Really zero stars, horrible customer service and shipping. I'm in logistics and I can get a container of alcholhol shipped to europe in less time than caskers takes to get 1 bottle to me in nj.

Fyi they make me give at least 1 star. Caskers sucks.

Scammers stole my shipping charge when THEY couldn't properly deliver!

Placing an order thru caskers was the biggest mistake of my life. Will I ever see my bottle of rabbit hole bourbon? I think I was ripped off and lost my money. I have asked for updates and for 2 dam weeks my order was on the way to the "sorting hub" whatever that means.
Caskers are theives! Fyi caskers sucks.

Can I give less than 1 star. I ordered a bottle of bourbon and it's been on the way to sorting facility of 2 weeks and klemen in customer service seems annoyed that i'm e-mailing asking when I might if ever receive the bottle they charged me for 2 weeks ago. 2-3 weeks for any delivery is just way too long. I will never order from them again and will contact the distellary directly to let them know how bad the distributer they recommend is.

I did not receive direction communication from Caskers.com, however, I was informed by the original recipient of the gift purchased from Caskers.com, and sent by Caskers.com, that he has now, indeed received the correct bottle of scotch I have not been charged again
for any item In my mind, this issue is now resolved I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved

I placed an order from Caskers and on the site they said they deliver within 1 to 5 days and they would notify me by email when it shipped. It has now been 8 days with no shipping notification and no email. I tried several times to contact them and all I get back is an automatic form letter that does not answer my question. I am not happy to not be able to contact these people. If I don't get a notification soon that my order has been shipped I am going to dispute the charge on my card. Not a good way to do business.

I am having the exact experience. It is so frustrating. They have a number that no one answers and an email that no one responds to. I strongly discourage people from using this distributor. It isn't clear what the problem is but they clearly are thinking about customer service first. I think I bought a bottle that will never be sent. Sad to say, but this may be a scam.

Order a bottle of scotchGot an email, from ***, saying that the item was shipped*** returned it to the shipperI have no whiskyI sent email per the instructions and got no responseThis place is a jokeDon't waste your timeUse their web site to identify whiskys you might be interested inThen look around on the web for a "real" businessI found that Total Wine (local for me) has the same whisky about 25% cheaperEven if your local doesn't carry it, they can order for you most of the time

I feel your pain they totally suck. I will never use CASKERS again. They are a total rip off and they make you feel like your bothering them when you ask for an update. CASKERS TOTALLY SUCKS. RABBIT HOLE YOU BEST START RECOMMENDING A BETTER DISTRIBUER OR YOU WILL LOUSE A TONE OF CUSTOMERS.

so where is my order I placed it and paid 100.00 for it on aur 2nd and trid contacting anybody and sent emails and havent heard anything I am being ignored

My one continued complaint is the business still blaming the customer for where the package was shippedAs noted in their response, they expected me to connect them with the place they shipped the package too even though my account no longer listed that address on it at allI do not believe that should be the responsibility of the customer to track down a package for a product they paid for especially when they have already updated all information accessible to them at that time
