This trial was sent to me without my consent. I immediately phoned cancelling the order. They assured me they had but billed my credit card and still sent the order. I phoned AGAIN and with confirmation number XXXXXX still they sent the order I had not confirmed.

advertised that I could try their product for only the shipping cost. They collected both the shipping & the cost of the product on my credit card
when I received their product I sent it back the next day unopened & told them I didn't want it. When I got my credit card statement, both the shipping & the cost of the product was charged to me. I just received another shipment of their product yesterday & I'm sure my card will be billed again in the amount of $79.95. both charges will amount to $159.90 I want this stopped and my credit card cost refunded. I was never to be charged in the first place, only the $5.95 shipping. Thank you for your help.

I ordered a trail of this product optimal choice hemp oil, didn't want it ,so I returned the product,(which I paid shipping for) told them on the invoice to--- CANCEL THIS AND REFUND MY PAYMENT BY ORIGINAL METHOD method then a month later here comes another order... I am not sending this back again they didn't listen before so I want this stopped and my money refunded to me

Unreliable and unprofessional company that does not deliver on products ordered.
On Jan 15, 2018 I ordered Optimal Choice Hemp Oil 100 and an upgraded bottle of Optimal Choice Hmlp 250mg along with expedited shipping. (orders XXXXXX and XXXXXX) Not sure why two orders since they were done on the same web submission.
On Jan 17, 2018 I called to cancel the auto ships even tho I had not received the product as yet. The CSR gave me an extended trial until March 1, 2018 along with 2 additional bottles and a permanent 40% discount if I decided to keep the product coming on a regular basis.
As I had not seen any shipping confirmation, I contacted customer service again on Jan 23, 2018 to see status. The gentleman that answered stated there were problems with USPS and assured me my products were on their way to me. He was unable to provide any USPS tracking numbers. He said he would forward my inquiry to Fulfillment and they would contact me back in 24-28 hours.
On Jan 26, 2018 I contacted customer service yet again as no one had called me. Again I was told the products were on the way and this time they provided a tracking number. The product had arrived at Orlando on Jan 24 from DHL (meaning shipped from out of the country to the US??)
I wanted to just cancel outright but the rep stated he had 'expedited my product' which I had already paid for. I wanted the expedited shipping refunded as it had been 2 weeks since the original order, He stated he could not do that and hung up on me.
I immediately called back and got another rep who said he would reship the products and he had refunded my 9.95 for the expedited shipping.
I received a package from Optimal Choice today, one small padded envelope (6x9) that was slit, no product inside and only a label stating it was for the Hemp Oil 100, no reference to the other two 'gift' bottles I was given or the bottle of 250.
I called again. Had the account cancelled and asked for a refund on the 29.95 for the 250. Rep stated he couldn't do that and hung up on me.
Called back, rep wanted to again reship the products, couldn't do anything for refund and was ready to hang up on me.
I have disputed the charges with my bank and will dispute any future charges.
Company is shady, not trustworthy, CSRs are rude and can barely be understood, (all stated that they all worked in the Tampa office),
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OPTIMAL CHOICE!

free or false advertising because I was charge $79.95 and no product received after charged.
I received free bottle as stated in their ad 12/02/2017 ordered. I did not call and cancel in the allotted time they gave me in the small print (2 weeks) was charged $79.95 for a new bottle on 12/19/2017. called to cancel but was told sorry nothing could be done with the charge of $79.95. I complained and they will not talk to me on the phone, hung up on more than once. either the bottle is free or false advertising because I was charge $79.95 and no product received after charged. called back on 01/09/2018 to see why nothing received for the $79.95 they charged me. they said it was for the free sample bottle that I got.

I recent ordered online what was advertised as a sample of optimal choice hemp oil.The sample was supposedly free and I would be charged for postage of $5.95. I went online today to look at my credit card charges as my payment is due the 25th of January. I was surprised to see a charge of $79.95 for this offer charged on 1/9/17 and also a 2nd charge for $79.95 pending today. The company name listed on my credit charge was GYM STAR. They have a phone number but refused to give me a physical addressof a company. Their website is www.optimalchoicecbd.net They told me they would cancel my ongoing order, refund the charge pending today, and refund 50% of the charge from January 9th. I asked to return the bottle of optimal choice and they absolutely refused even though it has not been opened. I argued with them for some time but they would only agree to take off 65% of that first charge. They gave me a cancelation # and said I would not be charged anymore but I am going into town today to cancel my credit card and order a new one which will cost me another $10. It's a scam and there is nothing the credit union can do because there was obviously small print somewhere on their trial offer that I agreed to receive their product unless canceled by a certain time.

Hi, My husband ordered a sample of a type oil that is suppose to lower your sugar. He received it. Here there was a fine print that said if you don't cancel it they will start sending you it each month and then it is $79.95. He called to cancel it and then they were going to charge a cancelation fee. You need to investigate them. This should not be allowed. The business name is Optimal Choice. 3201 W. I signed up for a trial order of cbd oil, in which I paid $5.00 something for the trial. I was supposed to be able to try the product out for 14 days, and if I liked it, I would automatically agree to subscribe for monthly shipments and pay $79.00 per month. I did not recieve the product until the 18th day. I was charged the full $79.00 for the trial period even though I did not have the product to try. I called customer service and told them I wanted a full return, in which I was told that since I didn't cancel during my 14 day trial period (the time in which I was to try the product) I am not able for a refund. I think this is unfair because I was charged before I could try the product.
I was told, if I don't like the product, I would not have to pay for it.

Company charged me $65 for products that were NEVER sent to me.
I was charge $112+s/h for product that supposed to be free trial but when I called to cancel they decided to charges me 50% or $65 for products that NEVER arrived to me; I guess I'm NOT the only person they scammed wh n I read on Facebook many others got scammed as well and this company keep charging my bank account vto n after they said they cancelled products completely and be no further charge will apply but they keep taking money out; please sanction and prohibit them from doing business in FL, this is not good forFL economy and retiree like me
