I have further reviewed Ms. [redacted] complaint with our General Manager, we will be mailing she and her fiancée an additional check in the amount of $500.00 to appease her demands and consider this case closed.

Our General Manager has personally reached out to Mr. [redacted] and they have arranged a meeting this Friday, the 18th to review his complaint and work out an amicable solution to this customers concerns.

Our General Manager reached out to [redacted] yesterday, 9/13/15.  We immediately went about the process of trying to secure a like vehicle he ordered and found one from another local dealership, concidentally the vehicle we had on order also arrived this morning.  We...

We will have to agree to disagree with this customer, he is extremely unpleasant to work with and after numerous attempts to try and satisfy him, we have declined him any further service.  If he is concerned with the value of his alledged free oil changes, I will be happy to mail him a check for $30 each, if he will MAIL me the paperwork entitling him to those.    [redacted]Showcase Honda[redacted]Phoenix, AZ 85020And provide the address he would like his check mailed to.  This offer is null and void if he shows up on our premises or attempts to engage any of our employees in further negotiations.

Although I did sign a second contract with different financing terms with Showcase Honda, the payoff amount is still being delayed and has not been sent to the lien holder of my previous vehicle.  As a result of the continued delay in processing I am incurring fees on the vehicle that is no longer in my possession. Currently the fees amount to $102 but will increase if the matter is not completely resolved before Friday, April 1 2016.  Also, the dealer did not change my first payment due date to reflect 45 days after the new agreement.  Because the new agreement was signed on Monday, March 28 2016 my first payment should have been changed to May 13, 2016.

Oviously we regret the experience Mr. I[redacted] had during his interview and the impression we left upon him.  This is definitely not how we coach or train any of our employees to treat anyone and we have consuled the interviewer in this case, removing him of any further interview...
