My complaint began on August 2, 2018 when I replied to an email that offered a FREE sample of Active Hemp CBD Oil. All that was required of me was $5.95 shipping/handling charges. This amount was billed to my ***, and approximately ten days later,as expected, I received a very small sample bottle of the hemp oil via USPS. Soon after that, on 8/16/18, surprisingly I was billed for an additional amount of $69.99 by a company called NatureLife. Never at anytime during the initial order of the sample bottle was I informed that my order would involve any additional charges or sign me up for a repeat reorder/shipping plan. I carefully read the "terms and conditions," and there was absolutely no mention of this when ordering a sample bottle!! Apparently this online company goes under several names, addresses, and website addresses. All appear to be bogus, and impossible to contact for a refund. I have cancelled my credit card account number, and have lodged a dispute with ***. Hopefully, I will be able to recover these false charges. Beware of this company in Florida!!

What a rip of! Originally, I purchased ONE bottle of their hemp oil as a trial. But they continued to send me another, which I did not order. I called them to complain, and they said they would stop. I mailed the unrequested bottle back to them and asked that they refund my credit card I know they received it, because I have postal evidence But so far, even months later there has not been a refund on my card. This company has to be stopped, for ripping off unsuspecting people.

I ordered the trial offer and then received another shipment wanting payment. before I received the shipment I cancelled any further orders. The oil had a bad odor to it and did not help at all. My doctor advised against me using it. then I received another bottle. I called and was yelled at by a very rude man telling me that refusing shipment did not stop charges because they just throw them in the trash. I took the package to the post office and refused it. he told me I was stupid, and continued to yell. he told me that I would have to pay at least $40, which would be half and would not receive anymore shipments. well today another bottle arrived with a note thanking for my order. I do not want any charges for this oil, I thought this was settled, he told me no more would come. I only paid the $40 to settle this because he would not quit badgering me and yelling. I think this is bad business practice.

Ordered "free sample" hemp oil, total bill supposed to be $5.95 for s/h. my bank called re cred. card fraud div., stating there was a chrge of $69.95
My bank contacted compny, stayed on line w/me, first woman calle me liar, said co doesn't have free samples. Told her it was unopened, would return, then she said the warehouse doesn't accept samples (which she had already claimed they didn't have) Said only that they would refund $35 of the charges, it is a RIP OFF, and I am ***!! Shoddy, shoddy, shameful way to do business!!

Would like a refund and they say that my credit card didn't accept the credit which isn't so. I checked with them and they say no credit was applied.

I ordered a free sample of this product and now continue to get billed for it and it sent to me. I cannot find any where to call to cancel this.
I keep getting billed for this product and all I want is for it to stop coming and stop being billed.

My wife called to order a FREE sample, thinking I might like this item. When it arrived and I found out about it, I refused the shipment. She then began receiving charges on her checking account via her ATM card of $4.95 AND $79.95. When she brought this to my attention, I called and had the account cancelled. They refunded the money and I thought that was the end of it. However, a 2 months later, we began finding the $4.95 charges on her checking account again. Last week, we received another shipment of a small bottle, which I again refused. I called today and cancelled the account again. God knows what's next with these disreputable people.

This company has shut down their phone service. No active webpage. Unable to contact in anyway to cancel. I did not understand. After the first month
Unable to stop recurring booking of 89.95. 3rd bottle sent to me today. Removing $89.95 off my debit card account at PNC Bank . I only ordered because of a discount to try. They have made it near impossible to cancel. The product is not a good product either. That is why I wanted to try their product myself. I now have a full bottle that I just received today. on 2/16/2018 All Nature Skin took out 74.95 out of my account. Refund was granted 3/21/2018 but never received by bank.
All Nature Skin took out 74.95 from my account called and said would grant refund after 7 days still no refund emailed company and they emailed saying they sent the refund with a transaction number called my bank again and still nothing waited another few days and still nothing. I recieved another email with a different transaction number stating they refunded me and spoke to my bank and still nothing. I did email them and tell them this is very frustrating and feels like a scam and that I may never recieve a refund just promises that it was done and basically screw you attitude. well this may not be alot of money but its the point and something needs to be done about a company who takes money from citizens and gets away with it.

3/29/2018 recieved email from CBD customer care team stating there records indicate the refund was successfully processed. and to contact my bank.after emailing again saying nothing has appeared yet I received another email dated
3/30/2018 stateing refund was processed and there is nothing else they can do they keep saying they processed refund.

