Unbelievable this is the biggest scam, tried to contact the company to return the products because I don’t know that they will charge me, it said free, and they charged me a lot of money already, now they put my name in collection trying to take $300 for nothing

DO not bite the bait for a cheap sample! Totally misleading and b[censored]! It took longer than 2 weeks arrive. I took it and used it and didn't see a difference for the cost. I was under the understanding that I would be charged for the next shipment. My credit card was stolen so I figured that would cancel out my order. Next thing I know I have a creditor billing me for $119.97 two times! DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH THIS COMPANY! NOTHING IS FREE OR DISCOUNTED!

I received a letter from a collection agency in the mail today 9/8/20 asking for $119.97 for CBD oil that I never purchased. I had filled out an e-mail survey from CVS pharmacy that said I would receive a prize for filling out the survey. After filling out the survey it took me to a web page where I could choose my prize and all I had to do was pay the shipping which I did. I then received the oil in the mail. There was no indication that I owed anyone anything. Shortly there after I had to change my debit card because someone broke into my account. I assumed it was from this scam e-mail and I was very upset that I had even answered their survey, but grateful my bank caught it and I thought "lesson learned." Now, I have this collection agency after me for something I never even bought. I want this matter resoved so that I do not owe anyone any money.

Tru Bliss shipped a order and charged me, I did not order this nor did I approve the charges. .

Ordered "Platinum Fit Keto Free Trial". Did not see "14 day" cancellation. Natural Ultimate withdrew $94.90 from my account. I called customer service (877-373-6812) stating that I would be returning the unopened bottle of supplements & would like a refund. Was told that I COULD NOT return & there would not be a refund - they would cancel subscription & there would be no further charge. Person whom I spoke with was very rude. This is obviously a scam & they are taking advantage of people, including seniors such as myself. I would like this resolved & my money returned.

They will not even provide an address to send the product back. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY.

company shipped items to me and charged my credit card without me ordering items. No one else lives at my house, so I know no one else placed the order. I disputed the charges to my credit card company, then the items arrived. When I called the company they were completely unhelpful and told me I needed to take the dispute off before they would let me return the items. Citibank told me to file a fraud claim and they would give me a new credit card. When I called to get a return address I was given the run-around by the people on the phone about giving me the return address

Like others, I thought this was a free trial and never signed up for repeated shipments. I called to cancel, but received a busy signal. I sent an email demanding the shipments stop, but they didn't. I finally cancelled my credit card to stop the shipments. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a bottle of CBD oil from Daily Choice. I was surprised when I received a second bottle about a month after my original order. I checked my credit card and noticed the company charged me for the order. I did not authorize the order. I continued to receive orders and continue to be charged $79 per month. I sent the oil back and never receive a refund. I put a block on my credit card but that expired and the credit card company told me to cancel the subscription, that my ability to block the charges would be limited if I didn't deal with the company directly. The company does not publish their contact information on the packing slip or anywhere online. I seem to be unable to cancel.

I have five incurable autoimmune diseases and have tried every medicine out there it seems, both prescription and OTC. A friend mentioned that I should try the cannibus oil drops as they've helped a lot of patients like me and probably withlessside effects than the roughly 19 pills I take per day. I went online and cuddle research and unfortunately chose a less than forthcoming company. I chose a trial bottle for free and I just had to pay for shipping. That was six months ago and I've received a bottle every month and I have not even finished the first bottle yet! And they have billed me $75.94 per month for past six months. I am disabled and cannot work due to the severity of my physical condition and a company is scamming patients like myself whom are desperate for relief of their symptoms so they feel like themselves or at least close to it.

I have tried to contact this company to cancel a monthly subscription that I did not sign up for and they are unreachable. I am contacting you today or assistance in getting my money back and will be sending the latest bottle unopened of course that n be return to sender, refused, refund due immediately. I am also going to contact my bank so that no further charges will be deducted from my account both now and in the future. I will probably need your assistance in getting my money back that I so desperately need. The total amount taken from me out of my account without any agreement or pemission granted is $379.70. I am grateful to you for any and all assistance yocan provide in this very blatant, obvious and disgusting scam perpetrated on people like me, we are already struggling with our health and the non compliance of what we think our bodies should be doing and that is enough to deal with in and of itself, and then you pack on this company that has scammed a lot of people, that is just despicable. Completed a survey, FREE trial of ONE bottle, order summary stated FIVE being sent. Company unable to find/cancel order via phone.
After I ordered one bottle and put in credit information, the summary stated that I had ordered five bottles. When I called, the customer service reps (I spoke with two) stated they could not locate my order for another 45 minutes. They did not want to disclose the business name and were not willing to take my information and process it within their window.
I find it difficult to believe that they could not process cancellation.

I have asked that this product not be sent to me! It's still being sent! I try to contact them and just get a busy signal. I don't want this product!
For the last 6 months or so

I answered and Instagram post from the company to get a Free bottle of CBD oil to try.
I followed the link from their IG post and placed an order, the offer stated Free trial bottle, only pay $2.95 for shipping. I recieved the product and a few days later, I received a phone call asking if I wanted to buy 3 bottles at a discount. I told them no that I hadn't tried the product yet to Know if it worked for me, they said ok they'll try back later. A few days later my debit card was charged $70 from them. I emailed them and haven't received any response. This all happend within the last 2 weeks. Nowhere on their advertisement does it say free trial bottle, then you'll pay more for it. I took a screenshot of the advertisement.

I received an e-mail on 9/5/18 for optimal trial month 1 for $79.95. order number XXXXXX. my bank account also received debit for $79.95 for the same date. I did not order this product or provide my debit card number. the item was shipped 9/10/18 according to the invoice that was with the product. the item arrived on 9/12/18 in my mail

They automatically took money out of my banking account and sent me more cbd oil after I had already cancelled the auto ship months prior .$79.95
I purchased what I thought was a free trial . I found out it wasn't by them taking 79.95 out of my account.. I cancelled, and that was months ago. I noticed this good buy shop took 79.95 out of my account and cbd oil from ultimate labs came in the mail. So now I'm out a lot of money and no way to get it back

This company has misleading "free" offers that suck you into an expensive subsription almost impossible to cancel.
Today I received a second bottle of "Active Hemp" oil, unwanted at the exorbitant price charged. So I called 800-804-8501) as given below on your 8-27 email to confirm that I had already cancelled (as stated by "Taylor" from [email protected]
. CAUTION: Lousy non existent customer phone service: I got a foreign person who did not recognize the cbd company, apparently fielding calls from many such questionable companies, nor could they find my account. This made me suspicious so I looked up the address from which it was shipped in Tampa and found the complaints here from people who tried to cancel and could not and got charged hundreds of dollars. I then called several numbers I found associated with this "company" and address in various places, and it was always the same: a foreigner who wanted my zip code, parts of my credit card number and who could never locate my account. (I would gladly have given them my order # but they were not interested in even the company name!) Thus I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, from whom you will be hearing. At the very least, I insist upon absolutely no more charges or products. I am concerned that other customers, below, have tried repeatedly to cancel and keep getting charged, for hundreds of dollars. This is very seamy business practice and I refuse to be another victim.
