated that I would be responsible for paying $2,400 back. I called customer service to find out why they were still taking payments at my bank account. They were trying to make me pay $2,400. I told them that I have no problem paying the loan all that they gave me plus whatever interest but I was not going to pay $2,000. Two of the representatives telling me that they will never do the alone like this it was not a good deal. I think that this is a scam and needs to be reported.
I received a letter from Cash Aisle stating the I recently applied for a loan. However, I have not applied for a payday loan from this company. I have never done business with this company. I would like to have the company mail me a copy of this contract so that I can file a complaint, because my personal information has been compromised thru fraud.

This inquiry related to Niibin LLC dba Cash Aisle (the“Company”), which is owned by the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians (“Tribe”).1The Company takes these types of inquiries very seriously and would like to provide you with the below information.The Company received a loan application in the complainant’s name. The complainant advised that shedid not apply for a loan with the Company. The Company can confirm that it cancelled the loan application and itwill not issue a loan. The Company has also ceased all communications to the complainant related to theapplication. The complainant requested a copy of the loan contract, but the Company does not have a contractsince the application was denied.
If the complainant believes she has been the victim of identity theft, she can provide the following to theCompany to further investigate: (1) A completed identity theft report, which can be found at the Federal TradeCommission’s website, https://www.identitytheft.gov/Assistant# or a police report outlining the alleged identitytheft; and (2) proof of identification, such as a copy of a driver’s license, a copy of a government-issuedidentification card, or social security number.

Got a call saying I was approved f or a loan then after quite sometime on the phone with them verifying all this information I was told th a t. They could not help me at this time and that I would receive an email as to why I could not get a loan with them.
