quickly took payment but only received 1/2 the order
Ordered 2 different bottles of Alcohol, 1 Bourbon, 1 scotch, charged my card entire amount. A few days later with their online tracking worthless, they delivered 1 bottle and now made it 2 orders. No updates other than delayed, had received 1 e-mail will know by "tomorrow" the status, all they said was delayed. Never told me they could or would do this. Have sent 4 e-mails because they don't answer the phone wanting to cancel the "second" order", and get no response, I am trying not to dispute the credit card but they are leaving me no choice. Will not use again and definitely do not recommend them.

Won't ever use again
NO and I mean ZERO customer service. Awful company, will NEVER order from them again. Paid for delivery to a client and they instead dumped it at the UPS store, gave no notice of pickup and then waited to respond to my email inquiry asking where is my order, the last day the order could be picked up.
TERRIBLE Run and do not use.

All out scammers
These people have in stock great web sight but do not acknowledge as stated when tracking issues Was conversed and when trying to contact seller there was bogus response to none at all. My research took me here and negative feedbacks on caskets. Filed dispute with credit card company and no worries.
These false leading web sight should have people put in jail. What the hold up Biden ?

Thieves!!
They stole $12.99 shipping costs for an order I canceled because I didn't receive the product in an acceptable time frame, nor was there any communication about how long it was taking until I asked where the hell the bottle was. They are disgusting and I am reporting them to the better business bureau if they do not return my $12.99.

Partial Order Delivered but Status is 'Complete'?
Initially pretty good. Website runs fine, shipped pretty quickly but counting of bottles was off: I received 2 out of three. It's troubling that the website indicates the order is 'Complete'. Unfortunately, there's no number to call to correct them. We'll see if online support ever gets back to me; if the complaints on their Twitter account is any indication this will be weeks in the resolution.

They are scammers and scammed me out of a shipping fee because they suck at what they do!

Update: I send their email a reply indicating the order was incomplete with photos of the box which could not have held the entirety of the order (note that only one tracking number was provided to 'complete' the order). I received a reply within the same day (and on a holiday) that was positive regarding a potential and proper resolution. Once I am able to (read: figure out how) I will add an additional star for a 3 star review.

Very unfavorable
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering some pricey rum for my son. They sent me no order confirmation. I emailed them twice asking about delivery, status, etc. I got no answer. I was on the point of asking my credit card company to reverse the charge (which Caskers had been very prompt about making) when my son told me the order had arrived. There is no excuse for treating customers this way. I will NEVER do business with this place again.

Horrible Company
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered an expensive bottle of tequila because it's very difficult to have spirits/liquor delivered out of state, this was a birthday gift. I never received a shipping confirmation and contacted the company for an update. They responded fairly quickly to that email but now that I've requested a full refund they have gone silent for a week. There is no phone number you can contact so you are at the mercy of them deciding to answer your email. I'm extremely worried that I will never get my money back from this company. Please don't EVER use Caskers, save yourself the headache and your money.

Oh look, another unsatisfied customer who they scammed! We all have the same problem and they give US a hard time about it!

Horrible Service
I ordered a limit edition bottle of Codigo. It took over a week to ship. Once I did get it, it was completely wrong. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get this fixed and still no response. I will never use them again and will never recommend them. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and now I am in a bind trying to locate something else.

Same thing happened to me!

Caskers a ripoff.
I ordered 3 bottles of liquor and was told I would be getting a confirmation email once the bottles ship. I never did nor did I ever get an email confirming my order and providing a customer service contact phone number. After two weeks I checked my spam folder just in case then emailed the company to inquire about my order. After two days they responded back claiming the order was in transit and the confirmations must be in my Spam folders which was not the case.. I got one bottle that was left on my neighbors doorstep, without the supposedly required signature. They sent me a bogus tracking number for the remaining bottles that show the bottles never left the shipper. I after waiting another week past the estimated delivery date shown on the bogus tracking I emailed them to cancel the order for the missing bottles and never got back a reply. The people are totally unreliable. They take your money then don't deliver.

Unable to deal during the shutdown
Do not bother trying to get Caskers to send you alcohol during the shutdown. They are completely overwhelmed, unable to fulfill orders. I put in an order, emailed them several times over a couple weeks, tried to let them figure it out... nothing!

This was the first time I used caskers and will be the last time I use them. The shipping company has still not received my package. No one is giving me straight forward answers. You can only speak to them through email. Contemplating legal matters.

Report them to the better business bureau look how many of us have the same problem!

My experience was to order online a bottle they said was in stock, they collected my money and I am still waiting weeks later. The shipping tracking ID they sent me was bogus. The customer service person send me a response with no tracking or delivery info. I requested this and got no response. 2 words of caution: Don't Bother.