Received product didn't order.
I ordered and received a "sample" bottle of CBD Oil (hemp oil) in mid-January 2018, at which time I paid the required shipping fee only. Oddly, the "receipt" they sent by email was completely unreadable, filled only with "r's" where the details of the order should have been. All of a sudden, yesterday (4/3/18) I received another bottle of CBD Oil from them, UNORDERED, UNAUTHORIZED. When (or if) I respond to these kinds of offers, I ALWAYS read the "Terms and Conditions" to make sure I'm not getting stuck in some repeat ship plan. There were NO SUCH CONDITIONS attached to this order. In fact, today I tried to access their Terms and Conditions and was rebuffed with a "Page Error" and/or "Time Out" message on the website; also on the website "ClickBank," which processes their orders. When I called the phone number from the Optimal Choice website, the agent couldn't find my order and said I should "Call back in 3 hours" because of a "glitch in their system." Glitch? The glitch is that this is an offer that fails, apparently, to warn buyers that they are committing to a repeat order. When looking at their current webpage, it appears they may expect to bill me as much as $75 or more, although no such charge has shown up on any of my credit card statements as yet. I expect, however, that it will on my next statement. I will try contacting them again, but I suspect it will lead nowhere, other than disputing the charge with my credit card company when the charge appears. I want to warn others not to fall for this come-on.

I ordered a free sample (supposedly 2) CBD oils which posted on January 24, 2018 shipping charged $5.95. Went to see my account in my bank and see two charges of $79.95 each on 2/8/18 and 2/26/18. I want these charges refunded back into my account. After reading the other complaints I did not bother to call the toll free number 888-678-2876.

Bogus product which does not match their website not to mention there is no way to contact them to cancel your order
I ordered this trial for 14 days it was not what they said it was for 1 thing. Then the number that you were given to call is a bogus number 866-586-5740. After 40+ times trying to call them, it rings once or twice then goes immediately to a busy signal. I researched the companies address in Tampa fl it's a warehouse that carries hundreds of products. The company ultimate labs is actually part of Health line marketing luv which looks like some kind of pyramid scheme co. I just don't want want my credit card charged for something I tried to cancel and couldn't.

Bought what I thought was a free bottle of hemp oil and charged for shipping and then I receive and email stating I was charged 79.95 for this trial.
Received hemp oil which was shipped on 2/07/2018, from Ultimate Labs at 3201 W. Hillsborough Ave. Suite 153201 Tampa, Fl. Ref XXXXXXX SHPORD# XXXXXX SLSORD XXXXXX paid for shipping the product was stated as a sample but I received an email today from a email address that cannot be replied to that stated I was charged 79.95 for a trial order and a phone number of 855.370.1391 that always seems to be busy. I wish to get a refund on this. This is not what I paid for. I attempted to go to the website and could not find an email address or any other way to contact the company. The information above was on the shipping form I received in the mail.

They were charging me $79.95 per monthly order. I have received a free trial and then a second one that I did not order.
I am not sure which of my credit cards I used, but when I get my statements I will see the charge.
I am retired and a senior citizen and cannot afford this and do not want it and never signed up for it. This is false advertising and is a scam.

.I ordered a sample of a product for a trial. They are continuing to send me more product and even one I did not ask for. I have tried multiple times to contact them by phone to stop the deliveries but all I get is a busy signal. It seems that they have decided to send me one at least once a week and I am going to contact my credit card as well.
They send no return label if I am not happy with the product; which I am not.
I feel that this company needs to be stopped and I need to learn better.

Ordered sample of Ultimate Labs 99% pure Hemp Oil on-line. Paid for shipping $4.97. Advised must call to cancel within fifteen days to avoid monthly charges of $80 or so. Received sample but the number on the bottle 866-586-4740 is not answered and goes to a howling tone. So there is no way to cancel! Checking address shows 20 plus companies using same address and suite number 153201 -XXXX I called several of them and received either no answer, was placed on interminable hold or when answered by a person they claimed to be a different company.

Company failed to cancel after not receiving product and being lied to.
Placed an order, then never received product. Called to inquire and was told the product shipped. When we finally received shipping confirmation, product actually shipped 8 days later.
At the time we placed our call, we cancelled however they never recorded our cancellation request to cancel this account and have subsequently charged our account after our request to cancel. I called today to inquire yet again, and could not understand the guy on the phone and asked to speak with someone else and he would not put someone else on the phone. He was of Indian decent of some nature but told me his name was Sam Jones.

Originally they were not going to refund anything but after much arguing, this company finally agreed to refund 100% in 7 to 10 days and cancel this account. I was provided a cancellation/refund confirmation number of XXXXXXXXXX.

They would not acknowledge that we called and cancelled timely so this put us on an automatic monthly shipment. We feel this is a very crooked business practice.

Buyer beware. Total rip-off
