I have spoken to *** and have given her the tracking information for a check due to her of (tracking number ***) to give to her the requested amount in the complaintIn speaking with her, it came up that she had paid an additional $to her bank for blocking our organization from making further debits to her account, so I am also sending out a check to her for that amount via ***.During our conversation, we also discussed some of the service issues she's experienced and let her know that we are actively pursuing changes internally that are going to allow us to really provide the best service possible to our customers at all timesI know we've fallen short here, and I wish we could have rectified this much sooner than we had, but this experience will certainly help us to recognize some internal inefficiencies and help us do better in the future
